ABOUT THE HOME This spacious one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers the best ski-in/Ski-out access to Blackcomb Mountain, with beautiful patio views of the Upper Village and the base of Blackcomb Mountain. The master bedroom features a king bed with en-suite and there is a pull out sofa in the living room. Shared laundry is available in the complex as well as a complimentary Ski & Snowboard storage. COMPLEX: THE ASPENS The Aspens is an updated lodge-style building, nestled slope-side on Blackcomb Mountain with ski-in/ski-out convenience. Features include gorgeous mountain views from the outdoor heated pool, three hot tubs as well as a fitness center. Guests are within walking distance of both, the base of Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler Village. A highly desirable location. LOCATION Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, the Upper Village offers seclusion while still being just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. With a slope-side setting, these lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. The Upper Village is a great option for families offering easy ski-in/ski-out access and a free shuttle to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market. THINGS TO KNOW - This townhouse does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area. - Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request. - Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions. HOUSE RULES No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. Base occupancy is 2 adults and max occupancy is 4 adults. The property was fine, had to spend extra on the underground parking which i thought was included with the stay. Wasnt willing to spend the extra money sleeping on the fold out couch, so i brought my own air mattress. We had to leave after the first night of our stay because the torrential rains were making the mountain unskiable

The condo was perfect for us to explore Whistler on foot, prep some of our own meals and make the trip affordable. The condo was clean, comfortable, has a lovely morning coffee balcony, hot tub….ahhhhh! I would rent this property again!

Location was amazing. Easy walking access to everything. Unit had everything we needed and more. Unit was a little on the warm side but fans were provided. I am not complaining that we had beautiful weather for our stay!!

We enjoyed staying in this unit; the view is spectacular & we were comfortable. The Ski In Ski Out is an important attribute for us. Be mindful of Spring schedule changes in Blackcomb lift operations & bus schedules. We were surprised that while Blackcomb was open & Whistler was closed, no lifts were open on Blackcomb to access the mountain, which required either hauling skis or taking a bus to Whistler Village. It’s my understanding that this was a surprise to most, including The Aspens. The communication from Vail Resorts was an epic fail.

Our stay at Sarah's was just perfect. We booked it a few months in advance for a weeks stay in January. While we didn't realize it was actually in Blackcomb "Upper Village", the walk to the main village was easy done!! The ski in / ski out location was ideal. We mostly skied Blackcomb anyway! The instructions were clear and the condo was spacious! Kitchen had all needed amenities. There even was welcome treats such as chocolate and coffee upon arrival. In addition, I really appreciate the minor details, such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and toiletries. Makes the stay so much easier. Also the bed was large and comfy! And the fireplace! I could not speak more highly of our stay. Would 10/10 stay again!

My husband, 7yr old daughter and I just returned from a wonderful weekend skiing at Whistler. Sarah's place was perfect. Great spot and beautiful view. Sarah's place had everything we needed and more. The ski in/out with ski valet was amazing. Loved ending everyday in the hot tub, dinner in the village (short walk) and then a fire back in the condo. I wholeheartedly would recommend this spot.

The property was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The property management company was also very good. I spent a lot of time finding an available unit with a balcony and views of the mountains so I was grateful there was no switch to a different unit as some management companies do. The only thing that would detract from a 5* rating on this for me was the mattress was not the best quality. Also note for summer rentals there is no A/C.

If the guests don't cook in the unit, there are no complaints... 5 star. The location of Aspens and the unit within Aspens is fantastic. Views of the lift lines and afternoon/evening sun makes it magical. Loved the layout of the unit as well. My issues were with the appliances and dishes. They were cheap and broke or chipped easily. The toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher were very cheap and need updating. Like I said, if you cooked every day, this was 4 star, if you just put beer in the fridge and eat out every night, 5 star!

We stayed here for a month while working remotely and had a wonderful time! The Aspens are in a perfect location, ski in/ski out and an easy walk up the hill from the village. The apartment had everything we needed and we'll happily be back.

The unit could use some TLC - plumbing, dishes, and beds are showing their wear. We found the unit uncomfortably hot in the summer with no air conditioning. The location is great and the pool was helpful for the heat.

We enjoyed the location of this unit within the Aspens complex - 3rd floor facing the ski slopes and Blackcomb village, also across from stairs that lead right to the hot tub and pool deck, and closest set of stairs to the ski slope. Nicely appointed. We would absolutely choose this unit again.
