BEST LOCATION- Conveniently located 10 mins to downtown and close to popular attractions. Close to Tunnel Road shopping, dining and the Asheville Mall. We are delighted to offer you a private 3500 square foot mountain home with stunning panoramic views year round. Outdoor sitting area w/ fire pit, fireplace, pool table, board games and entertainment. Roku w/ Sling TV and fast internet through Spectrum TV. 4 Bedrooms, 4 Full Baths, 8 Beds, Sleeps up to 16 guests BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 – 2 queen beds (main floor) Bedroom 2 – 1 queen bed (main floor) Bedroom 3 – 2 queen beds (upper floor) Bedroom 4 – 1 queen bed (ground floor) Loft- 1 queen futon Living room- 1 pull out sofa Air Mattress available. BATHROOMS 4 full bathrooms. 2 bathrooms are en-suite. DINING SPACE Seating for 16 people. Dining table, extra chairs and breakfast bar. DEC HOLIDAYS The December Holidays are split into two 6 night minimums. Christmas week and New Years week. Guests booking Christmas week (prior to Dec 26th) MUST be checked out by December 28th. Any reservations made that cross between the two holiday weeks may lead to cancellation if alternate arrangements can’t be made. FULLY STOCKED HOME INCLUDES Linens, plenty of towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish washer liquid, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, iron and board, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, microwave, plenty of eating utensils and more. Baby/kid gear includes: Pack and Play w/ crib mattress and sheets, high chair, exersaucer, toys, board games, game console. TV’s Three 50” flat screen TV’s with Roku and Sling TV. Lockbox Code to access home provided once Vacation Rental Agreement is signed and returned. LOCATION A convenient 10 mins from Downtown Asheville. About 5 mins to Tunnel Road, and the Asheville mall. Plenty of restaurants nearby on Hendersonville Road or Tunnel Road. For groceries, you can shop at the Ingles or the Whole Foods. Peaceful and tranquil yet close to shopping and dining. The multitude of outdoor activities in this country oasis are abundant. Area attractions include a multitude of fabulous restaurants, the Biltmore House, Blue Ridge Parkway, Downtown Asheville, live bands, blues clubs, golf, spas, hiking, biking, picnicking, parks/playgrounds, horseback riding, rafting, rock climbing, hunting, fishing, swimming, waterfalls, antiquing, bowling, mini-golf, tennis, movies, dance, music, theater, shopping, skateboarding, downhill skiing, snow tubing & more. Property manager and handyman available if a need arises. IMPORTANT!!: We are NOT a party house for young people. This house is in very close proximity to the neighbors who will hear everything. Noise disturbance cannot be tolerated so if you have intentions to party or make loud noise outside MOVE ON!! HANDICAP ACCESS There are 3 small steps up to the front door into the main house, so some assistance will be needed. Once through that door, you are on the main floor where there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2 full baths. No stairs are necessary to climb. We do not provide handicap rails in the bathrooms. TRANSPORTATION Car necessary. Uber, Lyft and taxi's also available. We had plenty of space for 4 families; 15 people total. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the basement area with pool table while the adults visited upstairs. Lots of great memories made in this beautiful area. Home was very clean and comfortable. Cam was a dream to deal with-great quick responses and accurate description of everything. Under 15 minutes to downtown Asheville and convenient to tubing and skiing as well. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great stay. The house was beautiful, big, and clean. Perfect for a friends reunion. The location was close to everything - we got to Biltmore and downtown Asheville within 15 minutes. The best part about the house is that view. The fall colors were still hanging on, which was a delight. I would absolutely stay there again.

House was perfect with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to get 11 adults dressed for a wedding easily. The road to the house was a bit tricky but the YouTube video provided helped. We did see a black bear walk across the backyard but we were all inside and enjoyed the nature closeup. Thanks for providing the stage for our wonderful weekend!

Perfect for our girls trip away but the house would be great for a group with kids too. plenty of spaces to relax and play. the view is gorgeous and the sun deck and back yard are lovely. we had a little issue with the door lock and the response from camille was so prompt we didn't have to worry about it at all. easy drive to downtown asheville and biltmore.

Guys trip to Asheville for fishing and a night out downtown. House had plenty of room for us and we enjoyed playing pool and grilling out with a great view out back. The street is isolated so Uber was not easy. But everything else was as expected.

We had a group of 6 stay. A queen bed for each person and 4 bathrooms! Lots of room! The refrigerator went out during our stay, but thankfully there was another one off the garage and we were able to use that. Camille was in constant communication with me and replaced the one in the kitchen quickly. The back patio was nice and quiet to relax at the end of the day. Lovely flowers planted in the barrels near the patio. Easy to get to where we were going, whether it was downtown Asheville or the Biltmore. We recommend this VRBO.

After some confusion, we checked in and enjoyed the property. The owner and cleaning crew leader were extremely cooperative and helpful. They did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable.

This property was only 15 minutes from our project in downtown Asheville. The house provided a quiet, home cozy feeling and was spacious enough that me and my crew didn’t feel like we were on top of each other while staying under one roof. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to visit the Asheville area. The host is very pleasant to work with and she wanted to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

We had a great stay at Camille's vacation rental. All of the house details (check-in instructions, local recommendations, etc.) were easily accessible and detailed. The views from the house were beautiful. The house itself was very spacious - perfect for accommodating a large group. We would definitely recommend this location to future Asheville visitors.

I can’t say enough about Camille. She was accommodating, responsive, thorough, and easy to work with.
The property easily accommodated 11 adult family members. The pool table was a hit sparking family tournaments.
My only suggestion is to look at a few areas that of cleaning that need some attention. The cleaners missed the grill.
The family room view had spectacular sunsets!

The kitchen had everything we needed and the extra fridge gave more than enough room for our food and drinks! There was a long wait time for us the first day, but scheduling the cars ahead of time eliminated that for the rest of our trip!

We loved having four bedrooms AND four bathrooms. The location was great for downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. Communication with the owner was easy and satisfying.

The items that kept this from a 5 were minor tweaks that could be made. Exterior doors around the house were a bit finicky, the dishwasher did not work, and the water pressure was very low if multiple people were showering at the same time.
I would definitely recommend staying here if you had a large group! Close to downtown brewery scene and plenty of hikes around the area.

Spacious and lovely home!
This was the perfect home for our Thanksgivings gathering and the celebration of my father's 90th birthday! The house is extremely large, very clean, and has beautiful mountain views. The owner was very helpful and gracious. I highly recommend this property.

The house is well maintained. The view was beautiful! It is easy to access. Cam sent driving video before we went there. That was very helpful. We had nine people. There was plenty of space for all of us. Too bad that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything the house can offer. Will love to go back.
