About this condo rental
Nestled in Park City, this lovely condo for £554 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Snow Park Lodge, Deer Valley's main lodge, is a short walk (5 minutes) from our front door and we have access to the free Deer Valley Signature shuttle which runs approximately every 20 minutes during ski season and stops at our complex. Park City Resort is a short ride on the city's free bus service which picks up right in front of our development. Main Street's great restaurants, shopping and night life are less than a mile away - which makes for a nice walk or a short bus ride. Our home is well-maintained with hardwood floors throughout, granite counters and stainless appliances in the kitchen, well-furnished and large enough to easily accommodate two families. The house has three bedrooms on the top floor consisting of two primary bedrooms, each with a king bed and a kids' bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (double beds on the bottom and twin beds on top) sleeping up to six kids in one room. The fourth bedroom is on the main level and features a beautiful twin sleigh bed with a twin trundle bed that pulls out easily and makes this the perfect retreat for two children or a nanny traveling with your family. Every bedroom has a television and a private full bathroom. We also have high speed internet with an excellent wifi signal throughout the unit. We have a two car garage, automatic garage opener, and heated walkway. This is a great home to relax and kickback after a day of skiing. Enjoy the private hot tub secluded among the aspens and evergreen trees on the back patio or warm up by the fire. The dining and living rooms open up to a large balcony with a gas barbecue and a fire table which is great for roasting marshmallows or enjoying aprés ski drinks. We have TVs in the family room and all bedrooms. You can log in to your Netflix or other streaming service accounts and keep up with all of your favorites. If you like to cook at home, you'll enjoy our kitchen with granite countertops and beautiful stainless steel appliances. We have a stainless steel gas grill on the covered porch steps away from the kitchen. Our kitchen is fully equipped with any utensil or appliance you might desire. Our dining room table can seat up to six people, plus another four at the adjacent kitchen bar. We have plenty of wine glasses and some cocktail making utensils also. This is a great home for a family vacation or an adult getaway. Minimum age to rent is 25 and contracting person must occupy the unit. No college spring break usage permitted. We had a great time in the house. There are bus stops for the free PC bus very close to the house making getting anywhere in town easy. The house was nicely stocked, felt clean and was very cozy. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay during Christmas week. I own and manage a single family home in downtown Austin and frankly was a little surprised by the condition of the home. The home was clean upon arrival but the leather sofa had previously been patched and there was another rip in the leather. The coffee table wobbled and looked like it was ready to collapse.
We stayed there with 6 adults and 4 kids all 6 and under and it worked out well but didn't feel spacious.

Beautiful luxurious property to enjoy time with our adult children! We highly recommend this property. John was very responsive and the home has all of the amenities described. This was our first Thanksgiving away from home and we were able to cook and feel as if we were at home! The kitchen was fully supplied!

This property is ideally located near the base lift inn Deer Valley with excellent shuttle bus service just down the driveway. The house is well stocked, especially if you like to cook, as we do. The hot tub, grill and fire pit were much enjoyed each evening.

This home was everything we hoped for and more. I've been traveling to the area since 2011 and this is definitely one of my favorite stays! I booked it for a girls getaway for 7 of us - and it was PERFECT. Plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms - and it did not feel like we were on top of each other and could take space when needed. The kitchen and living room area warm and inviting for staying at home with games and the fire roaring. The host/house manager did a great job staying in contact with us if we had questions about the house. Would love to return! Thank you to Edo and the owners! It was the trip of a lifetime for all of the gals.

Property is VERY close to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley Resort. We walked on several occasions, but chose to drive when we had our ski gear on (3 kids!) Dual master bedrooms + large bunk bed room gave our group plenty of sleeping space. Kitchen has all of the essentials. Washer/Dryer was clutch! This property also has a really nice deck with a fire pit. The living area is a bit smaller but the garage is HUGE and is a definite plus - we have a large truck and Tahoe - both fit easily. Property management was very helpful and responsive. Uber / Grocery delivery was able to easily locate this property.

Absolutely loved this condo nestled right up to the mountain side. Our favorite part was all the trails right out the front door. We could take the trails for casual walks or a run straight into downtown Park City. The scenery was stunning (we had a fall visit) The Private jacuzzi was a great way to unwind as was the balcony outdoor fireplace. Perfect place for my family of 10 to stay.

Relaxing ski week at Deer Valley
The three of us fully enjoyed the property - we cooked every night and relaxed in the hot tub following a full day of skiing. The property is very comfortable and convenient to the Deer Valley Resort and downtown Park City.
