Situated in Breckenridge, this lovely house for £479 per night is a great option for your next break. This secluded property is a 3,300 square foot detached home situated on a half acre bordering the national forest. Fabulous views of ski runs and national forest out the back door. Detached home – no noisy neighbors! Recently renovated with all new hot tub, carpet, gas range, fridge, and living room furniture. Two Master Bedrooms. Perfect for family gatherings. Home office with printer and high speed internet (wifi or ethernet connections). 300+ mps broadband internet speed. Fabulous views of Peak 6 out the back window and from the large deck. New hot tub on deck. Back deck with gas grill plus covered porch by front door. Four large bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. Two fireplaces (one gas, one woodburning with wood provided). Sleeping arrangements are as follows: The main floor has the master bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms; one with a queen log bed and single log bed and another with two sets of bunk beds. Bedrooms are fully furnished with dressers, desks. Newly renovated basement has queen bed and full bath. All bedrooms have TVs (either smart TVs or ROKU). Twin size air mattress and crib also available. Living room has vaulted ceiling with gas fireplace, HDTV, Wii, and lots of games and movies available for your enjoyment. Basement rec room has large HTDV next to gas fireplace, pool table and tons of space. Located just three miles from the base of Peak 7 and 8. We had a wonderful stay at this property- 2 families including adults and children. Location was fabulous for skiing, hot tub was great, and the kids enjoyed having their own space upstairs.

Our large family had a wonderful time in Breckenridge and this home was perfect! It is set in a quiet neighborhood in the mountain, with unbelievable views and easy access to Breck. The Mohlers were incredible hosts, easy to reach and quick to help/answer questions. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect for our extended family of ten! All enjoyed the ping pong and hot tub. Very clean and well stocked. All of our needs were met. We all agreed we would return to this rental.

From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The house itself was incredibly spacious and well appointed. There was ample space which is great for larger groups. The surrounding views were truly amazing. Super quick drive to the mountain and many others were just a short drive away. The owners really go above and beyond to ensure every need was met, from providing helpful recommendations to stocking the house with all the amenities we could have wanted. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of and it made all the difference. Can’t recommend it enough!

We stayed here as a group of 10 with plenty of space. Everything was as described in the original listing, if not better! This house is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the gondola parking lot at Breckenridge, and all other happenings on main st in town. Newer heating and hot water mechanicals meant it was very comfortable and even with 10 people, we ran out of hot water. The wood burning fireplace in the first floor living room has been replaced with a gas insert and make it even more convenient to not have to keep up with a wood burner. It was very nice to be on the edge of the residential area overlooking the mountain as there were no neighbors behind leaving great views of peak 6. Very quiet street with only a couple houses on it. Chris and Rita were very responsive with any questions or issues and I would happily rent from them again should we come back to this wonderful town.

This beautiful home is the perfect place for a family vacation in the mountains. It was extremely clean and very comfortable and close to so many winter activities. It had everything we needed, and the hot tub was so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this home.

I’m a landlord myself back home and found the owners to be very helpful, kind and knew exactly what they were doing. The home was bullet proof as far as understanding what vacation means to a family and being a stranger in someone else’s home. Thanks for the sweet stay!

Our second visit--such a great home.
After visiting Chris and Rita's home for Thanksgiving in 2020, we immediately booked again for Thanksgiving 2021 and just as much fun the second year. The home has so much space and endless amenities. We love the location on the edge of the Arapahoe Natl Forest because it feels like a real cabin getaway, but with the convenience of being near to downtown. Will visit again and again. Love making memories here. Thank you, Mohlers!

house was very roomy,all kitchen and baths were very well stocked.hot tub was brand new and clean.Saw at least 5 moose on the property,bed were comfy andmy grandson of 4 had many toys there to keep him busy.My daughter in law also took advantage of the perfect office all week.

Beautiful view, neighborhood moose
We loved our stay in this beautiful home with amazing views and a moose and a fox that ambled through the backyard a few of times. Private, quiet, comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the porch and in the hot tub.

Be aware this place is located on the top of some rather big hills and 4-wheel drive will be necessary if it snows while you are there.

Be aware this place is located on the top of some rather big hills and 4-wheel drive will be necessary if it snows while you are there.

Amazing house!
We have stayed in many rental homes over the years and this one is by far one of the best - in terms of space, cleanliness, ammenities and how well supplied the house is. It felt more like staying in a hotel than a rental home in that everything we needed was provided. Many items I'm used to packing that normally aren't included such as soap were which was a nice touch. The wood burning fireplace and hot tub were a bonus but the house by itself without these was wonderful, great size, great rooms. As well the owners were very responsive and informative about the town which helped a lot. The New Year's eve decorations and snacks were a nice touch. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves going to Breckenridge again!

Perfect mountain home
We had a fantastic stay at this home. It was spacious, super clean, and had tons of space and amenities. We loved the downstairs game room, the hot tub, and the back yard adjacent to the forest—perfect for sledding and spotting wildlife . Will definitely stay again!

Unbelievable mountain palace
This huge mountain cabin is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Even an office if you need to sneak-in a bit of work. The rooms are large and comfortable and you can not beat the view from the gorgeous porch that is steps away from the forest. We just had one of the best family vacations ever here.

Summer getaway
The house was perfect for our two families - loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. So many fun things to do in the house - pool table, ping pong, darts, movies, games! Loved the location - surrounded by woods and beautiful trails!

Beautiful property with incredible amenities!
We had a beautiful stay in Breckenridge! House was clean, spacious and well-equipped for our family with 4 kids ranging from 10-20 years old. We spent most of our days hiking the nearby trails (Mcgulloch Gulch trailhead was our favorite) but there were plenty of board games, sitting areas for reading, ping-pong table in the basement, and hot tub on the deck overlooking the magnificent trees and snow-capped mountains in the background, to keep us busy when we got back to the house. Chris sent clear instructions for check-in/check-out and we had no issues. Highly recommend!

The home is very nice and spacious. Chris and Rita were fantastic. They were very responsive to my questions and were accommodating when our trip didn’t go as planned due to COVID-19.
