You must send us a copy of your military veteran card. We will provide the email address for you to send your card to once your booking is completed. The veteran discount of 10% will be sent back to you once you have completed your stay and checked out ***** Max. Occupancy is 8 adults but sleeps 15 with an extra charge (does not include minors 10 and under). The home is disinfected after each guest's stay. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms have two queen beds each. Two of the master bedrooms have three queens beds each. Both of the master bedrooms have French doors to the pool and there is an additional 2 sets of French doors in the home one in the living room and the other in the kitchen. This home sleeps a total of 15 with 4 bedroom plus we have two pull out beds plus three couch beds. There are three full bathrooms and a 3/4 4th bathroom. There are extra bedding in the linen closet for the extra beds. This home also features a game room for you and your guest to enjoy! The pool is a saltwater pool. We built a Mario party playroom with a Nintendo switch gaming console (available upon request) Nanny cam's are also available for parents. Please be advised that there is a nanny cam in the kids playroom for use. Located 5 miles from the Strip on a quiet cu-de-sac, surrounded by Million Dollar Homes!! 4 1/2 Bedrooms and Baths; 65" HD televisions. Free Filtrated Water and Starbucks Coffee. Heating of the Spa is Free. Our Magnificent pool can be heated for a cost of $75.00 per day Equipment available for young children and corporate meetings. Pets are welcome upon approval (2 pets maximum). There is a pet fee of $125 per pet per stay. Please notify us prior to your stay and/or preferably when you book your reservation that you have a dog or any pet staying with you during your stay. There is a pet fee of $125 per stay and If we are not notified there will be an additional pet cleaning fee added of $100. Black make up towels are provided. If there is any make up left on the white towels there will be a fee. There is an additional Occupancy Tax of 14.6% that is collected by the City of Las Vegas. An additional fee will be charged IN ADDITION TO the cleaning fee if excessive trash is left in the home. Single Story 4,100. sq. Ft. Vaulted ceiling, fireplace. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. One of the safest Neighborhoods in Las Vegas. We go the extra mile by having private drive by security, along with a security camera at the entrance and backyard of the home for security and insurance purposes.

Large house with lots of space. Plenty of outdoor seating. Super clean refrigerator and kitchen. Has the ugliest sofa I ever saw but is the most COMFORTABLE sofa I ever sat on. Very nice neighborhood that was close to the park and restaurant and stores. Wish we could have had more people visit but there were limitations to the number of people so we abused by them. Did a huge dinner at a nearby restaurant. Super easy to get an Uber to take us around. Quiet street. Had an issue with the heat in the jacuzzi but we called the number provided and within 20 minutes the man resolved the problem. Everything was furnished including shampoo and body wash. Would definitely stay here again for its size and location.

This home basically contains 3 master bedrooms, which is exactly what we wanted and were looking for. Fantastic price and amazing outdoor area with BBQ's and TV. We ate every lunch and dinner outside at the large patio table.

Our favorite spot was the pool area and backyard living space; pool and hot tub were perfect!
Easy to get to Strip as well as shopping, etc; very safe neighborhood; management group was very responsive with our questions and/or issues.
The only negative was the battle with mosquitoes in the house, even though we kept things closed up. Might want to bug bomb the inside for future guests…but we loved it and thank you!

We loved every minute of our stay! We were a group of 4 adults and the house was so big, but the pool area made getting lost in the house worth it. The neighborhood is quiet and good for long walks - easy to navigate. The beds were comfortable, the towels were plenty and the kitchen had the amenities to make some meals. We did not want to leave and are planning to book again in about 2 years. Fantastic property for relaxing, swimming and enjoying time with friends.

The home was beautiful and it looked just like the photos. They also stocked the bathrooms and pool with lots of towels which was great. The pool was not clean when we first got there, there were a lot of sticks and debris in the bottom of it and there was also an issue with the spa not working the first day of our trip which they did send someone out to fix the hot tub and clean the pool the following day. It was a bummer having to wait a day into our stay to swim at all, but aside from that we had a great time staying here!

We had a group friends take a trip to Vegas and this house was the perfect spot. Close enough to the strip to take an Uber or Lyft, but far enough away to refuel and rest after a long day. The pool made the 110 degree summer days bearable and there was plenty of room. Highly recommend!

This place is a gem! Each of us had our own comfy bed and the number of bathrooms was wonderful. The pool was sparkling clean, and the backyard really has that oasis feel. We loved gathering in the common spaces and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a little extra space in Vegas!

My line brothers and myself really enjoyed our stay. The house was great!!! It accommodated our stay perfectly. Not too far from the strip but allowed us to see the city of Las Vegas outside of the strip. The house was very clean a spacious for all 7 of us. Beds were comfortable and the patio setup was excellent. Our celebration of being members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc for 30 years was an absolute treasured and memorable experience.

Everything about our stay was incredible. The place was clean, great lay out, specific instructions around the house were helpful. The area was gorgeous and hot tub was a great way to start the day! Should we be looking for a place in Vegas again, we will absolutely stay here!!!

Place was dirty, and everything pretty old, shower were dirty. Hair left behind. Shower heads have never been cleaned. Kitchen was below par. Broken cabinets, horrible utensils. Grill didn’t get hot. Hot tub only went to 100 degrees. So much fake fruit and plants all just dust collectors. Zero pool towels. Overall I’d recommend never stay here.

Overall it was bad. We booked Thursday to Monday but from Saturday to Monday it was terrible. The wash room started to flood after we washed our uniforms. Then shortly after the toilets all started to back up and over flow to. We could not use the rest rooms all night. We would pee without flushing but as for #2 we held it to we got to the park. The plumber came 3x to fix this problem and it was not fixed till we left. It was the most stressful and uncomfortable vacation stay we all ever had. Then to top it off we only got a $150 refund :(. That don’t cover us not being able to use the bathroom and the hours I spent tryna stop the flood from going all over the house. The water leaking smelt like sewer as well. Nice house but plumbing messed up our vacation. Wish the owner refunded us a fair amount.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed the stay at your property. Great pool and hot tub with plenty of outdoor space. Location between the Strip and Summerlin was ideal. Very responsive management.

We planned a girl's trip to Vegas and we were looking forward to staying in this house based on the description of the property. I made the reservation and asked very soon after if I could check in a little early to prepare the house for everyone's arrival (i.e. gift bags, food shopping.) I also wanted to ensure the pool and hot tub were heated upon arrival. I did pay an additional $100 for the pool to be heated. Owners/property manager was not very responsive. I was told, last minute, the day of arrival, that I wouldn't be able to check in earlier (keep in mind I was flying in from out of state and flight was already scheduled to arrive mid-day.) The pool was not heated though I received a message that the heater was on. The pol never heated the entire weekend despite a message to the owner/property owner that it wasn't heating. The hot tub also didn't heat up.
When we did check in after 4pm and they apparently didn't have enough time to do all of the laundry/cleaning - All the towels and rugs were still damp and we had to throw them back in the dryers.
We called this place the "House of many beds." There's also many TVs in this house. Every bedroom, 2 in the living room. Each of the 4 bedrooms has 2 or more double beds so plenty of sleeping options. You are just a little over 5 minutes from the strip but due to traffic, etc., it will take you a good 20 minutes to get there.

Some college friends have been getting together each year for a weekend of golf and fun. This home and location of the home was perfect. Grilled steaks one night, fish another night and generally enjoyed the property when we weren't out golfing. Perfect trip. The place can sleep a ton of people, but we just had 4. (1 per bedroom)

Such a wonderful location for our small family group to get together and enjoy ourselves. My brothers and sister and spouses all got to kick back and relax while also experiencing the best of Las Vegas. The pool and hot tub were delightful while the accommodations suited us perfectly. From the wonderful kitchen to going out on the town we were easily able to do whatever suited us in the moment. I highly recommend this location.

Beautiful roomy home. All the essentials plus more. owner quickly responded to a couple requests. Paid for the heated pool, but the water never really got to a comfortable temperature for use. Spa tub was decent. Overall very happy…you can rent with confidence.

Our group had an amazing, relaxing stay at this beautiful property located in a very safe neighborhood in Las Vegas. Everyone had their own bed with room to spare. Kitchen and common areas were large, with a beautiful backyard for us to lounge around all day and get ready for the evening. The pool and hot tub were perfect during our stay. Communication with the owners was responsive. We left the Vrbo pretty clean (normal take-out the trash, put all the dishes in the dishwasher, lock everything) and got our full refund back. Nothing crazy like some of the other reviews indicated. Ubers downtown were quick and easy but a little more expensive than we expected (granted there were festivals and a UFC fight event going on that weekend). Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The home is very spacious with lots of amenities (i.e., fully stocked kitchen with supplies, laundry room). It is also comfortable and well decorated. Spacious patio with plenty of seating and outdoor entertainment as well as a pool with hot tub.
Cons: Upon arrival (on Monday) we noticed that the pool was not clean although the corded vacuum was still in it. The next day we called to inquire as to when the vacuum would be removed and received response on Wednesday that “no one has had an issue before swimming with the corded vacuum in the pool.” The guy came to remove the vacuum but somehow turned off the pump. We again called and was told that someone was coming however no one showed. By Thursday morning no one had arrived and later that day we were informed that there was an issue with the pool. We were not able to use the pool given that we were leaving Friday morning. We finally received a message that we would be credited $100. The reason we selected this location was due to the option of the pool and hot tub as was there to celebrate a 50th birthday.

The home and yard is stunning. Beds were clean. Baths were clean but fair in quality. Lots of glass inside and out but all was foggy and not clean. Bbq was not hot to cook temp, hot tub not working when we arrived but management did have someone look at it quickly. It then ran hot and Luke warm. Outdoor furniture was not blown free of tree litter. I know I am picky with that said, this is a very pricey place. It served a purpose and our family has great memories. Thank you

The property itself is very nice but needs some updating. The backyard is the main feature of this house. There was plenty of room for all of us with beds to spare which was really nice.
There were a couple things that were a little disruptive to our stay like the yard people coming on Friday that we weren't aware of, they made a huge mess of the pool but luckily the pool guy came that same day so that was fine. We also needed the back gate opened and I did get a message from someone that they'd be coming by but because we were in the pool I didn't see it. When he came over he just came in the backyard unannounced didn't say hello or who he was, and didn't introduce himself.
He actually didn't say anything until my husband said hi and asked who he was. Once we got that all figured out I asked him about the Wi-Fi issue we'd been having and he said he would look into it. The Wi-Fi was never fixed while we were there which was quite the inconvenience for many of us there.
Overall we had a good time but the interruptions made it a little hard to relax and enjoy the beautiful back yard.

The home is beautiful with lots of space.
It is an older home and in need of some upgrades.
The ceiling fans didn't work, the hot tub doesn't heat more than 70 degrees.
The dishwasher was making a loud noice and had an error message when we first arrived. We communicated this to the owner and a few days later someone came to fix it.
No blender. Dishes and cups chipped. No ice.
But the pool and yard are beautiful with tons of seating.
TVs in every room. Hard to figure out the remotes at first but we finally got it.
Not happy paying for cleaning, then told we have to wash all bedding and towels, empty all trash before leaving.

Nice house. Quiet neighborhood. The owner was responsive with all of my messages. They even came and cleaned the pool that got a little messy due to the windy storm. We never did get the correct wifi code. But overall nice house and great area in stay in.
