The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space for all of your food pantry items, the cooking essentials, and all of the gourmet extras we stock our properties with! On the first floor you will also find the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom is spacious with an en-suite bath. High quality furnishings, a flat screen TV, and a comfy queen-sized bed complete this room! The third bedroom shares the bath with the main living area, and has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full sized bed on bottom. **This bedroom will have 2 nice sized wooden bunk beds by ski season 2015/16 to sleep 4 guests in beds** Each room has a nice sized closet and a dresser for plenty of storage. The master suite is privately located upstairs. You enter to a spacious bedroom with high ceilings, complete with Thomasville furniture, a King-sized bed and comfy mattress, lots of windows with great views, and a see-through direct vent fireplace. The master bath will spoil you! It boasts a large vanity top with 2 sinks, lots of cabinet storage, a jetted bath tub, large walk in shower, heat lights, the see-through direct fireplace, and a large walk-in closet! Oh yes,...did I mention that all of the floors in the unit are heated with radiant heat for those cold winter days and nights! For ski access, walk out of our condo, down past the last condo building on the right. Cross over Snowflake Dr., hop on the Blue Sky ski access trail, and within a few minutes you will be skiing a short 50 yards down to the Snowflake Lift with access to the entire mountain! At the end of the day, either ski back down the Snowflake run (Green) and cut-off on the Blue Sky access trail to the condo, or wind down your day sipping a cocktail at any of the Peak lodges and catch the free town shuttle right to the covered stop by the Los Pinos condos at the end of Snowflake Dr., which will give you a brisk walk to your front door! If starting your ski days at one of the peak bases is more your style, catch the same free shuttle by the condos directly to Peak 7, 8, or 9 base. You can even pick up your lift tickets and rent skis by the quiet ticket office and rental shop right by the Snowflake lift! Los Pinos condos offers a good sized hot tub area for our guests! It is down two buildings from our condo, and boasts great views of Boreas Mountain and downtown Breck. Our guests also have access to the Upper Village pool/hot tub complex which boasts a large indoor/outdoor pool and many hot tubs in and out. During the summer and fall seasons, hikers and mountain bikers will love all of the trail heads just out the door to the condo!
