About this condo rental
Nestled in Santa Fe, this attractive condo for £112 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Three blocks from the Lensic Performing Art Center and five blocks from the historic Santa Fe Plaza, this location is a delight. With your own private parking you are able to access the best of downtown Santa Fe without the downtown parking hassle. This secluded location offers some quiet meditation and retreat a walk away from all the stimulation Santa Fe has to offer. Situated in an original mid-century Spanish family compound, “Casita Agosto” has been recently renovated for a clean refreshing feel with an eye for details. When you are done with it all, come home, kick up your feet and perhaps hit the hot tub. Situated in a Santa Fe adobe structure with some solid history and Saltillo tiling, Casita Agosto is a studio vacation rental with a bedroom, adjoining kitchen and a new bathroom, completed with a stonework shower. As your host and fellow world traveler, I will be available to answer any questions you might have about the best restaurants, interesting and quirky things to do, as well as general advice on how to navigate our fair town. Great place just a 10-15 minute walk from Old Town. Clean and inviting space with owners who unobtrusively check in via the app to make sure you’re good to go. Be aware this space isn’t for a large traveling group, but absolutely perfect for a couple. Overall great experience and would stay there again if we find ourselves in Santa Fe. Highly recommended.

Had a great time in Santa Fe!

Close to Plaza…-12 minute walk. Room was pretty small even for two. Heat was good (outside it was 24). Never found hot tub. Price was too high for accommodations. TV worked with practice, missing coffee pot and coffee, bathroom rug was dirty, no toiletries, there was no easy way to contact owner. Next Time hotel.

Cozy comfy retreat after days of exploring Santa Fe and surrounding area. Private and easy to navigate in, out and around Santa Fe. Hope to be back some day!

First, the location is perfect. The Plaza is within walking distance. There are several restaurants with great food nearby.
The only real issue is the bed. It seems like the bed is broken, so you cannot sit on the end of the bed. If you prefer a soft bed, this is perfect.
The property manager was quick to respond to our questions.
All in all, it is a quaint authentic cozy casita and a great place to spend our 50th anniversary.

Lovely little cottage in a cute neighborhood. Very accommodating hosts—thank you!

The location was convenient for walking to the Plaza and other nearby attractions, which was our main goal. The space was small for two adults plus luggage and bathroom lighting was fair, but for a short stay like ours (two nights), it was fine! Dolina Cafe & Bakery was very close, and an excellent choice for breakfast.

The property is exactly as described.
The unit is clean, cozy, in a quiet neighborhood and located close to everything. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the center of town. Upon arrival we parked the car and didn’t use it again until we departed!
Robert, the property manager, was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was fine.
If you’re looking for a nice VRBO with a good location to stay while visiting Santa Fe this is the place.

Ac struggled to cool the unit. It’s a window unit and it wasn’t adequate. There were ants to deal with. Refrigerator is a dorm sized fridge, very small and cramped. It was a great location, only a few blocks to the plaza. Kitchen was not as well equipped as other places I have stayed.

Property was special, close to plaza. Lovely arbor flowers and plants. A very small place but we adapted and enjoyed ourselves. I made slow coffee for first time! Yum! Nice shopping center nearby.

We turned a concert at the lensic into a weekend getaway. This little casita was in the perfect spot. Not too expensive, small but comfortable, and close to pretty much everything. We spent time on the Plaza, the Lensic, shopping, the Georgia O'keeffe Museum, restaurants and clubs... Short drive to Meow Wolf.
We had a minor problem with the casita WiFi, but our host responded quickly with the info we needed.
Great 3 days.

It was a comfortable location and we enjoyed our stay. Did expect it to be a little bigger from the pictures. AC not great but thank goodness we had it. Hot Tub was dirty and could not use but that was fault of other guests and not property. We did a lot of walking and enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe. Oh...there is a parental guard set up on TV that needs to be removed so you can watch what you want...someone needs to contact the cable company to have this removed!

We had a great stay as it was very close to all the sights and great eateries, a grocery store and a drug store were all in walking distance. The place is charming and was everything we needed for our 4 day stay. We had breakfast at Dolina every day, a few minute walk from the place. The owners, Robert and Erica, responded quickly to any of my emails. I didn't catch that the entrance is right next to the bed. I was concerned at first as you can hear everything (cars pulling up, people walking/talking outside). But, overall it was pretty quiet and didn't cause a problem. The unit only has DirectTV so bring your own device if you prefer streaming sites. The street is narrow and parking can be tight if you have an SUV. Hanging space for clothes is limited and we had to hang our dresses on the wardrobe door as it didn't accommodate long items. Yet, all of these issues were very minor inconveniences and we would highly recommend this place.

The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. Even though we did not cook , there was plenty of cookware provided. We also did not use the hot tub but the area looked very nice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice place to stay - well located, clean, and comfortable. Great for 1-2 people!

This is a very reasonable location to stay in Santa Fe. Narrow street and tight parking, but cozy accommodations in older part of town. It was cold a night, but the gas heater kept us warm. Queen bed in the front room and only one chair there for sitting. Large bathroom with electric heater if needed. Keurig coffee maker and small refrigerator. We will be back.

We had a great time staying at this wonderful property. Exactly as described, except for the little extras provided that made our arrival that much more special. Wonderful communication and instructions from the owners. The room was cozy and warm in the cold snap we experienced while there, and the Hot Tub was ready and waiting for us just when we needed it. Very close to town center (the Square) with fantastic shops, coffee houses and restaurants within a few minutes walk. No stripping the sheets, or anything else on departure - just "close the door behind you". So easy and stress free when we had to catch an early flight. We couldn't recommend this property with more enthusiasm. Ten stars out of 5 in our book.

We came for a fun weekend getaway from Albuquerque. What a great place! We walked everywhere - the Plaza, the Railyards, all over! We used the hot tub multiple times and it was great! The property was very nice - perfect size for 2 people! Would definitely return!

On the plus side, it is well decorated and furnished, though small-ish. The modern updated bath was great, and having the ability to enjoy breakfast, as well as an evening meal in the kitchen is what we enjoy rathe than the hassle of three meals in restaurants. The Plaza was within walking distance, and we had the hot tub to ourselves, two items we sought when booking instead of a hotel! As it is part of the Plaza neighborhood, the area is of original adobe housing, with narrow streets and side yards--part of local charm, though a bit inconvenient to modern parking. As we were there for only three days, we made do. There was a "bit" of an issue with our second vehicle and parking. If we were there longer, the smallness and lack of space for clothes/shopping could have been an issue, as we didn't want to leave items in our cars.

The location is close to everything.

This is a cozy unit with attractive decor, but it is too small for comfort for two people. The bed is great and so was the bathroom, but we were disappointed to find that there was only one comfortable chair to sit in -- not a good situation for two people staying a week, especially given that the weather was cold, which increased the amount of time we wanted to spend in the unit. The kitchen is attractive, but it has rather minimal kitchenware for cooking. We did appreciate the coffee pot and coffee that was provided, but we'd rather have a pot that can make several cups at once rather than the wasteful single-use Keurig inserts. The unit is within walking distance of the central plaza, but it is a bit of a hike, especially in cold weather. Parking was OK, but it was not easy to get out of the parking area.

The unit had everything I needed. Very cozy place in a good location. I was able to see all of downtown Santa Fe by walking or a short drive. Would stay there again!

Very well appointed casita in prime location of downtown. House was very clean and comfortable and well appointed. It took a few minutes for me to find the right dwelling, but that’s only because I did not read the owner’s email closely enough. (Please consult the owner’s instructions; they are very helpful with accessing the property, WiFi, etc.) Only challenge was when we returned from dinner to find our parking place occupied - I assume by another resident. We took the space next to it; I hope that was not a problem for someone else!
In summary, please do stay here. It’s very authentic and cute and clean and close to Casa de Chamayo - a definite plus!

We really liked this lodging. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed to eat some meals in instead of going out. And we didn’t even need our car when heading to downtown as it was only about a 10-minute walk. Highly recommend!

The studio was compact, but had everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking into town.

Nice neighborhood property. Easy walking distance to downtown. Had everything we needed except an iron but who wants to iron while on vacation? :) Quiet and private.
Definitely would consider staying here again!
