About this condo rental
Perfect for a family vacation or a couple's retreat, this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located at desirable Silver Dunes, with beautiful beach view from the 2nd floor balcony, den and kitchen windows. Kitchen has been recently updated with granite countertops and all new appliances and is fully equipped. Washer and dryer. All the comforts of home and just steps to the beautiful white sand beach. Beach service is available. The complex has a heated pool, work out facility, game room, tennis courts and shuffleboard. We are right in the middle of wonderful restaurants, fast food, amusement parks, grocery stores and entertainment venues. Come on down! ☆☆☆☆☆☆ Please note that a cleaning fee of 150.00 is included for reservations for a full week or more. If you book fewer days, we will add that amount to your quote. You will have an opportunity to accept or deny the booking after the amount is added. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Must be 25 yrs or older to rent .

short trip to beach.. right on beach in gated condos. This condo is very outdated; the couches, comforters, blinds, etc. are all very worn and old. The wifi did not work. It was on the beach which was very clean.

The condo was just right for our group. We loved how close it was to the beach and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Everything was comfortable and relaxing. We had a wonderful vacation!

The condo was very nice and clean. The listing pictures don’t really do it justice. It was little dated in some ways but updated in others. The complex was quiet and a nice community. Overall I would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

We had a perfect view of the ocean from our patio which gave us an incredible spot for morning coffee. The beach is a VERY short walk with easy chair and umbrella service.
The ocean was an amazing view with colors from light teal to dark blue and the sand was snow white!
There are tons of delicious restaurants around. I recommend Boshamps (but be ready for a 2 hour wait) and Louisiana Lagniappe.
I highly recommend this condo AND this destination.

Access to beach was close. Pool and beach were never crowded and could always get chairs. Close to restaurants and entertainment venues.

The condo was very nice. very very close to beach. love the community bin for floats and pool stuff. we left in bin ourself. definitely would stay in this condo
again. The courtyard by pool was very nice kids played with other kids with balls ect!!

Family trip to the beach
Overall, we had a nice stay and would stay again.
Pros:
-Beautiful view of the gulf with a short paved path to the beach for people of all capacities to enjoy the beach. Good if you are traveling with someone that has a disability.
-dishes and utensils are well stocked, though we didn’t really cook
Cons:
- poorly stocked with necessities (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper ran out the second day- even coming with 1 less person than anticipated) and no hand soap. Thankfully, the owner was fairly easy to get ahold of and got us enough to get by til the end of our stay.
- the bed skirt was tore on arrival which makes me think it isn’t changed between guest stays and attention to detail from maintenance / cleaning is a bit lacking
-the hall bath is either scalding or cold, no in between. But, after a hot day in the sun a cold shower isn’t terrible.
-the full size beds aren’t the most comfy

The shower curtains were molded, so that was concerning. However, all of that being said, I am already looking to plan my next stay here! Just trying to be super honest to help others! 9/10 would recommend.
