I don’t want to leave this review because I don’t want this place to be taken the next time we stay. It was great! I didn’t have high hopes for our Myrtle Beach because of past experiences but after searching and reading countless reviews I found this place. It was perfect. You can see the ocean from the deck and it’s just a few steps away. You do have to cross a small street but that was never a problem. They have everything set up to be very user-friendly. There are no businesses within a short walking distant but they’re only a few minute car ride to get to them. The pool on the property was also very clean, which is more than I can say for other places. Owners are very responsive to messages sent to them.

We love staying at Ocean forest villas, room c208. Making memories for a 6th year in a row. The room feels like home and provides all the amenities (great kitchen supplies, awesome beach supplies ie umbrellas chairs toys). Living room is comfy, deck overlooking ocean w nice furniture. Beds are comfy. Pool and grounds very well maintained!! We have been coming to MB since 2001 and the place hasn’t changed. We have only ever stayed here!! We highly recommend staying here and we do for two weeks!

We love this location! We have stayed at 2 condos here, and we will always go back! It is such a nice, clean and quiet place. The most perfect spot for family or couples! We spent our anniversary weekend here and had such a great time! The owners are great and will help in any way available. Beautiful view straight to the ocean with a cozy little balcony. There are many great restaurants near by. And things to do! This place is perfection for us! We will definitely be returning!!

We love the modern technology of the phone app to share information. Accommodations were clean and up to date. Love the ocean view, private access to the beach, pool & hot tub on property. Love the high chairs on the deck to have open view. However the chairs may need to be replaced before next year as the seats appeared to be aging. Thanks again for a wonderful place to enjoy our vacation

What a wonderful week of relaxation. As soon as we got there we were able to unpack and enjoy! We so loved and appreciated the cleanliness, the supplies for the beach and the updated bathrooms. We’ve stayed at other OFV condos for over 20 years and this condo is by far the best. We will be back! Thank you for an awesome week.

Perfect direct view of the private beach. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The condo was clean as as described. The owners are very pleasant and super easy to communicate with. The condo came equipped with everything we needed and close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The beach is a 30 second walk across the road. Will stay here again for sure.

This is the 2nd time that we visited this unit. We had a wonderful stay at this clean and spacious place. The thing that I like the most is that 1. the floors are not carpet and 2. there are 2 full bathrooms that come in handy when we come back from the beach. Another thing is that this is a ocean-view unit. You can enjoy the view and self-heal just by sitting in the balcony. The beach access is very useful because it is close to us. It is also less crowded since it is a private beach. If you are tired of waiting for the elevator at tall condos, this place is for you; this unit is on the second floor so the parking and the unit is very close by. I will definitely visit again soon.

Everything was very nice. Screen door on sliding deck doors were awful to open and close so we had to just leave them open. One came off its track and we couldn't get it back on. Only other thing I would say it's this unit is hard to get in and out of with no elevator. There are a lot of stairs and no close parking to the door. If you are younger it wouldn't be much of a problem. The place was very nice and had what we needed.

Small for four people. Ocean views great very close for stores and shopping. Very quiet area. Wish the pool was open Hot tub was clean and hot. Didn't like the three set of stairs to get to second floor. No washer dry in unit. Overall nice place.

We always book a condo in Ocean Forest Villas when visiting Myrtle, we love the location. Unobstructed beach view, close to restaurants, nearby playground, but also a nice calm feel for being in busy Myrtle. This condo was well appointed - fully stocked kitchen, extra pillows and blankets, and beach toys/chairs. We had inquired about checking in early, and Joe responded immediately that we could which we really appreciated. Overall, great stay and very great hosts!

The location was great. Quick walk to the beach. There was ample parking. The pool and hot tub were a great perk. The condo was well kept and equipped with everything you need. We had difficulties getting the TVs to work. We were disappointed that are call about this was not returned. Overall this wss a great place to stay.

We come to Myrtle Beach each year and haven't been disappointed until THIS year. We planned 7 days in this condo and we regret it. The first thing we noticed was that there are no elevators. I have a spine injury and could have handled no elevators, until I realized that there were no wheel chair ramps to get to the second floor unit. Then, we lugged all of our belongings up 3 flights of steps. Once in the unit, it was clear that the owners did the "bare minimum" to get by. All of the major seating was super uncomfortable, as there were only wooden benches in the kitchen that had no backs. Just hard stools. The chairs in the living room are wicker and small, so they were no help. As you enter the bedroom with twin beds, you realize that you cannot get into the closet to hang your clothes. There is not enough room and the beds are scooted up close to the closet wall. Between those two beds is the tiniest little table possible, that barely holds a lamp and two cell phones. Don't plan on smoothies or dacquiries. There is not blender and there is no ice machine in the fridge....If you don't mind ice, the old fashioned way, you can make cubes. Everything in this condo was extremely dated. TV's were very small, in all of the rooms. The place smelled like mildew. I knew, the minute we pulled up, that it would be a mess. One would hope that life may be a little easier on vacation, but this condo will work you harder than most...from doing your own coin laundry, to getting just one set of the bare minimum of towels...the first day of your stay. Need more towels? Go pay to wash and dry them down the hall. We left 3 days early because quite frankly, it was more work than it was worth...We didn't mention it to the owners until after we left because...seriously, what are they going to do about the hard bench seating or the lack of ramps to carry our stuff upstairs? I doubt, much. That being said, I did write and let the owners know that we had left early. At that point, we never once asked for a dime back. We accepted that WE had made a mistake. Until the owner's wife accidentally copied me on two emails from her husband. The way she spoke about me was unbelievable. I have all of the emails to support, if you'd like to see more. She called me a "complete idiot" to her husband and told him to stop communicating to me. Within 10 minutes of them realizing that I had received two emails that were not meant for me, this couple emailed

We’ve been vacationing for 20 years in Myrtle Beach, most of those years at Ocean Forest Villas. This is the first unit that felt like home… from the updates, to the decorating to the Bath & Body Works soaps… like I stepped into my own place. So clean, wonderful views… I’ll be back for sure!!

The condo is in the perfect location in a residential neighborhood yet still minutes away from attractions. Complex is nicely maintained. We loved it so much we booked another stay next month.
