Located in Louisville, this lovely house for £154 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our townhouse has 24 hour digital check in! See details below. This perfectly located townhouse is in Louisville's premier historic district, The Cherokee Triangle and has two king suites each with private bath. It is only a two minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. There is off Street parking for 2 cars. One of four identical, side by side, townhouses- each with the same top quality furnishing, and identical amenities (note- some minor details, such as rugs or chairs may vary). Cozy gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and very high end bedding for a better than home experience. The townhouse is 1550 square feet. On the first floor is the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and half bath. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a table for six and a gas fireplace. On the second floor is a king bedroom with private full bath and a fully equipped laundry room. Work area with desk and ergonomic office chair are tucked into a corner of the oversized bedroom. The third floor has huge king bedroom with sitting area and a full private bath. The sitting area has a double sized sofa sleeper. The third floor bath has an oversized shower with shower heads on each end. Each bedroom has a 50" smart TV, the living room has a larger smart television above the fireplace. Sign into your favorite app or enjoy spectrum cable. Of course, there is cable and wifi throughout. Top quality bedding and 400 thread count linens make for extremely comfortable sleeping! The kitchen if furnished with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, full sized refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, mixer, pots, pans, utensils and dishes/cutlery for eight. The neighborhood is filled with gorgeous historic homes, beautiful parks and multiple national landmarks. Fine dining is 1/2 block away, more casual choices like pizza, sushi, burgers and tacos are all right at your doorstep. WE OFFER TWO CHECK IN OPTIONS: 1. Digital Self Check In-- Receive your digital door code by email the day before arrival. After letting yourself in the property, you must complete the Guest Arrival Form found on the coffee table. The form requires photo ID and credit card matching the booking name. Within one hour of arrival, you must transmit a digital image of the completed form to us either by text or email. Your information will be kept on file for the duration of your stay. 2. Assisted Check In: Available from 330pm to 830pm, we will meet you in person at the property to check you in and collect the Guest Arrival form along with photo ID and credit card information in person. FAQs: 1. At check in, photo ID and credit card matching the booking name are required. For digital self check in, these are submitted digitally by the guest after they let themselves into the townhouse. Information will be kept on file for the duration of your stay. 2. Why can't we have more than 8 guests total in the home for just a few hours? The Louisville STR ordinance caps the total legal occupancy of short term rentals based on the total number of bedrooms. Violation can result in the removal of our STR license. 3. Our townhouses are located in a vibrant neighborhood with dozens of dining and entertainment options within a short walk. Weekend nights can be lively. Each bedroom has a white noise machine for use by guests. 4. Pets or additional guests added after booking may increase pricing. If you check the box "I am traveling with pets", 1 pet will be included with your booking and our pet fee of $65 for one pet will be in the "host fee". If you have a second pet, there is an additional $30 fee. No more than 2 pets are permitted. Pets cannot be left unattended in the townhouse unless crated. 5. Please inquire about stays more than one year in the future prior to booking. Instant Bookings made more than 365 days in advance may not be honored and the rate may be incorrect. Please note that our minimum nightly pricing for the Kentucky Derby weekend is $1495 per night with a 3 day minimum.

The location of this townhouse was amazing! You are literally 100 steps from the bars and restaurants. The floor plan with each bedroom having a King bed and private bathroom was nice. Super bonus: The gated covered parking!! Will definitely be staying here again.

Townhouse was as listed. Needs a refresh of paint and furnishings. Fans and air vents needed dusting. Parking a truck or large SUV is difficult. Area is great for easy access to restaurants and bars, but too noisy for an extended stay. Alleys need to be cleaned and kept clear of trash by residents.

Excellent location, easy walks or drives to tours, restaurants and museums. Place had everything we needed, living space had a great vibe. Bedrooms spacious with private baths. Host was so accommodating!

Very nice property in an active neighborhood. It was great to be able to just walk out the door to a local restaurant or pub. Jack Fry's was great on our first night there! It was easy to Uber downtown from there. Very clean and nice property. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

This was exactly as described. Very Clean and had everything you would need to start a stay. Deidra and her husband were very responsive too. No question went unanswered. Very helpful! The location was perfect. We could walk to everything, breakfast shops, restaurants, shops, etc. Our stay was awesome!

This place was fantastic! The location is super walkable to so many bars and restaurants and close to everything in Louisville. The free gated parking was a huge bonus and the place itself was well stocked and had tons of space. It was a tad noisy being so close to the busy road and night life, but not terrible. They even had little snacks and water for us on arrival. The communication was great and I would totally book this place again on our next stay in Louisville.

This was a last minute lucky find! My Daughter and I decided to take a trip to Louisville on a Saturday and left Pennsylvania the following morning. No plans, no ideas, went into it completely blind. When we arrived we were both shocked with the rental. It was better than the description! The beds were soft, kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms were very clean, towels were incredible. The recommended restaurants were great we felt safe walking everywhere we went. There are a handful of distilleries in Louisville, we ubered for $8. Overall a great rental and would choose it again in a second! Thanks!

The condo was in a perfect location if you're going on the Bourbon Trail. It was centrally located to our destinations. The only downfall to this condo was the seating area in the den/family room. There's just one sofa and one chair. It was not comfortable with four individuals sitting around watching TV. Otherwise, the condo was perfect. Great location to walk to places to dine.

The property was perfect for our get together. Deidre and her husband were very accommodating and helpful with information about the area. The extra touches provided made us feel very welcome. The area has many walkable bars and restaurants which was fun for all the adults. Their recommendations for a celebratory dinner at Jack Fry’s was spot on. Excellent choice! We’d come back next time we are in town. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

The property is located in a busy area, but we chose this place because it was close to Spalding University. We expected some busy-ness. 😊
The condo is 3-stories and was perfect for what we needed. The first floor was very cold. You know, warm air rises and cool air sinks, so that was also expected. May I suggest a space heater for the winter months? There is a fire place, but I wasn’t sure how to use it….I’m from south GA. No need for fireplaces there. 😂
The hostess communicated everything we needed and responded to our requests immediately! Thanks for a pleasant stay!

We were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the unit! The secure off-street parking was a very nice feature. The decor, layout, and high quality throughout was impressive. We will be returning next year and will certainly book this property again if possible! The location is excellent, many nice bars and restaurants within an easy walk, several literally just a a few steps away. Very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!!

We arrived late at night but self check in was easy. Appreciated the covered parking that kept the snow off our car.
Unlike many places we have stayed in, this place had really good quality, comfortable furniture that was great to lounge on. The washer and dryer were a big plus as was the kitchen. Best beds ever with super comfortable mattress and good sheets. The coffee set was very nice with whole bean coffee and an electric grinder. We were only there for two days, but still were able to check out three different restaurants within the block. Highly recommend the taco place across the street and Jack Fry's just down the street. Didn't think much of the El Nopal restaurant, wouldn't go there again. I didn't do any cooking, but the place looked well stocked with everything you might need to cook and serve.
Check out was also easy with no list of chores to do, just lock the door and go.
When we come back to Louisville, this place will be our top choice.

Our stay at the townhouse was excellant. There were 7 of us. Myself, daughter her husband, 16yr old, 14 yr old, 11 yr old and 4 yr old. Plus their puppy.
Easy in and out. Great check in. Location close to Expo Center and airport.
Amenities were good. Bedding and amount of beds very great. Sure beats staying in a hotel. Our host was just a phone call away.
They had sound machines on 2nd and 3rd floor that my young granddaughter loved.
Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Both nights we heard noises —loud engines and music. The second night between 2 am to 3 am there were 2 separate groups in parking lot outside of our unit who were loud and the second group eventually started fighting. It’s upsetting for my child to see a woman beating up a guy and then ultimately the guy with his hands on her neck. During this fight my daughter’s rental car was dented during the fight.
We turned on porch lights and they did not leave. My daughter called the cops but they never showed. Finally the group moved on.
Lovely unit but trouble sleeping both nights. Property manager gave us 2 extra hours for late check out.
But if you want a good night’s rest find another place. Too bad —unit was clean and lovely.

We attended the Louder Than Life festival and could not have been more happy with this location. Rental was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Numerous places to eat within walking distance and a short drive to Kroger for groceries. During the week, it’s great for breakfast lunch, and dinner at local restaurants within walking distance, but can be busy on Friday and Saturday nights as most bars are targeted at college students, 21+, and card at the door. The property owner was easy to reach and available when needed. The rental and parking were in a gated area and easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay while visiting the area!!!
