We had a great time in Louisville. The property was great and we loved the house. The street noise was rather loud but we adjusted very well. We hope to be able to stay there in the future.

The property manager , Brandon, was most communicative, getting back to me quickly whenever I had a question or concern. The house was cozy, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were stocked with towels, washcloths, and all the necessary bathing necessities. In addition there were all the necessary cookware , glassware, and even a coffee pot and Keurig.
What prevents me from giving this comfy home a 5 star review includes the following: the temperature needs to be regulated as the upstairs bedrooms were too hot while the downstair bedroom was too cold ; the toilet seats didn’t stay up ; the upstairs master had a huge ant colony outside one of the windows while another window wouldn’t stay up; the portable air conditioner in the master was so difficult to set up we gave up; the bathroom towel rack would be an inexpensive addition for damp towels; and finally the outside patio could use some comfortable furniture.
In spite of the above criticisms I would recommend this home during your stay in Louisville.

What a great place. The beds and pillows were amazing. The house had everything we needed and was close enough to downtown. The coffee shop around the corner was 1st rate. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything

This property was perfect for us to stay at with some of our extended family while in town for a college graduation. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and having 3-1/2 bathrooms was perfect so that everyone could get ready without having to wait long for the showers. The hosts were very kind and responsive to questions. I hope we have the opportunity to stay again in the future!

Had a great time in Louisville. This house was one of only a few that we found for a decent price that slept 6 people comfortably. The kitchen was very nice and there is plenty of seating at the table and in the living room. The house was located conveniently to most of Louisville. The house was also very clean.
Some things to note… the driveway is pretty steep. It’s a bit of a job to get in and out. We had no issues with the neighborhood, but I would say it’s not the best out there. It was quiet near us, other than the normal traffic on the road, which didn’t bother us.
I would recommend this house to anyone looking for something and needs a lot of beds/bedrooms.

Sweet house, great location.
This place worked well for us. 5 easy minutes from Expo/Kentucky Kingdom/airport. 15 minutes from downtown. As mentioned, it is on a main street and can be a little noisy. But only heard maybe one airplane all week. Plenty of space to cook and dine. Living room was comfortable, as were the beds. Lots of communication and quick response to the one minor issue we had.

This property was everything and more. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning. We came to Louisville for the Billie Eilish concert and to spend quality time together. The property is literally three minutes from the airport which made picking up my sister and nieces at 10 pm a cinch. Everything we needed was available to us. Coffee, condiments and a well stocked kitchen. Living room and dining room provided ample comfortable seating for the 7 of us. We reached out to the owner with a couple of questions and got an immediate response. We would definitely stay here again

Nice Large Home!
There was a lot to like. Stylish, location, Host Availability. A few small things they have no control over like the airplanes can sound like they are taking off and using the roof to get airborne. The cars on the street are very loud as well. Not a trailer-friendly driveway.

Book this if you can
The property was immaculate and in a very nice neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. The property management was extremely responsive and it had all of the furnishings we needed to have a wonderful weekend. I would choose this place every single time I stay in town

This is a spacious, cute house perfect for business or vacations. We stayed here because I was orienting someone who recently started working remotely for my company. This house was large enough for my family to come with me and to allow room for me to work from the house. The backyard is big and fenced with a lovely deck. The kitchen is spacious, if you are cooking for a group bring larger pans and knives. There are 2 tables with seating for a meal for a large group. The only part I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the location. While it is in walking distance to a great sandwich shop and close to a gas station, it is also on a busy street. Not a huge issue due to the fenced backyard. However, there is traffic 24/7 which is noisy from the bedroom that is on the street side of the house. So make sure whoever sleeps in that room isn’t bothered by noise. There is off street parking for several vehicles which is nice. We didn’t have any issues while we were here, the management seemed nice and checked in on us a couple of times to make sure our stay was good. Overall nice and comfortable house. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others looking for a place to stay here.

Beechmont, Louisville
Happily as advertised, the home was clean and comfortable with all in good working condition. The location was a convenient drive to our destinations and property management was very professional and accommodating during our interactions.

Well stocked
The property was well stocked, and we enjoyed our stay. The neighbor was in his yard and visited with us a little. He was friendly and offered to give suggestions if we needed to know where to go. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

If there was a 3.5 stars, I would've given the Beechmont property that rating. I ended up giving it 4 stars (instead of 3) because of the quick response from Brandon during our stay. Also, the location is good as it's near the highway and close to Churchill Downs. The neighborhood, though, seems to be 'up and coming' and some of the homes are not as nice than others.
We were disappointed with two main things during our stay: the cleanliness of the house and the airplane noise. Unfortunately, the house wasn't as 'sparkling clean' as is listed in the description. We thought it may have sat unused for a while as there were spiderwebs in some corners and on the blinds. The upstairs bedrooms have water stains near the ceiling on the walls. The front porch and back deck were dirty and we didn't feel comfortable sitting on either.
We were also very surprised when in the middle of the night we were awakened by planes flying over. This went on for a long time....plane after plane after plane. It was hard to get a good night's sleep. (Maybe due to a UPS Worldport close by.)
I wouldn't say that this house is 'Luxurious' as listed in the description. It's had a cute remodel but needs some finishing touches and a deep clean to own that title.

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay here. There were many beds where 8 adults could comfortably sleep along with 3 full baths which was very helpful. In addition, it was close to the airport and prime location for other attractions. It was clean and the hosts were able to answer all necessary questions.
I would definitely recommend this spot for a larger group.

Overall, the property was just as listed. It accommodated our group and the layout is beautiful and welcoming. The property is conveniently located and close to supermarkets, distilleries and downtown Louisville. However, there were a few concerns with some of the accuracies of the listing specifically the "exceptional cleanliness." The upkeep of the the home seems very minimal. I found dirty towels in the laundry room on the first day. Also while searching for a toy, I ended up cleaning up many dust bunnies and dusting the entertainment center since the dust build up was very visible. While cleaning, I found items (i.e. a book and toys) that did not seem to belong in the home. Also, at least one shampoo bottle had water instead of shampoo (eventually I found shampoo). There were bleached stained towels in the master bathroom. The walls look like they can use a coat of paint or at least a thorough cleaning. Finally, in the kitchen, I had to run the dishwasher by itself because when I ran a cycle with dishes, it left them dirtier then when I put them in. The oven was basically unusable, there was built up grease and it seemed like it had not been cleaned in months.
We were told a day before check in that we were not to use the front door because of plumbing repairs. They specified that we were to use the back door only. When we arrived, we saw no evidence of any repairs (no mud, damaged grass as stated in the email). They also have a nice deck in the back that has a nice bench. However there is poison ivy growing up the side of the tree that can easily be touched by children. The driveway is a bit tricky to get in/out of because it is narrow, but it seemed that was the case in every house on that street.
Perhaps my biggest concern (though out of the owners control) was the constant number of people approaching the back exit rummaging through what appeared to be trash. It was not scary, but rather startling when leaving or coming back from an outing.

Our Kentucky stay
Brandon was awesome! He took care of all our needs. We had a couple of slight issues and he quickly handled it with grace. We will definitely be renting from him again.
Thank you for a great time in your cute house

The property was very good for us to spread out and have our own space. It was comfortable and larger than I expected. The property contact Brandon was very responsive and very easy to work with. I would rent the house again!
