Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #1006 is a very spacious end unit two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 10th floor of the breakers east on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. This condo has extra windows in kitchen, dining room, living a very bright/cheery atmosphere. 65 inch cable TV in living room with Blu-ray disc player, 39 inch cable TV in master bedroom with Blu-ray disc player 32 inch cable TV with Blu-ray disc player in second bedroom ceiling fans in both bedrooms blackout drapes in master bedroom and living room master bathroom has oversized walk-in shower with single vanity (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $45.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments. 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent. Damage Protection is mandatory. This is our 3rd time staying at Breakers East and are already looking forward to next February. We love working with Carolyn and Erica at Your Assistant at the Beach. Will be great to have two new working elevators too. I do wish that the HOA would provide a way to recycle right on the property. Or, at the very least for those of us who would REALLY like to recycle instead of just putting everything in the garbage, provide info on where to take recycling items. Otherwise, we LOVE it!

This condo is wonderful, the view is gorgeous, location is great, the beach is very clean and easily accessible! We had everything we needed! The pictures do not do the condo justice, it’s even nicer! The only reason we gave “maintenance, quality of furniture, amenities, etc.” a 4 star, was because there is only one working elevator, but we were aware of that before booking and with it being off-season, this was not an issue at all. It was great having covered parking! We will definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Breakers East 1006. The unit was lovely and very well appointed. The kitchen was so well outfitted that I almost felt guilty not using it more. The interior design was very well done and we found it very clean. The complex itself was great. The covered parking and beach set up completes the draw to this unit. I highly recommend it!

We always enjoy coming to Breakers East. This year we stayed in unit 1006, and we really enjoyed the views from the condo due to it being an end unit. You could see all the way to Harbor Walk Village from the kitchen window. Additionally, our kids really enjoyed staying in the bunk beds. We’d definitely recommend this unit, and can’t wait to come back.

The condo was just as advertised and very clean. Nice upgraded, spacious layout and we didn’t feel cramped. Since it is a corner unit, the extra windows provided more light. The king size bed was very comfortable. I was worried about the a/c based on a previous review but it worked well. I wished we would have paid the extra to have the condo stocked with our groceries. We would stay there again.

For the 3rd year in a row the elevators were not working. During last Saturday’s change over, there were families that waited around 30 min for an elevator. Some got so mad they smashed several of the carts in frustration.

From check in to check out, everything ran smoothly. The unit has an unbelievable view of the Gulf with no obstructions. I travel for a living and I didn’t want to stay in a hotel, so we decided stay in a condo/house and wasn’t disappointed. We highly recommend! We will be back

This condo was very clean and comfortable for me and my family, the only issue we had was the A/C would not go lower than 74 degrees. Management was contacted and they did send someone over to clean out the unit but it didn’t help much, good thing we brought fans because we had to leave them on with the doors closed, and it would be nice if they had a ceiling fan in the living room,
other than that our stay was very relaxing and the condo was decorated beautifully.

We loved staying here. Condo was clean, cute and spacious. Parking was great! Super location. The beach attendants for this condo were by far THE BEST! No overcrowding here. We wouldn’t change a thing other than needing more time to stay.

I've been to a lot of VRBO's and this one was my favorite. The location was a perfect, very clean, ideal layout for our needs and everything was provided. I usually have to bring things like hand soap, Kleenex, coffee filters, and dishwashing pods. It was already there! Even the ice maker actually had ice in it! Modern appliances, ample kitchen supplies (we cook all our meals), and even a Keurig coffee maker and Brita water filter pitcher, made our stay so much like home. I loved having the covered parking space, plenty of carts for hauling our stuff to the condo, keyless entry and a huge balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. It was quiet, spacious, modern, and comfy. I especially loved the beach chairs and umbrella INCLUDED in the cost of the condo. That was a huge savings. The staff was very nice and friendly. The facilities were clean and kept and even freshly painted. The gate codes all worked, check-in/check-out was simply a breeze and we loved every second. This is the first VRBO condo I would rebook in a heartbeat

Everything was great!
The floors looked clean, but after wearing my socks for just a few minutes they were dirty.
While they looked clean, they really need a good mopping! Or either the carpet needs cleaning.
But it didn’t hinder our enjoyment of the property.
Great choice for our 51st wedding anniversary.
Second time staying at Breakers East. Will be our choice in the future.

We were pleasantly surprised how clean and beautiful the condo was. It has the biggest oceanfront deck we had ever seen. Its a smaller complex and theres lots of carts out front to make hauling everything to your room. We had covered parking. The only issue was the water didnt heat up in the small shower but that was ok we both used the larger shower. I would definitely stay again

Absolutely wonderful. I loved every minute. The view is to die for. The unit was extremely spacious (I had a two bedroom) and the balcony had nice chairs that you could actually see the ocean over the railing. The only downside is it’s very difficult when the traffic is heavy to get in and out of the complex but that’s very minor.

Our condo was incredible!! Very clean, plenty of room, amazing location!! We loved it so much we booked an extra night because we didn’t want to leave. Everything you could possibly need they had. Washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer, blender, pots and pans, 3 boogie boards, beach towels, and 2 really nice beach chairs, the list goes on! Communication with property owner was excellent, very responsive and great customer service!! The location was absolutely beautiful!! They had gorgeous polywood furniture on the balcony over looking the beach and pool! The rental included 2 chairs on the beach with an umbrella set up each day by the beach attendant. There was a slush stand on the beach as well! Best vacation! The location of the condo was incredible and the property grounds were beautiful l! Pool was heated and very clean. The beach was gorgeous!! You will definitely want to stay here!!!!

View was wonderful, even saw the dolphins off the shore on one calmer day. Sol the maintenance for the Condos was a big help. Kept the pool heated during the cooler days which was much appreciated.
