Amazing ski-in / ski-out Breckenridge condo! Located right off of the 4 O'clock Ski Run! Look out your balcony and glass sliding door at the Snowflake lift. Peer through your living room windows and enjoy skiers passing by. To ski out, you simply walk across the drive (75 yards) and catch the snowflake lift. To ski in, you take the 4 O'clock ski run directly to the property complex - it's that simple! Enjoy relaxing evenings in this open concept condo with a large stone fireplace that was updated in 2021 and a flat screen tv in the great room. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops, new laminate flooring, and new appliances. The dining room seats six plus - a great area for everyone to gather. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and en suite master bath. There is another queen sized bedroom down the hall, with a bunk room next door. They have full access to the updated hall bath. If you need extra sleeping space there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for your convenience. You cannot find a better location than this! Easy ski-out in the mornings by hopping directly on the Snowflake lift across the street, ski-in after a long day on the slopes and drop your gear in the convenient entry mud room. Walking to town for shopping and restaurants is right around the corner, or take the free shuttle with a stop right across the street. We had an amazing stay in Breckenridge. The property owner was so responsive and easy to get a hold of and very nice to work with. The location was superb. Truly a ski in/ ski out. Snowflake lift right out back door. Easy access to every level of skiing. We were even able to come home for lunch in the middle of ski day on our skis. There was free transportation to take you into town or to other ski lifts. Truly a ski town. No vehicle needed. The condo had everything we needed to make any meal. Plenty of towels and linens and board games. Beds were comfortable. Layout of condo was great our family. We traveled with my husband and I and 3 kids aged 17 to 23. Everyone had plenty to do. Plenty of room to sleep and not get in each others space. And best of all access to plenty of ski runs for any level of skier. I love this place. I will return again. Oh and check in and check out process was simple.

My husband, daughter, her husband and 2 grand daughters stayed here. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The girls loved the games. Was very quiet and an easy walk to all the action! My daughter was so appreciative that there were ziploc bags and aluminum foil. Sometimes it's the small things that make a difference. Would definitely book it again

Stayed here for the access, right across street from lift and walk down hill to shops and food. Has all you need to cook dinners, hot tub access is right out the front door. good place to hang lots of gear at front door and get on boots. Beds were a bit firm for my taste but slept OK. laundry in the unit was big plus. Second time sstaying here and would again.

We enjoyed the ski in out location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We parked right outside our condo. We had a great experience.

It’s an updated older building and kitchen was very well stocked. Some mattresses could use replacing though. Overall, we were comfortable there and management was very responsive.

Wonderful location and stay
We were a group of three families who loved our stay here. It was very clean, with comfortable beds, and easy ski in and ski out. The kids also loved the many games that were provided. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location. We walked to Downtown Breck every night and hopped on the snowflake lift each morning. Comfortable beds, hot tubs just a few feet away, fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

January 2022 Weekend Ski Trip
The condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for the 4 grown (overgrown) men on this trip. Very convenient to Snowflake Lift and ski to the condo at end of day. Convenient enough that we even skied in for lunch break one day. Lauren offered timely and complete advice and instruction concerning the stay. Highly recommended!

Awesome Location!
Truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools and appliances needed. Porch view was beautiful. Only footsteps away from a ski Lyft and delicious restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location
The condo was perfectly located for ski in/out. It was great to hop on the uncrowded snowflake lift and get our ski day started fast. We had friends meet us that needed to get lift tickets and the ticket office is right there with no wait. It’s a hidden little gem! The condo is roomy and has a well equipped kitchen. The check in info said the hot tubs were closed due to Covid but they were open and usable and also just across the hall from the condo!! We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome location and fabulous accommodations
This property has an excellent location to ski rental and access to the snowflake ski lift. The condo is very nice and had everything necessary to cook and eat in house. Side note: Lauren was very accommodating for us as we got in early because of a large snow storm happening.

You grab your skis in the morning walk across the street and hop on the lift! Then at the end of the day you can ski right up to the front door!
