There’s plenty of space for everyone to relax, plus lots of cozy rooms for conversation and making memories. Everyone will love the western motif and log-cabin feel. This is the right choice for you and your large family or group! This 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home in Breckenridge’s Highlands Neighborhood is perfect for up to 12 people. With magnificent views of Tenmile Range and east up the Swan River Valley, it’s serene and secluded – but just a five-mile drive to the ski area and downtown Breck. There’s also the nationally recognized Jack Nicklaus-designed Breckenridge public golf course just a half-mile away. On the main level, the living area has soaring vaulted ceilings and large windows which offer beautiful mountain views. There’s lovely gas fireplace and plenty of antique furniture and lounge chairs for relaxing and taking in the views. The fully equipped kitchen has cabinetry made of birds-eye maple, as well as everything you could ever need to whip up fabulous mountain meals. The extra-large dining table seats up to 12 people, and there’s a separate breakfast nook. Step out onto the deck and take in the views or throw some steaks on the gas grill. This lower level of the house features a theater room with a large flat-screen TV opening out into the main family area. There’s an antique pool table and a large wet bar, and three large seating areas for relaxing, conversation, or taking in a movie or the game. Or, take advantage of the large private hot tub on the south deck amid the pine trees with more great views! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and an oversized one-car garage with extra parking for 4+ vehicles. Had a weekend getaway with the guys. There were ten of us. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hang out. Good proximity to the marina and other activities. Can’t beat that view of the surrounding mountains.

Great time with friends and awesome location!! Nothing bad to say, just didn’t care for all the stairs being we had a friend who had a hard time with em. BBQ grill isn’t in the best spot away from the kitchen/dining area. Other than that, we loved every minute of it, and it had everything we needed. Thanks for having us!!

Five bedrooms, tons of sofas and chairs, two kitchen tables, a pool table, and a big hot tub with amazing views of the mountains. It really is the perfect place to spend time with friends / family. Highly recommend this place.

The house is in a great neighborhood and has great structure and beauty with log walls. It is evidently set up for very large groups as there was what I would call an overwhelming amount of furniture. The living room had a couch and 12 additional chairs and various footrests and is not as pictured on the VRBO site. Downstairs included 5 different couch/chairs seating areas. This is a personal preference, I know, but the decor in the living areas seemed cluttered and mismatched.
The bedrooms did not feel cluttered but the first floor master bedroom mattress was old with indentions that a couple had to work around. We had an adult on the lower bunk bed and on the larger bed in that room who did not sleep well due to the mattresses. The loft bed was fine. There were no complaints from the 2 young men who slept in the larger beds downstairs on the hot tub side of the house.
The kitchen had a very large table and an average sized work space, but had no storage room for food (as the pantry was locked and cabinets were full of dishes/kitchen supplies). We stored all of our non-perishable items on the kitchen counters and floor. We do cook meals every morning and evening and make lunches so this lessened available countertop space.
The internet was excellent (there was a comment last summer about slow internet speed). The management was very responsive to questions. We enjoyed the hot tub. The home was clean.

This home was beautiful! Large rooms, plenty of beds and space for our family/friends of 12. You do need to drive to ski resorts but we did not mind. Wonderful private hot tub, which is a must for our family after skiing. We had 2 adults, 5 children (teenagers and young 20's) and they each invited a friend. There is a pool table for entertainment and a large living room for games. Yes I would vacation at this home again!

We took our family for our annual Christmas getaway (we had 12 this year, all ages 20-51) and had a wonderful, relaxing time! The great room, kitchen, downstairs area and bedrooms all accommodated us very well. The location is extremely easy to get to, with assistance in plowing the driveway and shoveling the porches if there’s a lot of snow.
We texted a couple of times and heard back relatively quickly.
We’d love to return next year!

Amazing stay. Loved the lodge atmosphere. Furnishings were rustic and appropriate for the setting. Kitchen FULLY stocked. There were 11 of us, plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. The location was ideal, because it was about halfway between Breckenridge and Frisco, a little bit closer to Breckenridge. Absolutely perfect.

This was the most beautiful, spacious, clean, and roomy property we as a family had ever stayed in. Family enjoyed being able to be all together. Loved the privacy and closeness to stores, shopping, lake, etc. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Only suggestion would be to have an upgraded form of music device that we could connect music to with todays technology such as blue tooth since we assumed it would have one and forgot our devices. Other than that this was 100% perfect. Thank you property owners. :)

The experience was great except for a miscommunication at check in. We were instructed to go to the office in Frisco to retrieve our check in info. However, the safe was empty and we had to call the managers.

Great place but terrible pool table
The place is amazing and a great location. However, the pool table is terrible and not even able to play a game of pool on it. If you’re wanting to utilize the pool table on vacation, choose a different place to stay.

It was a fantastic place with an older decor style but had everything we needed. The pool table was a little jenky but it sufficed. Great experience.

Great place
This was a great place with tons of space! Enough room to accommodate our needs. Loved the old log cabin feel. Furniture is outdated and needs upgrading. Kitchen needs upgrading too, and so do the bbq grills. Carpet and flooring need upgrading too. These are all minimal things as it did not bother us that much. The place is absolutely fantastic! Would stay again.

We booked this location for a family weekend to celebrate grandparents 50th wedding anniversary. 8 adults, 9 children. The location is lovely, and very well suited for large groups. Plenty of room to spread out when needed, and yet many different areas capable of handling our large group when we wanted to be close together. Abundance of seating in the family areas as well as at tables in the kitchen and on back deck and front porch. Each bedroom has mostly private bathrooms, which was also ideal for our large group. The bed arrangement was ideal and comfortable, with no one on air mattresses or couch pullouts.
Only (minor) complaint would be that the WiFi was somewhat slow, but we certainly challenged it with our number of devices at times.
We were so thankful for this beautiful location to celebrate our family and really enjoy being together for the first time in several years. Would highly recommend to larger families/ groups in the future.
