This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is perfect for families and friends. It is just a 5 minute drive to Lake Pontchartrain, the Bayou and City Park where you can enjoy Cafe Du Monde, playgrounds, walking trails, NOMA, the children’s museum, paddle boats, bike rentals, storyland, putt putt, tennis courts and a golf course. Located a quick 10 minute drive to downtown and the French Quarter. This is a beautiful, spacious home with large open living area including a bar and a closed in patio space off of the living area. The large kitchen and dining room is open to the living area. The large primary suite with king bed is on the lower level. There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds on the second level. All have ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom that can be entered from both bedrooms. One bedroom has a small kids bed in a room off of the bedroom. There is an impressive movie theater with comfortable recliners to seat 8. The entire house and backyard is all yours. We are available as needed to assist with any questions you may have. The neighborhood features Lake Pontchartrain, City Park, the Bayou and Bayou Oaks Golf course. Quaint and quiet Gentilly is where all the neighbors know each other and greet guests with a smile. Perfect location for reaching anywhere in the city by car in no more than 15 minutes or public transportation. There is a Walgreens as well as a gas station less than 5 minutes away for conveniences. There is also a Walmart about a 5-7 minute drive away. There is off street parking available at the house. Please ask us about renting our 2024 8 passenger Toyota Grand Highlander SUV that is listed listed on Turo. Please let us know if you will be needing a pack-n-play or highchair. 1. We are legally limited to the posted maximum occupancy by local law. Additional guests occupying the space will be charged $100 per person per night. 2. Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Please remain cognizant and respectful of our neighbors. 3. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $100 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given and our cleaners have the right to enter the property and begin cleaning if they arrive and you are still present. If you are not at the property, our cleaners will set your items outside for you to collect. If the space you’re renting is for multiple units, the fee will be $100/hour per unit. 4. Smoking in the unit will result in a $500 Deodorization Fee. Please smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided. 5. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party will be charged a $1,500 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras with active recording is present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. 6. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces. 7. Please use our black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging white linens/towels. 8. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100. 9. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans. 10. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed. 11. High chairs are available upon request. There is limited availability. Please inquire via message if you would like to reserve one. 12. There is a $500 minimum fee for commercial photography and filming on the property. 13. If you disconnect anything on the TVs, projectors or audio video equipment please make sure you put it back how you found it. If a tech needs to be called out to remedy any issues there will be a minimum $150 fee.
