House was a nice place to stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not good. The sheets on the beds did not seem to have been washed. The sofa bed was disgusting, when we unfolded the couch there was candy, dust bunnies and a used q-tip in the sheets. We ended up stripping all the beds and washing it ourselves to feel clean. After we washed everything, we noticed that the washer had some water under it. I sent an email to the property management company, and we never did hear back from them the whole trip until I got a random txt saying that they would not let us have a late checkout even though we didn’t ask for one. Again, house was good. I really enjoyed the house after cleaning it, but for what we are charged for cleaning, it’s ridiculous that we have to come in and clean to feel comfortable.

Aside from an early (10am) checkout, everything was wonderful! Very Cozy. Enjoyable getaway for a few nights.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful cabin. As a family of four with tween/teen kids there was plenty of space for all of us. If you enjoy nature as much as we do this is the home for you. There are multiple bird feeders in the backyard. We filled them and loved sitting at the kitchen table and watching a huge variety of birds and wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous cabin! We chose it to celebrate our 40th Anniversary and we couldn't have chosen a better place!! We spent most of our time at the cabin because it was so beautiful and cozy, nestled in the woods. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin - it was spacious, comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen, and was in a beautiful location. The drive is a bit out of town but we appreciated the seclusion. It says sleeps 10, but I would say it comfortably sleeps 6. I would recommend this cabin and I would definitely return again. Thank you for a memorable stay!

My husband, 2 pups and I booked this beautiful home in Moonridge for a 5 day stay of skiing, sledding & fun in the mountains. We invited a few friends to join us, as the home was large and had 2 very nice guest bedrooms (each had Queen beds....No bunk beds), and we wanted to share this gorgeous home with them. The home is perfect for 3 couples. You never feel crowded! The main floor openness is open and super great for entertaning.. While I was in the kitchen cooking, the guests were hanging in the main room watching tv or playing shuffle board (and I still felt part oft he group). After a long day of skiing, it was great to come back to the home to sled down their hilly backyard, and then later unwind in the awesome jacuzzi. We were all pleased with the home, it's stunning location, and the modern features. While the home has the rustic look, it is rustic modern, and right up our alley! We've stayed at many homes in Big Bear, and this was my favorite so far! We will stay again if it is available.
Finally, the only issue we had was NOT with the home, but with the management company. I received a message that morning of check in (a Monday), stating that if we showed up early, and the home was ready, we could check in. We didn't show up super early, but did show up at the office to check in at 2:00 pm. I was told the home was ready, but they were not certain of the alarm being off, and they would call me within the hour to let me know if we could enter without setting of the home's alarm. After an hour and 15 minutes, and no call from the management, we went back to the office to inquire if we could now enter.. The gal at the desk still didn't know if the alarm was off at the home, and so again she said they would call me soon to let me know. We decided to go out to eat, and then were called at 3:35. We checked in ultimately at the check in time of 4:00 pm. Not a huge deal, but If I were the management, I would not have sent out a message that morning referring to a possibility of an early check in. Just say check in is 4:00 pm.
