This was the sweetest place to stay for our 3 weeks in Santa Fe, Fabulous backyard, and cozy Kiva. It was perfect for us. We hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay at the casita over Thanksgiving. Very cozy and a great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Both the queen bed and sofa bed worked well for our needs.

We enjoyed staying at this place. We were able to walk to the old town where there are many galleries, shops, and points of interest. The "casita" was very comfortable and had a well-supplied kitchen. Having the washing machine inside was a real plus. Thank you for a great stay.

The location of this property was ideal. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable bed and the scent free linens and towels. I found the interior of the property to be very dark and depressing. The one window air conditioning unit in the living room was not sufficient to cool the entire casita. Central air conditioning and updated decor would make this a 5 star plus location.

Nice place. Stayed for 10 days. Great location and had everything we needed.

I came to Santa Fe for a workshop, and used the casita as my home base. I wanted a place that gave me a Santa Fe vibe - not a generic hotel feel. It fit the bill perfectly and I enjoyed coming home each evening and spending a little time in the garden. The location was great and the casita had everything I needed. I felt comfortable that my host would be available if I needed any help. It began to feel like home after a week, and I hated to leave!

Casita is small but cozy. It worked well for us. Close to the Plaza, walking distance. The casita was well stocked, and had everything we needed. We would stay again.

The location of the casita was perfect with easy access (walk or car) to the Santa Fe Plaza (downtown) area, as well as by car to other places in the area. The kitchen/dining area of the casita was spacious, light, bright, and very comfortable. The living room area and adjoining bathroom were also spacious and comfortable. The outdoor porch and garden area, however, were our favorite "room" for coffee and reading when temperatures permitted. The casita was fully stocked for all our needs. The only minor negative was that from the bedroom we could very occasionally hear voices from the adjoining unit. We would certainly go back again to enjoy.

The property is in a very nice location with easy access to the Plaza. The road up to Ski Santa Fe and the State Park with lots of hiking opportunities is right at the corner. Spent lots of time on the porch with our coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. We did quite a bit of cooking and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Nice off street parking. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay. . Our 15-year-old granddaughter from England was with us. There
was plenty of room for the three of us. The house/casita is in a great location for walking to all the best sites and restaurants. It’s very tastefully decorated (lovely art on the walls) very well equipped and maintained and altogether a pleasure to stay in. It lacked for nothing. We would highly recommend it and would go back again. Thank you Bob!

We really enjoyed staying in the "casita"! The location was perfect for exploring the Plaza, downtown, and all of the most charming parts of Santa fe. We walked everywhere--great restaurants, shopping, parks, museums, even the grocery store! We would come home and crash on the couch with a fire in the fireplace--very cozy. In the morning, we would get up, make coffee and enjoy the sun on the back deck. The kitchen was had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. The best part of the house is thecolorful art work everywhere, making the house feel like a real casita! Finally the hosts were incredibly responsive, When a snow storm delayed our arrival the first night, they told us we could stay an extra day a no charge, I just wish we could have taken them up on that!! Highly recommended.

Perfect location
This is a cute Casita with everything one might need. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. The fenced in yard was a nice little oasis and our two dachshunds loved it- they would bask in the sun. The best thing about this Casita is its location. Location, location, location... Can't be beat.

The skylight was very welcome during gray winter days
We spent most of our time inside during our visit because it was cold and windy with snow flurries. We could hear almost no traffic at all or other noises outside which was impressive being near a fairly busy road, but the Christmas music coming from the other side of the duplex was clear enough that we could sing along. I don't think it was playing very loudly, the walls are just thin. If you're staying more than a couple of days, you may want to bring extra toilet paper so you'll have enough.

I highly recommend this charming casita. From its location just a 10 minute walk from the Plaza and nearby great restaurants to its lovely interior, front porch, and yard, this is the place for a memorable couple's retreat. We had everything we needed in the kitchen; although we never cooked dinner, we certainly could have.

Outstanding accommodations
The Casita was clean, comfortable and the owners clearly thought through all the little details that make a stay special. Everything from games, brochures of the area, and a stocked spice rack! The kitchen was nicely supplied with pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. An easy walk to the town square and in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. We will absolutely stay again if we return to Santa Fe..

The casita was lovely, spacious, clean and cozy. The porch was a wonderful place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. Having a half door in the kitchen was a delightful surprise and a nice way to enjoy the Santa Fe air both in doors and out. Exploring on foot was easy as the casita was centrally located.

Our stay here was wonderful. The casita was spacious for two people. Little things which travelers appreciate were ALL present, like two sizes of sandwich bags, almost immediate hot shower water, night light in the bathroom, a good orientation binder which we'd recommend one reviews upon arrival-good suggestions like restaurants. Very clean. Kitchen had everything like your's at home. Location is within walking distance of the main plaza from which everything is measured, .6 miles, about 5-6 city blocks and is up hill on the return trip. Santa Fe is very walkable, but we elected to drive to places on the south side, the casita being on the north side. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.
