Situated in Puako, this charming condo for £177 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our slice of Hawaiian Paradise! Traveller cancellation is your opportunity to get dates in May/June at a 20% discount!! Third floor corner unit at Vista Waikoloa. Private lanai with beautiful views of Mauna Kean, Moana Loa and Hualalai mountains plus A Bay beach palm trees and ocean. In the winter months you can see the snow capped mountain top of Mauna Kea while sitting in the tropical heat on our Lanai and viewing the sunset, it is an exotic view. Our condo is light and airy with a large wrap around lanai on 2 sides, the perfect place for meals or just sitting and relaxing in the tropical atmosphere. The master suite features a luxurious California King bed and elegant Hawaiian inspired décor, ample cupboard space and a full ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and island style décor. Both bathrooms are newly renovated with granite counter tops and large walk in showers. Our kitchen has been remodeled with granite bench tops , new French door refrigerator and freezer , new cook top and all the appliances you will need. A new AC unit provides quiet cooling throughout. The lounge and indoor dining area is spacious with stylish Hawaiian inspired décor, a flat screen TV and wireless Bluetooth music system. The huge lanai has table and chairs for 6 people and 2 loungers for relaxing and enjoying the view complete with candles for evening atmosphere. Our condo has been refurbished with tile floors throughout to give it a clean , cool island feel. Beach chairs, toys and towels are provided. Recently upgraded internet to high speed 300 mb/s suitable for working remotely. Fold out desk also provided! The condo equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay - whether a romantic getaway, family vacation, adventure trip, E301 is the perfect slice of paradise on the Big Island! Enhanced cleaning practices for optimum safety during COVID are being followed. Additional cleaning for stays of over 4 weeks required.

Large open concept condo with many upgrades, and panoramic view through 2 glass walls with sliders. 2nd bedroom with twin beds has sliding 3 panel wall to fully separate the space.
Gated community with elevators to access upper floors. Every detail was covered. Would absolutely stay here again

The resort was located some distance from Kona, but had all the amenities of restaurants, grocery stores and numerous shops. It was situated close to various beaches and points of interests which we were able to drive. The property management were fabulous and accommodated all of our requests. The condo was well equipped, and the one bedroom as described had two separate single beds, which were comfortable. It would be nice if the two single beds could be changed to a queen. Other than that we enjoyed the condo location since it was close to all the amenities of Waikoloa Village.

Very nice condo with everything we needed for our vacation. The location is amazing, between A Bay and Waikoloa. Beautiful panoramic view from the lanai volcano to the bay. Great walkable shortcut to Abay and a beautiful beach walk. Clean and well stocked. When we return, we’ll book here again!

The property surrounding Vista Waikoloa is immaculate. It’s just a short walk to the beach access at the Marriott, and is very close to shopping and as well as food options.
The location is also easy access (15-20 min drive) to several beaches in the area.
The unit was perfect for us having a washer/dryer as well as full kitchen. The sunrises and sunsets on the balconies are hard to beat.
I would highly recommend this place.

This condo is beautiful and located in a great location for your Kamuela/Waimea/Kona vacation. The space is well-planned and open, with a lot of lanai space. The neighborhood has lots of places to wander and explore as well. Well-stocked with supplies for the beach. Convenient elevator and parking. Perfect for a small family.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. It was clean and up to date with furnishings and linens. I think the only drawback for us was the fact that it is on a busy street and when you have the lanai doors open you do hear a lot of street noise. It does quiet down after sunset.

Top floor unit with plenty of space and very pleasant views. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Poorly timed multi-day AC maintenance for entire community without prior warning to us was pretty uncomfortable but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We visit Hawaii every year and this is one of our very favorite places we’ve stayed.
Spacious and comfortable with great mountain views as well as a peek at A Bay. Convenient to shops and restaurants and many wonderful beaches on the island.
Kitchen with a few dated appliances but everything worked reasonably well.

Beautiful rental- it’s bright and clean, well stocked kitchen/bathroom and a relaxing and utilitarian lanai that you will find joy on every moment you are there. Walking distance to everything you need and enjoy- don’t miss Lava Lava Beach club for drinks/food/views/music.

Everything was as advertised. The local manager was helpful with a couple of minor questions. My only comment would be that a small sachet of coffee would have been nice as a starter pack when I got there - but that is a very minor quibble. Everything was well stocked, including beach gear.

The location was nice. We could walk to A-Bay, and Kings and Queens shops (malls). This was also great if we planned on drinking.

Spent 5 nights in Vista Waikaloa, it was the perfect space for a family with children. The condo was clean and well furnished. We cooked a lot, and the kitchen was stocked with oil, spices, and sauces. Nice location views of the volcanos and water, a short walk to A-Bay beach, and the condo came with beach chairs, umbrella, and some beach toys. There was a bit of road noise in the early morning if we kept the windows open, but not too bad.

Please remove Puako, and Waikoloa Village from this property! Waikoloa Vista is in Waikoloa, Waikoloa Village is miles inland from the ocean and is not a good location. Our stay was wonderful, the location is ideal for a long vacation. Easy walking to A beach, HIlton waterfront, and shopping/restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and you cannot beat the views from this Lanai! We were so lucky to see the Mauna Loa eruption at night, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very clean and comfortable and perfect location for walking to several beaches and the shops!

Giving it a rating of 4 because we got locked in the master bedroom due to the door being jammed. Luckily we had a friend staying in the spare room who was able to unlock the living room sliding glass door in the living room that shared a balcony with the master bedroom. We stayed 3 nights and it took 2 days for them to come fix it. Other than this the place was great!

A great place to quickly hop over to the "A-Bay" beach, which was not busy when we visited. Condo was clean, not cluttered with too much decor, and had a nice outdoor lanai. Check-in and check-out were easy and they were able to be flexible for our arrival and departure times, which was much appreciated. P.S. Tropics Ale House next door was a casual, fun place with good happy hour food deals, live music on some nights, and good food for a decent price.

I'd stay here again - everything about it was great. The kitchen was stocked better than anywhere I've ever stayed, the location was great for the beaches we wanted to see, the place was clean and the property was quiet. It has a great view and was very comfortable. The packet of information the owner put together had wonderful detail and I referred to it a lot. I hope I'm able to book it again in the future. It was perfect for me and my friend.

Beautiful view and great location!
We really enjoyed our week at Vista Waikoloa. The condo was very spacious and perfect for our family which includes two teenage boys. The top floor end unit is very quiet and the road noise was minimal. The kitchen was very spacious and lanai was perfect for morning breakfast and evening dinner. The view was incredible and it was a very convenient walk to the beach. In my opinion the location is better than most of the other condo complexes in the Waikoloa resort area. The beds were very comfortable (although the pillows weren't the best). When we first arrived it was very hot in the condo and the AC was not working and the lights and ceiling fan in the family room weren't coming on, but Greg was super responsive and got everything working quickly. He was so friendly and provided great info regarding the area. The only other thing was the bathrooms ran out of Kleenex but no big deal. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything was exactly as advertised. Thank you for helping to make our Hawaii vacation as good as it could be.

Best Value in Waikoloa!
The condo was just perfect! The whole condo was very clean when we arrived. Nice towels, beach towels and the bed linens were soft. They even had a variety of pillows! I personally like a soft down pillow and I never seem to find that in a vacation rental but this condo had it. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The view from the outside patio/deck was lovely and it was always nicely shaded, no direct hot sun beaming on you so you can sit outside all day! There even was a small cooler and a few beach toys. Greg who was the contact person was very kind and generous with his time. At one point the breaker for the AC flipped (which we didnt realize, but could tell the AC was not working) and he was over in 20 min, fixing it and then giving us the inside tips on restuarants and activities. My daughter left her brithday lei with flowers and shells in the fridhe and Greg got it from the cleaning person and sent the shell Lei by mail! so gracious with time and effort.
