I loved the neighborhood, the home was clean and had plenty of room for my family

I would come back here. Condo with great private outside space, nestled at the base of Mt Elden, family neighbors, plenty of parking.

Peaceful and spacious townhome near restaurants, grocery stores and a shopping mall. CVS within walking distance. Forest trails near Mt Elden also within walking distance. Not suitable for working remotely as the Wi-fi drops multiple times per day. This impacts movie streaming as well. Townhome has everything else you may need for a comfortable stay including an outdoor grill in the backyard and beautiful surroundings.

The beds were very comfy. Bathrooms were clean. The carpet was old with some stains but I don’t think it was dirty. New carpet and bedspreads would go a long way in sprucing up the place. The room air conditioner worked great. Extra fans were appreciated. our stay got cut short due to an unforeseen water leak. We had to move to a new location but Vacasa was very helpful in quickly rectifying the situation.

The mattress is way too soft. Provides no support. I'm not heavy(110 lb) and the mattress sinks. There's a big dent around the hip area every night. Pillow also way too soft. Sleep quality not that good.
We found a drinking glass in the cupboard with lip marks on it.
The shower valve that controls whether the water goes to the shower head or the faucet malfunction. Half of the water couldn't get to the shower head. The hot water knob was about to fall off. Need to fix the shower valve.
The water heater is not powerful enough to provide hot water during shower. After one person took shower, need to wait some time before the second person takes shower, otherwise there won't be enough hot water till the end of shower for the 2nd person. We are talking about 5-10min shower each.
Bedrooms are relatively small.
Lots of fees charged on top of the room fee. The additional tourism fee, cleaning and etc fees add up to be as much as the room fee listed for 4 nights. Total cost roughly $900 in low season. Could be reasonable if you have 6 people, but not so much with just 4.
On the plus side, good wifi, quite neighborhood, convenient location.

The condo is beautiful and spacious. I would not recommend for folks that struggle with stairs, it proved difficult for me. Bedrooms are located upstairs but there is 2 bathrooms with one downstairs. Location was great!

We were quite impressed with the townhouse. It shows that the owners care. The place war very clean. The several bound editions of the Arizona Highways Magazine were a great surprise. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place is accessible, my family's stay could have been happier if the house carpet could have been cleaned before we check-in...Vacasa needs to give attention to this matter(upgrade the carpet to wood tile), otherwise, we will be back!

The home has potential but could use some serious elbow grease and probably a renovation. Here is the positive: good location, minutes drive from downtown and all that flagstaff has to offer, great area to walk and relatively quiet (despite being very close to the rail station). Here is the negative: glass front door jammed and the glass sliding door downstairs was jammed closed. Both very old and in need of significant repair/replacement. All the air vents (bathroom, kitchen, utility room inside and outside the house 100% clogged). Disturbing and a significant fire hazard to say the least. In addition, the home has a portable AC unit for hot days. It is vented through a sliding glass door upstairs that is has cardboard/duct tape to seal it. It is nice that the home owner provides this for hot days but the sliding glass door can't be locked or closed so it is a huge concern if you have kids or teens in that room. Consider a mini split system or adding a vent outlet on the wall if possible. Furthermore, the home advertises streaming services. They are installed on the LG TV but you need to bring your own login and password. Furthermore, the BBQ grill has years of built up grease and stuff on the inside bottom. Makes you think twice about BBQ food on that grill. Lastly, bathroom tub is worn and very slippery. The home has potential if the home owner can do some significant upgrades and establish a strict care/cleaning regiment.

Well equipped comfortable and spacious house
We spent a really comfortable couple of nights at this house. Getting into the house the first time was not easy but once we had overcome this problem we had a great stay.

But I'm a little confused by the description as having 3 queen beds. We could only find 2.

This 3 bedroom townhouse was perfect for our Family stay in Flagstaff. Plenty of room, and space like an upstairs loft (decorated nicely) as well as balconies and patios to relax and have Morning coffees on! Great location close to downtown Flag, NAU, and Mt. Alden of course. We will most likely be back, thank You!

This place was very clean and a perfect location! It was 5 minutes from Safeway and 7 minutes from Walmart. There were many shops/restaurants and gas station right down the street. The townhouse was quite, and the neighborhood was beautiful. The gas grill was easy to use and was perfect at night. The house had Everything we needed; even some puzzles for the kids. The upstairs master bedroom patio door don’t open, but that’s due to a separate heating/air conditioner unit that came in handy! Overall.. an amazing experience and place to stay. We were about 75 miles from the Grand Canyon. Highly recommend this place! Thanks for making our stay comfortable and easy! It made for an awesome weekend!
