Location: 4495 Clipper Cove Scenic Gulf Drive West, Destin Area FloridaNorth West Florida USA Accommodations: Split bedroom plan, sleeps 8 , 3 bedroom 2 bath. Pet friendly. ( THREE CAR PARKING) In the spring and summer weeks we only rent from Saturday to Saturday. Family Tides is an affordable, newly renovated home away from home. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the beach to a great meal cooked on the back deck grill! The beautiful master bedroom features a California king bed with a full private bath. On the opposite end of the house, the elegant second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full size Bunk beds and a Full suitable for children. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions with cable as well as plenty of storage. Approximately over 30 fun games to choose from and many beach books for a good read as you lay on the soft white clean beach. The Beautiful kitchen is fit for all your cooking skills, just installed brand-new stove as well as a brand-new gas grill. Pots and pans to gorgeous place settings right down to the cocktail glasses and plenty of utensils including a gourmet knife set. A breakfast bar and a huge dinning table that seats 6. Lots of wine and margarita glasses for a fun time! Enjoy a spacious front porch that seats 8 (not including the steps) to lounge around and enjoy the precious quaint neighborhood. Enjoy the beautiful swing that has been handed down in the family for hours of relaxation and rest. Just steps directly across the street is the pool for you to splash around and make new friends or few more steps to the most beautiful beach and white sand anywhere! Also enjoy a spacious back deck among beautiful land scape with a huge gas grill for you to cook your favorite dishes. Relax and while away the hours as you rest under the shade with ample seating for your well deserved vacation with your loved ones, family and friends. Just completed is the Bass Pro state of the art bowling alley which includes a full restaurant and bar with great water scenes with shark bowling balls. A beautiful outdoor mall with all the top of the line shopping to enjoy as well as outdoor family themed activity for children to enjoy. Just down the highway is the famous Laredo Cantina with a water fountain that is enormous and the kidos can totally enjoy that as you enjoy the other beautiful activities all around. Laredo Cantina serves fresh Mexican cuisine and is our favorite of all the Mexican restaurants there. There is a wonderful helicopter ride service very close by and zip line is offered next to AJ's restaurant. Go carts at the 'Track' with miniature golf and several highflying type rides for the brave to dare. Bumper boats and Fudpuckers has live baby alligators. Very close by are award winning restaraunts which specialize in all quizines such as seafood, mexican, italian, chinese, japanese etc... Also, many great shops such as Bass Pro, Destin Commons Mall , Fresh Market, Publix and many more. Spectacular golf courses(which have wonderful wild life as well as freindly service) and the very popular Big Kahuna water park (May thru September), the Track Amusement park and many more family activities for you to enjoy. The neighborhood was nice and the golf cart was a plus. Had to go buy some extra toilet paper, but if that was the only problem, it was minor.

We were there 2 weeks. We enjoyed the front porch and swing. We used the golf cart several times. Our little dog enjoyed walking the sidewalks in the cute neighborhood. The fenced front yard was easy to let her run around. We did not use the back yard as it was all sand . We did not use BBQ as it was very dirty and uncovered on the back deck. We had an issue with internet and owner was quick to respond with help. We did a fair amount of cooking but had to go buy pans at Walmart as furnished ones were not good. Staying that long, the furniture in living room was not very comfortable to relax each night. The house was very close and walkable to the beach.

My husband and I and my son and granddaughter stayed in this beautiful cottage with all the amenities. It was close to the beach and my son loved the golf cart. We had access to the pool and used it. The neighborhood was so quiet . I can’t thank you enough the cottage met all our needs and we were close enough to everything , not in the middle of the party crowd. Thank you so much!

The location of the property and layout of the house were great for a family with kids. We were able to stay on one side of the house while my parents stayed on the other. Had some rip currents was able to utilize the pool that day and still made it to the beach.

This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well equipped. The golf cart was a bonus and we used it everyday. We enjoyed riding around the neighborhood w the pups and exploring the area. The pups could walk around the fenced in yard while we sat on the porch swing. Perfect 😃

The beach house was a great stay, we got what we expected. It's an older house, but nothing was falling apart. The golf cart was a fantastic addition to the rental, in good shape and easy to use. The communication with the owner or rental manager was easy and had quick responses. My only suggestions are there needs to be floor rugs throughout the house. It's a beach house and lots of sand around, needs floor rugs.

It was a beautiful house, nice decoration, 2 whole bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. The only improvement I recommend is that on one of the bathrooms I couldn't made the shower to work and on the third bedroom a fan was needed because it was hot. The rest was great for us.

This was our 2nd time staying at Clipper Cove, and we loved it just as much! Gorgeous property in a very cute neighborhood. The beach is pristine. Destin has everything to offer. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and we had no issues during our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was just as described. It was absolutely a amazing vacation. It was a beautiful home in a absolutely beautiful neighborhood!!! The people there where amazing and friendly. The house has this amazing front proch where me and my family spent most of are time when not on the beach or doing other amazing activities in The area. Everyone that walked by would speak or wave and just really made you feel at home. Would strongly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying again when we come back it was woth every penny!!!!

Overall, this property is very nice. Do use of the golf cart is also nice as well as it keeps you from getting sand in your car and parking is free at the beach beds were comfortable. We enjoyed it very much.

This property is beautiful - easy walk to beach if you don’t want to use the new golf cart (we like to walk). Owners are extremely responsive. Home is clean and decorated with the owners artwork which is lovely and gives the home a personal touch rather than the cheapest stuff someone can put in a rental property. I have to comment on the butterfly table and chairs in dining room so unusual and indicative of antique and country decor. I highly recommend this property!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was all of a 30 second walk and we had it to ourselves most of the time which was great. The golf cart was super convenient to load up our beach gear on and make the short drive to the beach. We always take our pups, but this was the first place we've stayed with a fully fenced yard which allowed us to let them out to play whenever they needed. So nice! The box fan in one of the closets was an unexpected lifesaver, as our 1 year old needed that noise to sleep well! Great family accommodation!

We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. The golf cart was a treat. Clipper Cove is very quiet and having the community pool close by was an added bonus. Loved the fenced yard for the puppies.

We enjoyed the neighborhood and the house, but we were not told the pool would be closed for construction during our stay. That was important information we did not know.

Enjoyed our time on Clipper Cove. Very quiet safe community. House was comfortable and provided everything we needed. Could use some updates. Crystal Beach is just a few blocks away, a short trip in the golf cart. Owners quick to respond.

It was nice. Yard needed a bit of love and it would have been awkward if there were people in the yard behind if they were in their pool but no complaints. Sadly the weather was bad for us.

This was an amazing place to stay. My family and I had the perfect Thanksgiving get away. The kids enjoyed the pool, the beach and we all enjoyed the front porch. Location was perfect!!

Wanted a getaway for adults, this worked. Booked after peak summer, enjoyed our stay in Destin and at Clipper Cove, the area was great, and we enjoyed coming home to Clipper Cove each day. Very friendly Neiborhood and close to beach.

The summary stated the house sleeps 8 which it can but the seating arrangements need work. The living room area had a 2 person couch and 2 chairs. Both the chairs had legs that looked like they were about to collapse. There were only 4 chairs at the dinning room table also. This made is hard to have us all together for meals. Good points is the house is close to the beach. There was a golf cart which made getting to the beach easier.

We stayed for two weeks with our dog. The location is excellent, the pool is a stone’s throw away, and the owners are really responsive and friendly. We liked the room/bed setup, unlike some listings that obviously cater to a party crowd with a room full of bunks, this rental is more family-oriented. The reason for the missing star is it could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly before check-in (the tile floors were still dirty and there was dog poop in the backyard from prior renters), the kitchen was small and very basic, and some of the equipment such as the beach umbrella and golf cart have seen better days. Overall, a nice place to stay if you are bringing pets on vacation.

Such a cute place!
We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. There aren't a whole lot of directions or rules to follow for leaving, so we had to wing it a bit. Most rentals we use will say how to leave the dishes, towels, etc.. but we didn't mind the layed back nature of the home. The golf cart was such a fun part of this house, we used it a lot for the beach and to visit family that rented a larger home down the road. Our dogs loved the yard, and I appreciated not feeling like they would ruin anything by enjoying it. Thank you for opening your home to our family, it was an amazing start to our summer!

Loved Clipper Cove
This cottage was cute, comfortable and just the right size for my husband, me, our daughter, Son-in-law, and 18 month old grandson. Close to beach, quiet neighborhood. We chose not to use golf cart on busy streets but our 18 month old loved riding in the neighborhood. Convenient to everything we needed.
