The property was great for our family. It was clean and an easy walk to Peak 9 Base.

We enjoyed our stay at Warrior’s Mark for a ski vacation. The condo was on the first floor so we didn’t have to carry our skis to an upper floor. We could walk to the slopes. Loved the hot tub facilities. There was plenty of space, the bathrooms and kitchen were recently remodeled, and we would stay there again if it is available next year. A great place to stay!

Steve's place was clean, within easy walking distance to skiing, and was just as described. The kitchen was really well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. There were really no negative surprises in the room. The only negative is that the pool and one of the four hot tubs were out of commission for 3 days during the stay. I informed Steve and he was really fast to respond and escalated it immediately for resolution. I really do think this was an isolated incident and that it was out of Steve's control - and that his responsiveness was a positive. Also, we didn't think to walk down to main street until our last night, but it's a really quick and easy walk and has a ton of good restaurants and places to visit.

The condo was a perfect fit for our family. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location is an easy walk to the slopes and town.

Friend and I had a great stay at this great condo in the heart of Breckenridge. Really nice space to relax after a long day and all of the amenities you would need. Made a full breakfast there every morning. Met the owner in the parking lot by chance and was very polite. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for some comfortable space in a great location at Breck.

Great place for family ski trip, easy check in, has everything you need!

Steve's place was perfect for our short stay in Breckenridge. We had two kids and two adults and were able to easily walk around town from the condo. Parking was close, we enjoyed the pool/hot tubs, and communication was great!

We were looking for an affordable but close stay to Breck skiing, and this fit the bill. Less than a 5 minute walk to Quicksilver meant we could come back for lunch and relax before heading back out for the afternoon. A little longer walk to Main St, but still totally doable. Condo was clean and had everything we needed to sleep 7 people comfortably. Would definitely go back!

Great condo for a family or group! Couldn’t be more convenient to the ski lift and all the places on Main Street. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to hang out when your not busy enjoying everything to do around Breckenridge!

We loved this property! The location was amazing and it was an easy walk to quicksilver lift (3 minutes to our equipment rental, 2 mins from equipment rental to bottom of peak 9). So spacious inside, loved the fire place and the property has 4 large hot tubs that are near by that we loved. Easy 7 minute walk to Main. I would definitely rent this property again. Highly recommend!!!!

We were a party of 4, stayed 5 nights. I we will definitely be back soon.

The owner was very responsive to any questions or issues that arose even going as far as letting us drop our bags early since we were going from one building to another. The property was in a great location just a few feet from the hot tubs and heated pool. The slopes were also a short walk away. First floor is an extra added bonus as well.

It was a little hard to find. But it was a beautiful condo. Convenient to town.

The location of the unit is great. Plenty of space and enough storage for skies, etc. Steve responses were very quick. We had an issue with the fireplace and he immediately handled it. Overall I and my family enjoyed the unit except a lot of noise from the people upstairs. Also the unit can handle a new mattress in the master bedroom, may be a Keurig coffee machine and/or kettle to boil water to make a cup of tea.

Owner was very helpful. Condo quite comfortable for the five of us. Well furnished and anything you need for cooking. Easy walk to town and the slopes as well as free shuttles.

We stayed here with our four kids (10, 8, 5, and 3). The condo was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for the six of us. The shuttle was easy to catch, and even our younger ones could handle the walk downtown. We loved relaxing in the pool area after skiing all day! We would definitely come back, and will refer our friends and family to this great property.
