Sleeps a max of 4 (Rates are based on 2 guests. Over 2 is an additional charge of $20.00 per guest, per night.). Must be 25 to rent this property. A perfect getaway for a couple or small family. Located approximately 200 ft. to the beach. The property has one king bedroom with TV that opens into the living area. The living area has a double size sleeper sofa and is a open room with a mini kitchen, TV & Wifi. The apartment building has a small shared area with corn hole, picnic tables, charcoal & gas grills, and an outdoor shower. No smoking or pets. (This unit offers off season 1-3 month rentals only per booking for 2 adults only from Sept. 7 to end of Mar. 7. Great for traveling nurses or workers.) Cleaning fee will be more than posted and may be more if electricity runs over $100 and a damage deposit.)

It was as pictured and described, clean and neat. Beach access is only a stroll down past two or three houses. The area is very convenient for walking to get food or drinks, and there are two ice cream shops if you have children both within a block of your stay. There's a coffee maker and plenty of cooking ware if you want to enjoy a meal "at home" with an IGA a short drive away.

Close to the beach and everything we needed for the weekend. It's not new and shiny, but everything was as advertised, clean and functional. Bed was comfy and outside shower was a bonus for rinsing off after the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to go back to relax after a day at the beach. Heads up for getting ready for a night out bathroom is small. I think a new shower curtain would be good too. Bed is one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on, on a vacation. A little updating would be good! A door from the room to kitchen would be great. Our last night was the only time we had a small issue. Whoever was saying upstairs or beside us was smoking outside and we could smell it inside our room and their conversations were loud and late at night. That’s not the owners fault. But Tybee Island was a cute place to visit. Enjoyed Savannah too. Will come back next time with our kids.

We went to get away. This property was nice, cozy, and peaceful. The property was very close to the beach. And the back yard was lovely it had a tiki bar, games, and lovely seating areas. I can't wait to go back.

Twice I’ve chosen this location consecutive years now to spend my anniversary vacation with me wife. This is the perfect spot for us…a short walk from the beach and ALL the amenities we’d ever need. Cannot wait to come back!

My girlfriend and I spent Labor Day weekend here and it was a perfect little beach condo for us. The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was super short. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This little place was just a great spot. Right there at the beach and just a quick turn away for. The main strip. Perfect place to stay at. And Pat was a delight to speak with.

The room is small and good for one person. The shower is small. The air conditioner is a wall unit that is very loud. It was difficult to sleep when it would turn on.
