This place is about 100 steps to the shuttle stop taking you to the ski resort and it's an easy ski-in on the way back from peak 8. We loved our stay here and the location. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Really loved the hot tub at the end of the day too. Short walk to town as well.

Easy shuttle to peak 7 or 8 and able to ski back down to the condo directly at the end of the day. Very convenient walk into town.

This place was so cute and perfect for our Honeymoon / Anniversary trip! We really enjoyed the quiet, peaceful property. Right out front was a little creek and it was less than 5 min from town. Fully stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend for couples trips!

The condo was clean, comfortable and served its purpose. It's pretty tight so i wouldn't recommend more than 2 people (it was me and my 11 year old). Having the hot tub right there was nice and we definitely used the game room (the Foosball table was pretty much trashed but that's not the owners fault). The condo did get quite warm at night, even after we opened windows and had heat down. I like to sleep with a window open but couldn't because there was no screen on the bedroom window. It was overall a good experience for our quick mountain getaway.

Great little cabin in Breckenridge! Short walk to all the Main Street (downtown) locales, great parking, very clean, quaint, lovely place to say with everything we needed. Definitely looking forward to coming back to Park Meadows!

Short walk to the downtown area and ability to ski right down to the condo was perfection. It was clean and everything we needed! The only improvement I would note is that it is very dimly lit inside. But that would not keep me away if I am ever able to return!

We stay here once a year due to the location, but I do think this will be our last time just due to the noise of the building. You hear everyone to the side and above you and it's impossible to sleep (even with the ear plugs they provide you). If noise doesnt bother you, you cannot beat this place. again, location is a ski in and ski out along with being walking distance to down town. The unit is cute, tidy and has optimal storage for everything which is SO appreciated. Just wish the building would work on the noise but I understand it's just a bit older.

We were there for three nights to ski/board for 2 days when my son was visiting colleges in Colorado. It was perfect and affordable and was updated like the photos. We also used the hot tub and played pool. We went out to eat mostly so a light breakfast and coffee was all we used the kitchen for. Loved it!! Thank you!

I admit that I didn't really take to heart the reviews stressing the smallness of this condo. But it is no bigger than a camper inside. I couldn't wait to get outside when I wasn't sleeping. Luckily, there is a nice hangout spot on the property with a fireplace, pool table and couches. And the walk to town is easy. We walked up the road to ski out, and we skied in at the end of the day (although I think technically, they are not allowed to recommend that you walk up the trail and get on the Snowflake lift). It was easy to communicate with the management during our stay. Definitely a good value.

We are familiar with the area and wanted to stay where we could ski back to our room from the Peaks. The unit was nice and met all our needs. The common area was also useful to play some games and seat by the fire with friends. The cleaning service could have been better, but it was not bad enough to make it a big issue. Overall a good stay.

The property was warm and cozy! Smaller than expected but not bad for a few days! There was trash on the floor under the ottoman (I moved it to workout), and hair in the shower, but clean otherwise! Parking was not great at all! I k ow there was a lot of snow but with the units being used and having only one parking spot we had a hard time each time to find a spot! Other than that the place was fine!

Loved the hot tubs (used them every night!), easy access to the slopes, and the smart TV! Nice bathroom, hot water, comfy bed. I would recommend getting some nicer pots and pans (handles we’re about to fall off) and the stove/oven didn’t work great when 2 burners or oven and burner were on at once. Maybe throw in some spices/oil other than salt and pepper. But other than that the place was great!

We stayed at Park Meadows for one night of our Snowboarding Adventure. It was easily accessible, clean, and most importantly, fun. It was a great location not only for it's Ski In accessibility, but it was a 6 minute walk from Breckenridges main core for post boarding activities. I would definitely recommend and revisit on my next trip to Breck. THANK YOU!

The only issue I would say is parking was scarce. If you returned or arrived later in the evening it was heard to find a spot . There is overflow parking but i would recommend knowing where that is. Would definitely come back.
