Beautiful cute little home, with private entrance and nice private backyard. Great for relaxing. Right near beach. Beachy atmosphere. Clean. Easy communication with host, very responsive. Overall great stay!

My husband and I had an excellent experience, from booking and on. Excellent communication with the owner. She stayed in touch with us and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. We were very close to the ocean and 2 bikes were provided. The owner suggested a great path to take to the ocean, where we walked on the beach and had lunch. Later that day I walked back to the ocean by myself and was surprised by how quickly I got there. Our room was the perfect size and layout, and we had all the amenities we needed. We also had our own private courtyard that we relaxed in after a bike ride. I would highly recommend this vrbo. Perfect size for 2 people.

Our stay was excellent. The property was attractive, had necessary amenities, was located very conveniently to the ocean, all necessary stories, e.g., grocery, shopping and pharmacies, and good restaurants. It was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. Landlord gave clear instructions for everything and was easily accessible if needed. We plan to stay there over and over again. Highly recommend.

The cottage is attached to the owner's house, but you have great privacy. Michelle did come by, after first texting, to introduce herself, to make sure all was in order, and to see if we needed anything or suggestions of sites/restaurants. The cottage was cleaned and furnished with everything we needed, which was clearly listed onsite and the welcome letter. Everything was clean and updated. In fact we wondered if we were the first people to use it, but we were not. There was a 10 min walk to the beach but back pack style chairs were provided making it easier to carry beach stuff.

Private apartment attached to house. Suburban setting, with small kitchen, spacious den, bedroom, bath with walk in shower. Very clean and comfortable, fair price, and one block away from our sons house. What more can you ask! .

This property is adjoined to the owners home, and was beautifully decorated. The owner was very helpful with dining suggestions, but certainly did not bother you. The home was equipped with everything you might need at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed 3 nights at this lovely place. It was a quick drive to the beach and restaurants. The home was clean and a really nice in closed patio with grill and 2 bikes to use. Regrettably we didn’t have the time. We would love to go back someday! Homeowner was great too!!

I'd like to keep this place a secret so I can have it to myself but that would be selfish. I spent 5 days in Melbourne and having this place was perfect. It has everything, and I mean everything, a couple would need for a long weekend or extended stay. Everything was clean and nicely appointed with the right amount of charm and character. The setting was very quiet and the host was extremely friendly and accomodating. The property is about a half mile to the beach and getting there is a snap with the provided bikes and beach gear. Lots to do in the area and Cape Canaveral is about an hour drive. Can't wait to go back!

Cozy bungalow attached to our hosts home, though we rarely saw her. Our host went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a nice outdoor area to relax, grill and dine. Kitchen is well supplied for cooking. Nice new gas grill was appreciated as there is plenty of fresh seafood in the area. Short walk from the bungalow to a wide, uncrowded beach -- host provided chairs, umbrella and bikes. Neighborhood is exceptionally quiet. Apartment is super clean. Very pleasant stay.
