LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION... Enjoy this convenient Old Town Location. Located a block from Duval and a short walk or bike ride to everything Key West has to offer. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS... The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a bathroom located en suite. The bathroom is tiled and has a large single sink vanity. The guest bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed and en suite bath as well. Both bedrooms have closets and drawer storage. If you're looking for additional sleep space, there is a queen sized sofa sleeper located in the living room. AMENITIES... Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for the group or family that chooses to dine in. The kitchen has a dining table that seats 6 and additional counter seating so everyone can be together. The living room is located off the kitchen and has plenty of comfortable seating around a large flat screen TV. Travel up the stairs to where both bedrooms are located. The bedrooms both conveniently include en suite baths with tub/shower combos. There are TVs located in both bedrooms as well as plenty of space to store your belongings. OUTDOOR LIVING... Step out the rear sliders to your private heated pool and large outdoor space. There is a covered deck with a table that can seat 6 which makes a great area to eat, play cards or just relax with a cocktail. If your looking to get some sun then you can lay in one of the loungers by the large heated pool. A propane grill is also provided and ready to grill your catch. PARKING... This home offers up to two designated parking spaces! CONCIERGE SERVICES... Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

Perfect house for two couples. Two king size beds, bathrooms in each room. Gives each couple the privacy they need. Kitchen is spacious and ideal for mixing up drinks and dinner.

Property is is an excellent location to walk to Duval or really anywhere on the island. House was comfortable. Nice to have parking and enjoyed the pool. Only complaint was the upstairs carpet is very stained and grossed me out otherwise enjoyed our stay.

There were some reviews that commented on the age of the house; while it’s not the newest home I’ve vacationed in, it was really well cared-for and it’s a lovely home. I would absolutely return.
My one concern was related to the pool. We saw 1-2 iguanas daily climb onto a tree limb and urinate/defecate into the pool. If I owned the house, I would seriously consider removing the only tree that overhangs the pool. If I vacationed here again, I’d bring my own chlorine tablets and clean out the filter daily.

We had an excellent time at Mango Margarita in Key West! We were able to walk everywhere, the location was great. The back pool space was great for a family and the unit is the perfect size (we had 5 total in our party). We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed staying at the Mango Margarita. It's a great location, we could walk everywhere. The concierge service for groceries and activities were top notch. Perfect for a great weekend get away!

The property was as expected after reading previous reviews. Most importantly it was clean. We agree that the floors need to be updated. Be aware that there will only be one bath towel and one wash cloth per guest. There are additional towels designated as pool towels that we used as bath towels when needed. Overall we were happy with our stay and would consider renting this place again if we decide to return.

We had a great time! The house was perfect. A block from Duval and a short golf cart ride to anywhere else on the island. The house was very clean and so cute. Except for food it had everything we needed. The pool was so nice and perfect for two couples. We used it a lot. Definitely better than staying in a hotel. We will rent again. We love Key West!

Very cooperative rental company. Thankful they let us store our luggage before check in and after check in so we could still enjoy the island upon arrival and while waiting ringer to the airport. House was in fair condition and really just needs the carpet replaced and tile on the floor in the kitchen repaired. The pool was such a bonus and we really enjoyed it but perhaps some landscaping can be cleaned up in the backyard because the smell of the iguana feces was strong thru the bushes which made it hard to be in that side of the pool. Obviously they are native and we understand but maybe thinning out the shrubs could help.

The property was near everything but was quiet and peaceful. Does it need a few updates- sure. But it is a rental property so you can't expect the carpets to be pristine. Furniture was clean and fairly new. The property manager was very responsive and helpful the couple of times we needed him. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

We really liked the location. The back yard and pool were good. The housekeeping was well done. The condition of the house was not good. It was clear that the house has been rented a ton and things have not been kept up. The carpets were dirty! Really stained. The floors had soft spots. The kitchen counters were cracked. The cook top was old. The furniture was not great. Overall we paid way too much for a beat place!

Plenty of room for two couples. The property manager, Brian, was very responsive. Covered patio and pool area was nice and well kept. Off the street parking was a plus! The house was clean and comfortable, however the house does need improvements/upgrades. There are several cracked floor tiles in the kitchen area, cracked kitchen counter top, stained carpets upstairs, several cracked floor tiles in bathrooms, appliances are very outdated and the downstairs living room area had a urine odor. There was also a very loose toilet in the larger bedroom.

This property is perfectly located for walking to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. It is modern, well equipped and has off street parking. The property manager is professional, helpful and available. What a wonderful rental.

Amazing location, walkable to everything, two blocks off Duval. Loved the covered patio and pool, communication was great with property manager with a very easy check in and out process. The house was clean based on the cleaning service provided, however the property does need some upgrades…carpet was very stained upstairs, tiles cracked and loose on the main level, severe cracks in the kitchen countertops. Overall we had a great time.

We had a great spring break trip here with our two teens. The house and pool were very clean, and just as pictured. We loved the location on quiet street with an easy walk to Duval. Perfect getaway spot in Key West!

We had a wonderful time. 2 couples. Rented a golf cart for transportation . Scheduled our adventures in the morning, chilled out in the pool during the afternoons, and then back out for dinner. Location is fantastic . Space is nice for 2 couples.

Perfect vacation rental!
This property was perfect! The kitchen had enough utensils and dishes for us to cook and eat at the house. The patio was the perfect the size and the pool was heavenly after a long day of diving. It's furnished nicely and was very clean. The property manager answered all of our questions promptly and was very accommodating. We can't say enough good things about this rental. We will absolutely be back!
