In case of any damage or mess caused during your stay, penalties may apply. * To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking in any form within the premises, including indoor and outdoor areas. * Kindly throw away excess food to a green bin inside garage or hide it away in the fridge. Please don't leave unpackaged food on the counter. Kindly throw away recycle garbage into a blue bin, and all other garbage into a black bin. * To ensure an emergency access to a property, we maintain parking only on the property. Kindly do not use sidewalk space or behind. The time limit of the free visitor’s parking on the street road is 3 hours.
