We loved this property. Great location, clean, well equipped and nicely decorated.

Great spot to stay in Breck! 10 minute walk to main street, quiet, peaceful, right down from the grocery store as well. Has everything you need.
A few comments though - several spiders on the lower level (bedroom level), the front right burner of the stove didn’t work, attempting to watch anything streaming was a struggle as it would buffer a dozen times, and sadly the hot tub wasn’t clean and the clubhouse was unexpectedly closed for the season, which was a bummer.
That said, none of these things had a big impact on our visit and we would stay again.

The condo was very well appointed with nice furnishings and appliances. The deck was cozy and comfortable - a great place to spend a morning sipping coffee and looking out amongst the pines to the surrounding mountains. Couple of drawbacks, though. No A/C, which would have come in handy when opening the windows didn't bring down the temp very quickly. Also, no bathroom upstairs where the kitchen and living area are located, so you have to go downstairs and then back up to the living area. We had a couple of maintenance issues (burnt-out light bulbs, one burner on the stove didn't work, sink stopper in the guest bath broke), but nothing major. Summit said someone would be out to fix the sink, but no one showed. It was our last day (Saturday), so no huge issue other than they said it would be fixed but it wasn't. We were told to change out the light bulbs ourselves but none were on the property, and we were asked to make sure the burner was plugged in before they sent someone out. We did, and it was, but by then we didn't want to wait for someone to come by so we dropped it. Overall, we were pleased and would come back and stay again.

Awesome vacation in a very comfortable home. Used the hot tub and grill most nights. The covered back deck was amazing all times of the day with plenty of shade and sites to see. The house has all the amenities you could want and definitely plan to Vacation here again.

We spent time walking, talking and playing games. The location afforded us a great launchpad for all of these, including time in downtown Breckenridge.

I rarely have a disappointing experience at a VRBO property; however, during our stay, this property continually had issues that led to our poor rating. The front door was not closed when we arrived. This left us unsettled and questioning safety. We checked all areas of the unit and then felt better. The master shower did not drain, so we had to shower in the guest shower. The stovetop did not work, so we did call for assistance. The repair was made that day, but one burner still did not work after the repair. The purpose for staying at the property was to use the kitchen and not eat out. The issue with the range/oven defeated our purpose for staying at the unit. Other minor issues compiled onto these larger issues led to our frustration. Rose did respond quickly with the range repair.

Beautiful property, nice amenities, close walk to snowflake lift and easy to return at the end of the day. Bathrooms could use a refresher. Great deal outside of peak season!

The property was clean and spacious and the location was wonderful (close to ski lift and Main Street)!

We had a great stay in Los Pinos for our winter ski trip. Snowflake lift is less than 5 minutes away and Beaver Run is only 8 minutes on foot. The rooms, mattresses, kitchen are all in good shape. Living and dining area were comfortable for our family of four. The management company kept in contact with us by text and was particularly attentive.

Really nice condo. Loved the decor and location is good if you are driving to the Main Street or if you enjoy about 15 minutes walk each way.

The property was comfortable but not clean when we arrived. The stove did not work at all. The coffee maker also does not work unless you stand and hold the craft off the warming burner. There were no dish cloths or sponges to clean dishes. Food on the floor under the living room chair (which we cleaned up), old coffee in the craft.
While management did respond during business hours, the solutions took at least 24 hours and really did not work for our short stay. In advance of our arrival, I messaged the property managers several times through the VRBO app and did not recieve any response for over a week and a half. I finally dug up a phone number and called. I was promised a response/call back on the following Monday - which I did not receive. I called again on Tuesday several hours before my check in. While management apologized for the poor communication, the state of the unit when we arrived, etc., I think a significant discount or refund is in order, at least the cleaning fee — which they did not offer.

We would absolutely stay here again. The condo is adorable and very conveniently laid out. We would wake up each morning and have coffee by the cozy fire. You're located right by the Snowflake lift - which made getting on the mountain super fast and easy. The beds are comfortable and everything you need is provided. Totally recommend this spot!

Great location! Easy to get to a bus stop and ride about 3 mins to beaver run
3.0
We flew in from being on plane since 5:45am arrived at 2:15pm , they said NO exceptions cant check in until 4 pm, wouldn't allow my driver to drop off luggage garage either so had to wait in lobby until ready and then walk 15 min. to our condo and maintenance guy drop off our luggage.
The location was good 7-10 min walk to nearest slope, not true ski in and out as advertised and the nearest slope is blue. have to drive or take bus to any beginner greens at Beaver Run area Peak 9.
Hot tub is a community deal and never was able to use it as they had 10+ people in it every evening/night.
Had to take bus back to town the last day just to drop off a parking pass and hot tub key at their office or they charge you $300 extra.
beds were comfortable . Rooms stayed stuffy at night had to crack windows to breathe and sleep at all.
Owners need to reevaluate management
