As advertised. Worked great for wife and I plus 2 teens. Can’t beat the location! Everything we wanted to do was an easy 5-10 minute walk or less. Peak 9 base for skiing, shopping on Main, and many great places to eat.

Location was excellent! Everything was within walking distance. Did not need a vehicle but if we had the garage and access with elevator is nice and easy. The unit is well supplied with everything needed.

The location is GREAT, as advertised. This unit is a little difficult to find initially so be sure to follow instructions carefully. The bedroom is small with no dresser or really any place to lay out a suitcase, so we laid ours out in the hallway leading to the living room. This worked fine, so not a big issue. On the plus side, the patio is large and had comfortable seating along with a large propane grill. We would stay here again. Just know that the bedroom is a little tight.

Second time to stay here and we love it. The location and balcony overlooking the downtown area (and lake) are amazing. Jeff the manager is awesome to work. He was very responsive and on top of things. We only used our vehicle to go to trailheads for hikes or to the marina in Frisco. Will be back! Love Breck and this unit for our stays.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We were able to park the car in the underground garage and walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

If there is a better in-town location in Breckenridge, I'd be surprised. Main Street is just out the door. You could easily park your car once (in the super-convenient garage) and not need it for days! So much to do right outside the door. All of the shopping and restaurants are seconds away. Great view out the back door as well. Highly recommend.

Condo is very close to Peak 9 Quicksilver lift. Great restaurant choices in the area. I found I didn't even need to use the free city bus. I'm used to gas heating at home and I'm not a big fan of zone heating, which the condo has.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo is super cute and was perfect for my spouse and I. The location is amazing! We parked our car in the heated garage for the week except for when we drove to the City Market and Gondola. We walked everywhere! The condo is right above Mi Casa! We had the best week and will book this condo again. Thanks so much Jeff for the great stay and communication! We will be back!

Short walk across the street to the lift - easy in ski boots. Mexican restaurant on first floor has a great happy hour. We enjoyed having an underground parking spot right in the heart of Breckenridge - condo is updated and very comfortable includes everything you need!

This unit is nicely upgraded. Looks just like the pics. And it’s literally across the street from the QuickSilver chair and steps from Main Street. Shared hot tub was rarely being used (except by me). The building was surprising quiet given that it’s right in the middle of all the action. Grab it if it’s available!

The location at the south end of Main St is ideal. It's right across the street from the base of Peak 9 for winter visitors. In the summer, the large deck overlooks an old dredge pond and the Blue River. The underground parking is a big bonus. You can literally park and walk to everything in the downtown area.

Jeff’s condo is excellent. It’s at the foot of main street for walking to shops and restaurants. It’s directly across the street from Breckenridge Village with a short walk to access peak 9 via Quicksilver lift. Perfect size for two. Will definitely come back!

Our host was great from before we finalized our booking, to during our planning, and whenever we needed anything during our stay. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was nicely appointed, the views were great from the balcony and there was wood ready next to the fireplace. The location was the best possible! We were literally across the street from the mountain and easy walk to the lift. We considered storing our gear at a locker at the base of the mountain, but we immediately realized that we were so close that this would be money wasted. We ended each ski day back at the apartment around 3:00. Great place to relax and gaze at the views. Hot tub at 3:30 and then milled around town starting about 5:30. The town is right outside the back door! The location could not have been better. Oh, and if you drive, there is heated parking. This means you can leave your boots and gear in the car if you want to go to other slopes. We checked out Keystone (20 minutes) and Beaver Creek (less than 1 hour). We will return. And we will stay here!

This property is bigger than than expected and in a great location! The owner was very responsive when I had questions through text. The only thing I would change is brighter lightbulbs and an instructions for the heaters.

This location could not be any better. Rentals right downstairs, lift across the street, and just off the Main Street shops. The place itself was great, very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was smooth and informative. Would definitely return
