Great Lake house. Chris provides quick responses to any question you might have. Great upgrades to house as well as vast outdoor spaces and plenty of things to do. Only issue with Keeler lake was it seemed to have a lot of seaweed/ moss right off the dock area. Still a 5 star rental.

Such a great stay on Keeler Lake. This house had everything needed for our annual friend's trip. Chris was very accommodating and the property was exactly as described. Thanks Chris! (Rent the pontoon boat - you won't be sorry.)

The patio off the main room was spacious with a great view and we saw lots of fresh lake birds.

This was our first time renting a Lakehouse and we picked a perfect one. The beachfront was clean with clear shallow water for the young kids to play in. We rented the pontoon boat for our stay and it provided some great cruises around this very quiet and peaceful lake. Hardly any boast traffic all week. The Lakehouse itself is all it is stated to be. Very roomy and very clean. All the toys you could need for the young kids. The owner provides anything you could possibly need and stays in contact with you for any help the whole time. Could not have had a better experience and we will be back next year.

We (14) of us enjoyed our second stay at this lake house for our annual family vacation. The home is as described. The lake and lake toys are great. The owner put on a new deck since last year. It was a nice improvement. We enjoyed playing board games out on the new deck table. The home is well equipped, easy to access with good parking. The lake is very quiet. Fishing is good. The 5 bedrooms are not large but they work well with our family as we have married children with children. With so much to do, you don’t spend time in the bedrooms other than to sleep anyway. There are 2 bathrooms -one on each floor. The kitchens are well stocked with items to prep meals too! We think the owner is easy to reach and good to work with. We all enjoyed the kayaks, swim pad, paddle boat, paddle boards and noodles. We would recommend to others.

The trip was awesome. The place had everything we needed. Keeler Lake is idyllic. We saw no more than 3 other boats in the water the entire time we were there.

I decided to take a vacation with my family (Girlfriend and daughter) and 3 couples of friends. My main requirement was we were looking for a lakehouse and somewhere we could rent a boat. As soon as I contacted Chris he was very responsive and accommodating. The house was great. Plenty of room for sleeping, very clean, and recently updated so the house is actually NICER than the pictures do justice. Just as everyone has said in the reviews there are so many things here that you would not even expect. Games, Bluetooth Speakers, Pool Toys, 2 grills, Kitchenware etc. We made corn which we ate with our hands. I made a joke that the only thing this place was missing was pokers for the corn. Once finished eating, after more investigation they actually DID have the corn pokers. lol. The boat was absolutely perfect. Newer model and very easy to drive. Electronic Anchor. Again, this place has everything you can ask for. We were able to go on the water everyday and the weather cooperated very well. The location is quaint, and very nice. There is an apple orchard across the street, and we make a walk around the neighborhood more than once. We had people coming and going due to schedules, but we would absolutely love to come back and rent from Chris when we have more time to prepare. I would recommend this property to anyone, and is truly one of the best vacations i have ever taken.

Our family rented this home with another family (4 adults and 5 kids) and it was perfect! Even more room then we needed. We were shocked at all the things they had for the kids to do. From swings, to paddle boards, Lilly pad mat, and all the sand toys they couldn’t get enough. The beach was close enough to the house that we could sit on the patio and watch the kids without worrying. Sandy clean beach on a perfect sized lake. We added the pontoon boat to our rental and it was the best thing we did! Do yourself a favor and rent it too! It’s brand new! Went out on the lake multiple times a day. 2 fully stocked kitchens and 3 fridges - legit they have it all! The owner Chris was super helpful. Responded to any questions we had in minutes and made sure we had anything we needed! We’ve already booked our trip for next summer and plan to go every year! Perfect house and lake! Thanks Chris!

Fun family trip!

We had an excellent trip! Everything was perfectly clean. The house had absolutely anything you could need, it made traveling so easy. There were so many fun things for us to do, swimming, boating, paddleboating, paddle boarding, canoeing and everything in between. Chris was extremely easy to get a hold of and made the process so easy. Highly recommend!

Vacationed with my adult kids, grandkids and great-granddaughter. All of us, from oldest to youngest, were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities available to us. Everyone had a great time. We're looking forward to staying again next year.

This property is perfect!!! We had three generations and it was wonderful for all of us. The amenities are just as described, but in actuality even better!!! The house was spotless when we arrived!!! The beach area and water were great. The grands were in the water from 8 in the morning until night!!! Bedrooms are very comfortable! Best part is that you can just relax once you are here. This is our second year at this home and it won’t be the last!!! Communication with the owner is the best. We love this house!!!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the home and the lake, it was better than we expected. The owner was very responsive to any questions and provided a ton of beach amenities for the kids as well as things for the adults. We will definitely be back next year!

We were very happy with the house and the outside area. It was perfect for small children. The beach and lake couldn’t have been better. There were plenty of outside toys and room for them to run around. We would definitively recommend this property.

Sixteen of our family stayed here for 3 nights. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. It is not a large place but it has all you need with lots of amenities. We really enjoyed Keeler Lake - while small its very clear and clean. My husband, brother, and nephews enjoyed the fishing from the dock, paddle boat, and our boat. We enjoyed all the amenities - the swim pad, 2 kayaks, and water boards. The extra dock space for our boat was handy.

The cottage is lovely, furnished with everything you need - towels, appliances, toys for land and water. Chris responded quickly every time I messaged him. He is professional and friendly. I highly recommend this property for large groups, we had 15☀️

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Easily accommodated six adults and five kids. Kitchen had all the necessary tools. And washer/dryer combo was very convenient.

Our family had a great time! The owner was very accommodating. He let us have of family reunion there. We had plenty of space and everyone had a great time. What a great set up. The beach was beautiful! Great for little kids to play in the sand and splash in the water. The house has every you need. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing trip at this fully equipped lakehouse. Plenty of room to spread out and beds for everyone. The owner was available if we had any questions, but we had no concerns to report. The kids loved the beach and floating dock, paddle board, kayak, and paddle boat. Lots of dock space to fish off of. Two kitchens and lots of fridge space. The lake was quiet and calm. We never saw either neighbors and at times felt we had the entire lake to ourselves. We will definitely be back again!

Our family had a great time!!! The house had everything you needed and more. Plenty of room for everyone. The grandkids loved swimming, beach toys, tree swings, volleyball, and bags. Loved the kayaks and water pad! The lake is smaller but I thought it was perfect because we could see where everyone was on the boats. We rented a pontoon boat and took some of the noodles with us went swimming in the middle of the lake, everyone loved that! Cooking was great outside, two grills and the griddle which we used a lot for breakfast in the mornings. At night when the adults were by the fire pit the kids watched moving on Netflix and playing games. The owner was great and easy to get ahold of, we even got a text to see if we needed anything. We loved this place and would rent again highly recommended it!!

Our family had a great time! The house was perfect for the 3 families. The younger crowd was able to stay up late in the downstairs area so that the more mature adults could go to bed at a reasonable time. The lake was small, but not crowded even through it was a holiday weekend. Communicating with Chris was great...he responded quickly to all of my questions and was very helpful. We hope to re-book this place next year!

My family (consisting of 6 children and 7 adults) loved our stay at Chris' cottage. From fishing everyday (and actually catching fish), swimming, boating and evening fires, our days were filled with lots of activities. The house had every amenity you would need including lots of water toys and plenty of firewood! The 2-story level made it easy to separate when anyone wanted some quiet time. The lake was a good size and not too much activity as far as motor boats. New memories were made and we would not hesitate to recommed this cottage or make a return trip!
