About this condo rental
Resort fun and just steps from Historic Main Street! Lovely, newly furnished and appointed with everything you need, delightful condo with near the base of Vail's Park City Mountain. Perfect Location! You can get away here in close proximity to the mountain or Historic Main Street - or just enjoy the serenity of the small community. Just steps from all the fun resort winter and summer activities including: Alpine Coaster, Zip Line, Alpine Slide, Horseback Riding, Climbing Wall, and more! Mountain Biking and Hiking - and moments from lift-accessed trails for summer or winter enjoyment. This versatile condo accommodates up to 6 guests on a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen pull out bed in the living area, and high-end full size bed memory foam that can be utilized in the master bedroom alcove. This unit entered the rental pool in August 2013 and all of the furnishings (King Bed & Mattress, Sleeper Sofa, Dining Set, Dishes, Flat Screen TV, Coffee Maker, Linens – everything) are were new; and the mattress, linens, carpet, sleeper sofa and tub/shower have been updated in 2020. This is a NON SMOKING condo. The Hot Tub is located just outside the unit in the common area. Other conveniences include Laundry on the first floor and Covered Parking under the condo. The FREE CITY BUS will take you to Park City's historical main street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, Olympic Park, outlet mall or wherever you want to explore in town or nearby. This condo has a Business License and had been physically inspected by the City to approve it for nightly rentals. We pay City and State Sales Tax. Please ensure any property you rent has an official business license as it helps ensure your safety!

Everything as listed. Clean and comfy. Loved having the covered parking right at the unit. Quiet neighborhood within a short walk of restaurants and shops. Great communication with property owner.

The space was just as advertised.
Equidistant from slopes and downtown, making the walk to each (even w ski gear) very doable. (I wouldn’t want to do it w ski boots). 2 bathrooms was nice as my daughter and I each took one.
The hot tub was being serviced thus we couldn’t use, but it is right outside.
Brooke was responsive and gave us a slightly extended checkout as our shuttle wasn’t coming until 1030.
Great spot to stay ! Highly recommend.

Amazing property, just as advertised. Location steps to bus stop for free bus to skiing, steps to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. Great amenities. Very clean and modern. Bed and pullout couch very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Close to bus stop. Central to ski locations. Walking distance to restaurants. Fireplace and hot tub were great after a day of skiing. Nice to have off street parking.

We had a fantastic fall trip to PC, the condo was clean, comfortable and well situated for all our needs. The owner/manager responded instantly to all questions we had and was lovely to interact with. It was great to stay in close proximity to everything PC has to offer, but also to have a comfi place to relax for a few hours.
We will definitely rent here again!

We really enjoyed this condo, it’s location as we were able to walk to Main St and around this great area. I feel the refrigerator was too small for the unit considering there was a very large stove. I felt another comfortable chair would have been nice. These are just things we would have enjoyed. We really liked the deck which we did spend much time on.. overall our stay was perfect.

Just a couple minutes from the town lift. Condo had everything we needed for a terrific week of sun and shredding. Owner was super responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Brooke’s property. It is close to Main St, and an easy walk to the Town Lift. Transit center is also nearby. The bed was very comfortable, terry cloth robes were a treat. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the pantry had many essentials. Plenty of room to keep ski equipment in the garage. Brooke is very helpful and receptive to questions. We had a great week at her place, and would definitely stay there again!!

Park City playground
Perfectly located for great access to Park City’s quaint downtown and Deer Valley Resort. Owner was very easy to work with when we had a slight change in our travel plans. Condo is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Having parking was an added bonus. Only small complaint was the intermittently loud neighbors. Otherwise perfect spot!!

My family and I loved this condo. We could walk to park city mountain to ski or walk to Main Street to eat and shop. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location just a short 1/4mi walk to the town lift and the center of Park City. On a quiet side street with private parking. The condo was super comfortable and well appointed. Gas fireplace and hot tub were wonderful places to warm and relax. Plenty spacious and the bed was comfy. Definitely recommend.

With the the gas fire place inside there are countless opportunities to stay warm. Pots and pans as well as seasoning was available for cooking. The only downside was that there was no shampoo or soap provided for the shower. I had read this complaint in a few other reviews but it was always followed up my the host commenting that they just restocked and it wouldn’t happen again. It seemed that is not always the case. Just bring your own shampoo and soap to prevent having to go buy some at an up charged price on the mountain. Overall we had a great time and I would stay here again.

Great place for a short or longer stay
Great place with more room than we expected. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Not far from everything (lift access, town area). Good to hang out in the hot tub after a day out. 100% would stay here again.

Gets the job done
This condo was nicely situated for walking to town, basic necessities were met, but there were a few things that need correction. We left a note , so hopefully housekeeping will correct. Overall, this condo was sufficient and pleasant to retreat to after a day on the slopes

Clean, comfortable home close to Main St!
My wife and I stayed at Brooke’s home for two weeks and it was very clean and warm (has a fireplace!). 10mins walk to everything on Main St and ~5 mins to the Town Lift and High West Saloon. Would happily stay here again! Thanks Brooke!

We stayed for a week and this place was great. Only a few block down from old town. The dog park is just down the street with a coffee shop right next to it. This place was very affordable and had everything we needed. The bed is super comfortable and gas fireplace is very warm if you need it. The ceiling fan was great for sleeping during the summer nights. The second story deck faces the street and is wonderful to hang out on during the evening. We will definitely be returning to this place again in the future.
