Excel·lent per a estades amb nens petits

Ubicació prop de múltiples opcions de transport públic. Zona amb molts bars i restaurants, supermercats a la vora. Allotjament pràctic, còmode i net. Eficients en la resolució d'incidències.

Highly recommended place for people whi want cozy quite hotels with self check in and check out.

Very quite, cozy place, near the UBahn and other places, very good shower, and had good kitchen equipment such as microwave, electric kettle and a coffee maker.

The lighting is very dim, it also made it hard to wear makeup while looking in the mirror. Internet connection for voice calls was bad for some reason and it was hard to fix despite trying everything. And I wish the cafeteria stayed open at later hours, but that's more of a personal choice.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location

Room very comfortable as always - nicely kitted out, good location, easy to access. I met some of the staff this time, and they were really helpful. The thermostat seemed to control the temperature quite precisely, which I appreciated as I was running a temperature.

The tap didn't have a spindle to help manage the flow and temperature of the water - I understand this was a known issue with the room and that a new spindle has been ordered, but I don't think I was informed of this. Breakfast is fine, but it would be nice to have a bowl of chopped fresh fruit. I'd prefer the attendant to greet guests in front of the buffet or at a clearer part of the counter: having them seated right behind the buffet watching your every move isn't a relaxing feeling.

Sehr geräumig, hinten zum Innenhof leise, bequemes Bett, kostenlose Minibar und Nespresso inkl. Kapseln

Beleuchtung im Bad zum schminken ungünstig. Keine Ablage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Waschbecken vorhanden, fand ich schade.

Kalte Dusche erfrischt nicht immer

Zentrale Lage

Obwohl ich Stammgast bin, hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis ich heute ein entsprechendes Zimmer bekommen habe, wie ich es auch bei der Buchung angegeben hatte. Gar nicht glücklich war ich darüber, dass es kein warmes Wasser gab und ich kalt duschen musste. Neben einer lapidar Entschuldigung keinerlei zufrieden stellende Kommunikation. Das könnte durchaus besser laufen.

PL: Wszystko było ok. Fajny nowy apartament, wygodne łóżka, welcome drink i snack, w pokojach ciepło pomimo zimnej pogody na zewnątrz. Dobre wifi. Świetna i szybka komunikacja przez WhatsApp, raz zdarzyło się że zamek nie zadziałał ale ktoś z personelu nam pomógł przez WhatsApp. Idealna lokalizacja, blisko do metra, restauracji i klubów. EN: Everything was ok. Nice new apartment, comfortable beds, welcome drink and snack, warm rooms despite the cold weather outside. Good Wi-Fi. Excellent and fast communication via WhatsApp, it happened once that the smart lock didn't work but someone from the staff helped us via WhatsApp. Perfect location, close to the metro station, local restaurants and clubs.

PL: Jedyne co bym zmienił na przyszłość to dałbym osobny PIN do głównego wejścia do budynku i inny do pokoju, Czasem się zdarzało że wchodziłem do budynku z innymi osobami i one mogły zobaczyć mój PIN. Albo PIN do pokoju powinien mieć 1 lub 2 cyfry więcej niż ten do drzwi do budynku. Myślę że tak było by bezpieczniej. Ale poza tym wszystko było super. EN: The only thing I would change in the future is to give the custoemrs a separate PIN to the main entrance to the building and differnet one to the room. Sometimes it happened that we entered the building with other people behind us and they could see our PIN. Or the PIN for the room should have 1 or 2 digits more than the one for the building door. I think it would be safer that way. But apart from that everything was great.

Lækkert hotel og jeg kan anbefale stedet

Der var rent og fine værelser, også var der gratis øl,sodavand og snacks på værelset. Lå tæt på ubahn og indkøbsmuligheder.

Morgenmadpersonale var ikke særlig serviceminded.

Cichy, wygodny i dobrze położony hotel

To była druga wizyta w tym hotelu. Łóżka są bardzo wygodne. Świetna jest również lokalizacja. Wygodny dostęp za pomocą kodu również ułatwia pobyt.

Niestety tym razem występowały problemy z wodą. Czasem przestawała lecieć z kranu czy prysznica. Również część kuchenna była szczątkowa. Blat był jedynie nad lodówką. Płyta kuchenna wyjmowana była z szafy i nie było zlewu. Naczynia myliśmy w umywalce. Jednak mimo to pobyt uznaję za dobry. W poprzednim pokoju, przy pierwszym pobycie, nie było takich niedogodności.

Pleasant 3 night stay

Shower and bed were awesome. The kitchen had all the necessary cutlery and there were free drinks in the fridge. We used the coffee machine daily. It's very quiet - no noise from street or neighbors. Also the design of the apartment is pleasant. Lidl is just around the corner.

Some of the furniture is unpractical. There are no hangers for towels or clothes (except the small wardrobe). If you want to cook your own meals, there is little space for that..

Nice

Virtual reception is a huge plus. I always get anxious when I have face to face communication with staff members, especially in Germany because chances of them being rude are quite high. Price/quality ratio of the property is unbeatable. And on top of that I am in love with Schöneberg and Numa is located in nicest area of above mentioned neighborhood.

Wi-fi connection is weak (but not non-existent). Be prepared with reliable data bundle if you have some work to do.

Convenient location

Bedding smelled musty, room walls were very thin which means you hear everything that goes on next door. Also didnt help that the guests next door partied loudly for the whole 2 nights. There is no reception/staff working on-site to deal with these issues. Fire alarm also went out at 3am which evacuated all the guests. Didnt get any rest.

Numa Scam hotel.

There is nothing to be liked in this scam hotel.

- I've tried to call the hotel before I did the reservation to double check of the parking availability. No body answered in booking it says that there are parking but when I came they told me they don't have. - They don't have any employees in the hotel only a rude guy for answering the telephone once he's free or a rude girl (Reception). They'll send you messages so you feel it's a real hotel. They'll tell you that they will call you back and No body will do believe me. It's a scam. - I booked a room with a balcony so I could see Berlin from the top, but clearly, they told me that they only have the balcony on the ground floor 😂. So the balcony in booking pictures is fake to scam people. They only have a terrace which they don't know the difference between it.

We slept really well, even with the daylight 😉

The shower and bed. The space was perfect.

Our curtin fell off the rails as there was a part of it missing. We asked for someone to come repair it but they never came…. For two days 😉

Great for solo travelling cheaply but in comfort.

Good sized room for one with all the handy amenities to cook simple things. Great shower and comfy bed. Outdoor gym was useful. Really good location for getting around the city as close to U- Bahn!

Although outdoor gym was a good touch, the flooring needs replacing to safely do very much.

Great location, room size and value for money

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and I must say that I was quite satisfied with the overall experience. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions, shopping and dining. The room size was impressive, offering plenty of space for my belongings and ensuring a comfortable stay. I also found the price-quality ratio to be excellent, giving me great value for my money.

While my stay was enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could use some improvement. The cleaning service was provided only once a week which proved to be less than ideal. Additionally, no cleaning supplies were made available for guests to maintain the room's cleanliness in between service visits. I also tried the breakfast offered at the property and found the selection to be slightly disappointing as it lacked variety and options to cater to different tastes. Lastly, there was no customer service staff on-site. However, the communication via WhatsApp and online was always fast and on point which helped me resolve any issues or inquiries that arose during my stay. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Lack of effective help when there is a problem

Lack of effective response to my lack of WiFi in my room. This was made worse by my mobile phone not working so I was left with no wifi and no way of contacting support at Numa. There needs to be an easy to use emergency alternative way of contacting your support staff. I've stayed many times at Numa and have been happy but when there is a problem around wifi is very difficult to get help and sadly that puts me off rebooking at Numa.

Great location, comfortable, stylish, great communication and all else ok

I liked the bed a lot, the atmosphere, and the ease of check in and communication

the room needs a little updating, looked rough around the edges, and the lighting needs to be dimmed. The lighting is not good.

the perfect hotel for a good price in a great location

the staff was very nice and proactive and it is a really nice hotel all in all. it is the perfect hotel if you want to spend a few nights in Berlin close to all the good stuff in the heart of the city or Kreutzberg. And actually the surrounding area is a gem and there is still old school Berlin flair but it is an up and coming area. Seems very safe.

I would say there is nothing since I prefered using the pin for everything, we were very happy

Excellent stay in Berlin

Brand new Hotel in a central area of Berlin, yet quiet. Room are spacious, clean and modern. All kind of commodities such as a Nespresso machine, boiler, free drinks in the fridge and so on. TV, Wi-Fi, code-based entrances into the building spaces and rooms. Subway station in-front of the place. The related dining place is also excellent.

Open bathroom design place right at the entrance.. Unless you are travelling with your partner, this could be a bit unusual. Wi-Fi was slow and unusable at times.

great location. very easy check in. I like the idea of not having a key just a code. the room was large.

why in walk in showers do so many places only have a 1/2 partition. so much water went all over the place I had to keep cleaning the water from the room floor. a design fault.
