sehr zufrieden, vor allem die Lage in Berlin

das Frühstück war sehr gut, nur vielleicht etwas mehr Vielfalt, bei Aufschnitt und Käse

Empfehlenswert für einen Städtetrip

Die Betten waren bequem, das Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Da unser Zimmer zum Innenhof ging,war es sehr ruhig, was angenehm nach einem langen Städtetag war. Die Lage ist super. Zu Fuß benötigt man zum Brandenburger Tor 30min

Das Dreibettzimmer war leider etwas warm und abends konnten wir erst ab 22:30 Uhr lüften aufgrund der Abluft aus dem dazugehörigen Restaurant.

All in all - fine. In good location (clean and efficient); room small with breakfast the highlight.

Location of hotel excellent as was the breakfast. It was clean and cleverly done from a design perspective.

Room was so so - very small with shower & toilet in the room. Bed was too small (more of a mattress) & fitted into a slot which meant back was away from the wall so difficult to sit up and lean against which was mildly irritating.

Overall, I wouldn’t mind staying there again

The property was in excellent location

No air-conditioning, and the room I stayed trapped all the smell inside and was not as airy

Comfortable like at home. All good.

This is the first choice when I travel to Berlin. Once it is available, I chose it without hesitation. I love the cozy room, clean and comfortable, nice design in bath and I enjoyed breakfast. It is also convenient working at lobby with big table. The receptionist Nicolo is nice and cares for guests. He had short talk with me and brought tee for me. All quite warm feeling staying in this hotel. Location is quite good, 2 min to S Bahn , restaurants are around of the hotel.

We arrived late at night with your Taxi (sent by booking.com) which was very helpful and relaxing. Thanks. the room was very nice, clean, well lit and aesthetic. Breakfast very good and central location. We visit this hotel for the 3d time.

Good central, location tidy room.

The room was nicely decorated and clean. The staff at the counter provided us with a water cooker when we needed it.

Our room was behind some additional stairs which made access to it with a heavy suitcase hard. On the first day room service woke us up at around 8 a.m. with the words "Aufstehen" or "Aufräumen" - a bit early for my taste. Also I am utterly disappointed with the breakfast provided. We were there for three days without any variation. The only vegan options were tomato and cucumber-slices with and bread.

The receptionist recommended a couple of places to eat and drink.

Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of choice. Lovely and clean area with plenty of seating even though it was busy.

Can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. Our stay was great.

Hotel 38 was functional and pleasant, but could do with a little more comfort

Hotel 38 was located in a great spot in Mitte, with lots of interesting locations nearby. The public transport was a little lacking due to works being done, but it has S and U Bahn stations nearby and wasn’t far from Alexanderplatz. Clean rooms and lobby with a decent breakfast (I made sandwiches for later because why not?)

Unfortunately the single occupancy rooms were far less attractive than the full-sized ones in the photos. The bed wasn’t too comfy, and the lighting very I’ll-designed. These rooms could be much better thought-out and designed in order to make this a hotel I would return to regularly.

The location is near the metro which is nice for tourists.

the size of bathroom is great and the room is comfortable for 2 people. Smart TV is extra benefit.

the lift is quit small and only has one for all the customers.

I’d recommend it, the staff were very friendly and the place was very clean and comfortable. great location too

breakfast place was small and the breakfast had a few choices only. The room didn’t have hot drink options other than coffee maker with one coffee cup provided.

staff is very friendly. rooms are quiet and clean. breakfast was included and it was good
