The location is great and food is great. Those are two greatest positive sides of this facility.
You should be aware that there are different kinds of houses, older and newer with intention to have them all renovated in next year or two. We got one of the older houses but it was ok. In need of renovation, but ok for the money we gave and the location we got.
Be aware that its not as advertised on images but be realistic as well. You cant expect luxury at low budget price.
Seaside is beautiful under the complex. There is a set of stairs to get to it or few minutes walk to avoid the stairs if needed. City is 5-10min walk, stores and restaurant are few minutes walk.
Food is great. There is variety for dinner, it's not the same each night.
It was not noisy even though its mostly families with little children that are spending their holiday here.
Also, keep in mind that there is not much shade on the beach in the afternoon. By looking at the pictures I expected natural shade the whole day. There is shade until 1PM, after that very little.
Sunshades and sunbeds are paid, the complex does not include that in the price.
I would definitely come again once they renovate all.
Couch that turns into bed was not comfortable at all so have that in mind if al of you cant sleep on regular bed. Bathroom is a bit old, but as I mentioned, every house will soon be renovated so that wont be an issue.
We got one of the older houses. If you get newer, none of this will be an issue.

This was our second visit to Urania, and it is genuinely one of the best places any family with children can hope for. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor playground, and is next to the sea, and also next to some fantastic walking/cycling routes. The meals (breakfast and dinner) are great - there is a large variety and the food is of a high quality. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The value for money is exceptional and we hope to go back next year as well.

Very outdated, the room was not cleaned good and we found a ton of food crumbs in the bed.
