The parking is too complex and inconvenient. Ended up almost paying more but saved by the good will of the garage staff 10 min walk from the hotel.

The location of this property was perfect! Walking distance to many things yet tucked away in a cosy street. It was such a charming property, very clean, comfortable beds and staff were so welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location is excellent, it’s only a 2 min walk to Stephansdom. The price is great for this central location. Many restaurants etc right around, but there was no outside noise in the room, which was great. The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was great. Room was clean and nice.

Location was great, super close to shops, key sites, and also in talking distance to the train station where the airport train arrives in.

Innere Stadt, few steps from city center and UBahn, in a quiet and comfortable location; room warm and silent, very large, three persons were very well; breakfast nothing missed, sweet and salt; staff very gentle; in case of return in Wien, I'll sure be back again, if possible; something worth.

The hotel is in an amazing location in the middle of Vieena. You can walk everywhere in the middle of the city. Train and subway stations are less than 5 minutes away. Lots of sites and restaurants close by.
The hotel itself has wonderful and helpful staff that are a credit and have world-class service.
My family enjoyed every minute of the holiday.

I would have liked to see a kettle with tea & coffee in the room. Also, maybe a small fridge.

Delightful art deco gem in the heart of the city, but tucked away on a side street. Excellent service, lovely decor. Our room had no view, but this also means it was perfectly quiet in an already quiet area. Wonderful restaurant next door. Comfortable room for 3 people. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Vienna.

Very well located, a short walk from Stephansdom. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Parking in the courtyard right next to the hotel. Good breakfast from 7-11am. I have nothing but good things to say, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna on foot.

the staff were so helpful they made our stay very comfortable and helped us sort out our transfer . location is great , the room was superb and we loved it . will definitely be back again

location was perfect for us. Nice restaurant next door. taxi and Uber service was good, but walking to St Stevens, shopping , Christmas Markets was easy.
Staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant.
