The hotel was very tidy. Clean, with good sized rooms and windows. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very good, unlike many other hotels in Italy with a similar budget.

The location is not close to the center, public transport is not easy to access, however, what they have is very convenient is the hotel's transport, a van-type car that transports up to 6 people to the nearest metro station, from where it is already possible to easily reach the center.

First of all, the kittle was there along with sugar, tea, etc., however, there is no water provided with it as a compilatory. Therefore, no need for the kittle to be placed. Secondly, bathroom kits such as toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers were not provided.

Refurbished hotel with some furniture not refurbished like doors. It's a shame cos the rest was perfect

i stayed with my family there for more then 1 week. our rooms were super, the breakfast was plenty and satisfying (maybe we got bored after one week with the same food, but this is our fault :))) they also offer transport to a subway station.

our big problem was the parking. i traveled there with our car, the parking is private (not in street) free and large enough. in one night someone broke several autos, including mine. the parking was not with surveillance or any surveillance (i don´t know how is it now). the next day the staff was very helpful, the directed me to a service to put another window at my car, but i was forced to pay myself for this. several days ago (so after cca 3 months) i received the money back. the assurance company was very `lazy`, even if the hotel manager mailed them several times, to pay the damages. so, if you intend to go with your car, first ask about the parking. maybe, until now they solved the problems.

Spaciois free parking, room was just like in the picture, fridge in the room Free shuttle to the metro station seceral times a day.

Breakfast was fine - bread, cheese, ham, lots of pastries. Water temperature in the bathroom was changing during shower. Bed sheets not so comfortable.

no Wifi for a week. not at all. no cleaning service one day. eggs for breakfast were spoiled one morning. very expensive for what it is.

breakfast was really good. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was nice and the facilities are good. free parking lot is a plus. I definitely recommend, even with the wifi not working.

unfortunately, the wi-fi wasn't working our entire stay, with no perspective of fixing it. I didn't see much concern of the hotel, just saying "we're sorry" and that's it.

that you get charged €10 for ironing a dress and the shower cubicles are so tiny. My phone didn’t work in my room told reception nothing was done I had to go to reception each time I needed to check something

Too far from city centre. Too little facilities

The staff were nice , the hotel is very clean and nice and has great space for work and outdoor space too.

The loction is abit remote and not close to transportation you need to walk for like 12 minutes to get to the bus station and the bus comes every 20 minutes or more.
