La localisation du logement est top

L’appartement n’est pas isolé et c’est un plancher en bois au dessus de nous. Nous avons entendu tout des voisins d’en haut (pas, toilettes, douche) impossible de dormir correctement. En plus notre toilette avait une fuite du coup il se remplissait toutes les 5 minutes en faisant un bruit fort à cause d’un joint fatigué

Small appartment in a nice area with restaurants close by. Well equipped, renovated old houses with a charming atmosphere. Houses secured by a coded gate. Sunny in the morning and evening. Good choice to stay if you look for "off the beaten path". Supermarket and small fruit stores also close.

Communication a bit too much for my taste. Good intentions, but annoying frequency. Description on booking.com needs update. Both size of the appartment and the check-in/out times are not correct.

L’accueil de la personne en charge des remises des clefs - un trou dans le parquet de la chambre - salle de bain pas top - le lit dans le salon- froid en hiver malgré la Clim qui ne chauffe pas beaucoup - bruyant

The person who checked us in (Andre) was very friendly. He showed around the apartment and answered all questions. We were also given a very tasty snack after arrival 😊. Moreover, he was really responsive, quickly answered any other questions about the stuff at the flat. Location was also great.

We were a group of 4 staying in the apartment. I'd say, the apartment is too small for 4 people. It was very little space for the table, the sofa-bed would block the way to the terrace, the "living room" had a some kind of metal rack that was put in front of the double bed, making it very difficult to sit by the table for all 4 persons. There was no kettle to boil water, the bathroom is squished as well, no room to put the toileteries, shampoos, etc. we had to live out of the suitcases, literally. The sink in the bathroom as also very very small, almost impossible to wash the face or hands. The bathroom did not have a lock. The floor in one of the rooms was damaged, it would sink in alot when you step on it. One of the rooms did not have a overhead lamp, only a small one by the bed, making the room super dark . One room had a closet, which would get blocked by the sofa-bed, the other room had no closet, and only one small, unstuddy table on one side of the bed. On the other side, the floor was the table 😄 One bed was ready for sleeping - the other one - we had to put the covers ourselves. The terrace also had only two chairs. It didn't seem right for a group of 4. We also noticed that the air in the apartment was very humid and cold, and although there was an AC to turn on the heat, it didn't seem like it would do anything, even if it was turned on for the whole day. We also found some "bugs" on the ground, which I think is maybe normal (?) since the apartment is on the ground floor? Not sure how it is normal in Portugal 😄 The main thing we didn't like the most was the dirty plates and glasses. Apartment had a dishwasher, however, when we checked in, most of the plates had oil on them. For this reason, we had to start washing them by hand, and only then use them. Also, not sure if this is normal, but we were surprised that we were asked to throw our trash bags ourselves.

O apartamento é aconchegante.

Achei o apartamento pequeno para quatro pessoas e embora possua máquina de lavar, não há secadora.

Comodidades da acomodação; mercado e restaurantes próximos; sossego.

Gostei de tudo.

El apartamento es muy bonito y tiene de todo para pasar una buena estancia, aire acondicionado, edredón, toallas, utensilios de cocina, secador de pelo plancha de la ropa ect. Buena comunicación con el transporte público tanto el mítico tranvía 28 como en bus. Sofía la dueña es muy atenta y aunque no la conocimos en persona se preocupó mucho de que estuviéramos agusto.Sin duda lo recomiendo !

Lo único que no nos gustó es la hora del check in que es muy tarde a las 16h de la tarde y si llegas más pronto tienes que hacer tiempo hasta la entrada al apartamento con las maletas y es muy incómodo. Si cambiasen la hora de entrada la verdad sería perfecto porque por lo demás es súper recomendable.
