Spacious room with good shower. Very helpful staff. Shuttle to the station was very good. Very good breakfast. Use of spa facilities was a bonus.

Good location close to the cable car, bus stops and a few restaurants.
The staffs at the reception are not friendly and very arrogant. The cleaning staff even took away my tea set with very fine china. Fortunately, we were able to get them back. But this experience is not acceptable at all.
