non esistono camere triple. stanza piccolissima ma alla fine per dormire soltanto può andar bene. silenziosa. ma togliendo la sala colazioni ha perso un bel po’. Il sacchetto che portano in camera non è’ buono. poche cose e nulla di caldo come era nella colazione di prima in sala.

Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit, sehr sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück das in Luchboxen morgens zur gewünschten Zeit gebracht wird.Gefüllt mit frischem Gebäck, Saft, Müsliriegel, 1 Stück Obst und Joghurt . Für Kaffee- Teezubereitung im Zimmer, wurde auch alles jeden Tag aufgefüllt. 2 Flaschen Wasser im Zimmer. Grosser Fön im Zimmer. Uns war das Bett etwas zu schmal. Badezimmer war prima. Lage des Hotels war toll. Auch sehr angenehme Umgebung. Alles in der Nähe, Supermarkt , Café, Restaurant. Fenster waren sehr gut isoliert. Klimaanlage war sehr leise, angenehm . Weg zur U-Bahn wenigen Minuten zu Fuss. An der U-Bahn Station viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The reception people were super nice and very helpful and very professional. They very kindly offered an upgrade to the hotel which was more than appreciated as the original room that I had booked was quite small,
Nice room for the value and for the location - London as always is very expensive. Nicely decorated. Bed comfortable (pillows a bit hard for me, but everyone has a different pillow preference). Bathroom clean and functional.
Nice alternative to the breakfast as no breakfast room available, so breakfast box very nice. Coffee and tea facilities in the room very generous with the offering.
Looks like the hotel has undergone renovations with new carpet and wallpaper, so the rooms are looking very nice.
Wi-fi not the fastest - it was there, but if you have to work, a bit slow.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Jeden Tag wurde der Müll entfernt und frische Handtücher hingelegt. Zur Underground kommt man schnell und einfach (vier Underground-Linien). Super Gegend zum shoppen, essen und in die Kneipe gehen. Das Lunchpaket haben wir uns für Mittags mitgenommen, völlig ausreichend.
Das Lunchpaket kam nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit. Beim ersten Tag etwas zu spät und beim zweiten Tag musste ich fragen gehen. Es hat sich aber schnell und freundlich geklärt.

Was told breakfast would be delivered to outside door but found it as we were leaving in the stair well.

Location is in the heart of Hammersmith.
Close to tube station Hammersmith, which has multiple lines.
The mattress was terrible - a new one 100% is required. The pillows were hard and thin. The room was tiny, which is fine if you intend to spend 7am-7pm out of your room and the bathroom stunk( no window, no ventilation).
Be aware the street is noisy - lots of yelling, sirens ect.
The aircon didn’t work well so the room was a hot box!

Location, excellent for our visit to Hammersmith Apollo. Staff so friendly and helpful, bed was extremely comfortable and the whole place was fresh and clean

Room was surprisingly quiet and shower was great. Close to Hammersmith Underground which was very handy.
Could barely move around in the room, was the smallest hotel I’ve ever been in. Window wouldn’t shut properly and the lift is a bit disconcerting. Fridge would’ve been a good addition.

The manager was a fantastic host. The room was comfortable and newly renovated, and the breakfast was an added bonus..location was great with lots of places to eat nearby

The staff were really friendly, check-in was easy and the room was really comfortable. There was even wifi and heated floors in the bathroom. The room was more spacious than many London hotels and the waterfall shower was great!
Having breakfast delivered to the door was great, but perhaps could be a little wasteful if guests don't want the food that's inside.

Great location, 10 mins walk from Hammersmith Apollo and the station. Clean and nice. Breakfast bag delivered in the morning which was generously filled.

Not very clean and we didn’t get refunded fully even when we had to leave in the middle of the night on the first night due to an electrical fault.

good toilet and shower, modern interior, close to lots of shops/eateries and around a 7-8 mins walk to Hammersmith underground station, decent teabags, comfy beds and decent sound insulation considering location
there were large wet patches on the carpet which hadn’t been cleaned. this was addressed and cleaned in a timely manner but they remained wet throughout my stay. the room and the toilet were otherwise clean, Very basic continental style breakfast, no parking available but this is not unusual for London

Location superb! Bed was very comfortable!
No bottled water on arrival, as 4* hotel it could definitely offer that to guests. Breakfast delivered in the room (hour slot given)in the box - was a bit disappointing. Room required some dyi.

It is a small hotel. Good for a short stay. We had a early arrival. We can leave our luggage before inchecktime and also after checkout. The personnel were very friendly and helpfull. They brought a simple breakfast package (croissant, muffin, yoghurt, mueslibar and an apple) to our room. We had a 3person room. It was not so big, but enough for a small family. Traveltime from AirPort Heatrow is approx. 30 min. with the metro. Traveltime to centre London it is approx. 20 min. with the metro. There are two metro station nearby the hotel. The hotel is situaties in a street with lots of choices of restaurant and shops.
Although the room was neat. We found some breadcrumbs in the corner.
