The views from the cottage room were magnificent, all clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.
It was a bit hard to get our things back from the lockers after check-out time given difficult communication with cleaning staff. Ultimately all was good!

Amazing views.
Inconsiderate, noisy fellow guests.

It's truly great to be up there after all the day visiting crowds have left - even during the summer peak season I had the whole outside area for myself! The whole place has a great Alpine vibe. The staff was amazing. The lady that checked me in went out of her way to make me feel at home.
The shower facilities are one level below. I am a wheelchair user and I will not recommend this for any wheelchair user that travels solo. I left my electric wheelchair downstairs and with my partial mobility had to navigate my way up the stairs to the room, only to find that it's also a bit of a longer walk than expected from my bed to the toilet (not bad if you are fully able-bodied). I waited until 07h00 for the staff to open the doors at the restaurant level to enjoy the outside - which was totally spectacular. A fully able-bodied person can use a door with a code to get in and out after hours to take full advantage of the serene quietness.

Great location, great view.
The guesthouse cares more for day trippers to the location than those who are staying.
All 'comforts' were tidied away once the day trippers left.
Very poor dinner arrangements. Tiny portions, no options. Gluten free options were poor.
Starter salad was lettuce.
Dessert was a single scoop of ice cream.
Breakfast was also poor.
Room had one plug in a six person room, no mirrors.
