Convenient for our trip route.
Rooms did not meet expectations and were very odorous!!!! A very tired room and showed wear and tear.

The facilities were poor for what we were paying. Drab furniture and really, really small bedrooms, with a tiny shower room.

The twin single beds were very comfy and great for me and my daughter. The room is perfect for an overnight stay. Shower is very good with great pressure.

My employee was treated with distain, wouldn’t accept my credit card details over phone nor use authorised card number provided through booking.com
Uncourteous staff member

Handy to have an on-site restaurant and bar. Late night food options and barista coffee available. The staff were very helpful and lovely especially when we had an issue with our room initially. Beds were very comfortable with good mattress toppers and good quality doona.
Our first room smelt like cigarette smoke and the main lights didn’t work. But the staff gave us a new room which was better. The rooms in general do need a good spring clean (cobwebs, dusty walls, peeling paint).

Good location suited my travels. It’s not luxury but for the price it’s good enough.
Room was badly in need of a deep clean

Adequate basic motel, Served my purpose and was close to where I needed to be. Only option in the area
the whole facility needs to be updated. I only stay there as there are no other real options in the area

Good location, close to where we needed to go.
The room wasn’t the cleanest, cob webs on the light fixtures and hair on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom and toilet was 100% clean.

Great location for a wedding we were going to close by, McDonald’s directly a cross the road for coffee and food too. The staff were exceptional and really friendly, the beds were also so comfortable!
A little bit out dated.

Convenient location, very helpful staff.
Very quiet rooms despite being on a major road.
Food was good value and quality.
No complaints at all.

Location - close to cafes, trains, Bunnings and Maccas
1. Questionable stains on door handle of bathroom and linen - although promptly cleaned/ changed on request to cleaner
2. Snail trail across bedroom floor and luggage - cleaned by cleaner
3. Blood stained towel left in main corridor, outside of nearby bedroom, for >12hrs
4. Cabinetry around TV exploding from years of moisture damage
5. Black mould on walls of bedroom
6. Iron was missing the temperature switch
7. Ironing board was ripped and in poor condition
8. When ordering bottles of water from the bar (night of 29th Dec), the male asked to the female attendant - in front of us - to get "some water from out the back, as there is none in the fridge. We were sold unrefrigerated bottled water at $4 a pop
9. Paid $40 - $10 per night - for parking. Was advised that there is no allocated parking spaces and it is a first come first served basis. No secure parking options. Just paying for parking and staying in the same spots as those who didn't. Kudos to the person for their honesty, but was advised that parking is upsold so as to offset loat commissions paid through 3rd party bookings (eg. Booking.com, Trivago etc).
Parking fees only refunded as I was an Accor member.
That being said, it is a cheap nasty hotel. Did its job for what we needed it to do.
Surprised as my relationship with the hotel chain is much better than this particular venue presents the Ibis chain or the Accor brand.
