Very recommended!

The room was really clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was lovely and the accommodation was near supermarkets, restaurants/fast food places, and public transportation options. Overall, I'd really recommend this place for great value for money.

There wasn't any free WiFi in the room, which wasn't a problem for me because I have unlimited data, but could definitely be for other people. The location worked great for what I needed, but it's a bit far away from the city center so keep that in mind!

The bed was comfy

We booked the stay for £150 and just after a week the hotel changed our booking, out of the blue, to £188! There wasn't any valid reason for them to change the booking's price. The staff wasn't helpful at all!

comfortable and clean and close to the airport

it was like staying at a Ryanair hotel with everything costing extra. The Internet didn’t work at all. Parking wasn’t free.

Disappointing

I admire the cleanliness of the hotel. Beds are comfy. Very friendly staff. The ability to adjust the temperature in the room to your taste.

Poor location (although the subway is really close), not enough variety of shower accessories in the bathroom. I asked for a room with a double bed, but they provided two beds. It is totally ok, but what was not ok it's the fact it was impossible to move them, since they were constantly moving apart and at night you woke up in a hole between the beds. But the most disappointing thing is the paid wi-fi. We are in 2023, come on! This is something that should go by default anywhere in the world for free.

Facility and housekeeping are great but the front desk people might not be helpful.

The lady that checked us in was helpful and friendly. The room had plenty of space for the 3 adults and child and was kept clean. The facility felt safe with the extra locked door to access the room hallways and everything worked properly.

The morning staff the next day and at check out were not helpful and didn't seem to care about doing their work. They gave us mixed messages from the check-in lady until we confronted the check-out lady with what we were told the night before, then she changed her story and helped us. The lady checking us in for breakfast acted annoyed when we didn't have breakfast included and we asked to pay cash with her. She seemed more interested in chatting with the other person at the counter. The location also advertised free wifi with the stay, but it is only free in the common area for 30 minutes and we had to purchase a wifi plan to use it in the room. We opted to hotspot from my phone instead.

Pay-for-everything style hotel that ends up being more expensive and bad service and accommodations

Location was decently close to the metro station there were also a bunch of restaurants and cafes around within a block radius

The bed had bugs and my bathroom didn't have shower soap from the moment I checked in, I had to ask for a refill of the dispenser. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for a three nights stay
