Easy check in. The property management was quick to respond to requests. Good location with a 15 minute walk to the Pantheon and Colosseum.
The air conditioning could not keep up with the extreme heat. There were very loud construction noises that started early in the morning.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. In my opinion one of the best parts ot Rome to stay in. 10 min walk to Colosseum and 15 minutes walk to Trevu. Staff was amazing and accommodating minutes

Extremely spacious, modern, clean apartment with every amenity for a family of 4. Cooked all our meals here, grocery store just around the corner. Brand new clothes washer worked great for all our laundry. Super comfortable beds. Just fantastic. And the location is easy walking distance to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps.
Nothing!

The place was very nice and the people working there were very kind. Everything was clean and tidy and we really enoyed our stay.
The only downside of the flat was that we got the first apartment next to the front door and it was quite noisy at night. Otherwise everything was great!

the mattresses could be a bit better

clean with 2 bathrooms, 2 nice rooms
zero privacy for those staying in the sofa bed living room. it could be better if a door would exist in the living room to avoid waking up every time someone goes to the bathroom for example.

large and generous space in the centre of Rome. strategically located at walking distance from Termini train station, this wonderful apartment offers access to all the major touristic sites and attractions. surrounded by restaurants of both local cousins and international food, it is a perfect location to truly enjoy the experience of visiting Rome and its local genuine vibes.

The location was amazing, a short walk from the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, and close to Termini station which has a direct connection to the airport.
The flat was beautiful, authentic and modern at the same time and very well equipped, and the rooms were very comfortable.
We had some trouble with turning on the heating in the rooms which get quite cold at night.

Fantastic location, close to many restaurants. My 10 month old had lots of space to crawl around the apartment and was clean. Apartment was cool and quiet.
I recommend bringing a couple of tea towels as there was none in the kitchen. If a wheelchair user I would not recommend as there are some steps in the hall to get to the lift. I thought we would have a private terrace from photos but didn't.

Nice, clean, comfortable, big apartment for the family. Good location, easy 15min walk from train station. Great to have washing machine and dryer and general kitchen items. We bought from the local supermarket some breakfast items to have each day. Hosts were very helpful.

The location was excellent for walking around Rome
The apartment was noisy. The walls did not seem to keep noise out. We could hear basic noise in the other apartments in the building e.g. people entering and leaving apartments. There was also loud music coming from outside the building in the mornings. If you are sensitive to noise then I recommend bringing ear plugs.

Location was good - pretty central - not far from Trevi Fountain. It is on a back street but it felt safe and didn’t bother us.
The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The rooms are really grand in size - lovely high ceilings and beautiful covings. Very large windows make it so light and airy. Bed was comfortable and large. Air-con worked fine. Sofa bed was comfy too. We didn’t use the apartment much - just to sleep and to kindly store our luggage on our final day.
Nothing. The lease that we had to sign was a bit scary with all the fines threatened, but the reality was better.

Location was great. Apartment overall was very goog and we would stay here again
There was a central step in our apartment (M6B) that we thought was awkward and had us tripping over from time to time.

It was super clean and the apartment had a great design and was spacious. Especially the bathroom having 2 mirrors and sinks, a bath and a shower. also inside the building was well-maintained even though it is a historical building. Good-working elevator as well. It was close to public transport and walking distance to piazza Venezia, colosseum and Trevi fountain. The kitchen is well-equipped and we got detergent for the washing machine as well.
The sofa bed even though large and pretty okay made a lot of noise. Also there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper which wasn’t renewed during our stay of 4 nights with 4 people. I think it is too little. My Extra Home makes you sign a pretty long contract on how you should behave and the fees for if you don’t. It has also a book with pretty specific rules as in each person can use approx 10 minutes of hot water etcetera. I personally found it absurd for the quality you get as it is no ordinary or cheap place.
