Kitchen needs updated to island format to accommodate families. Too tight to be able to cook. There is a Keurig! Location is great! (Could use new pillows and extra pillowcases for the additional ones that are in closets.)

Beautiful condo and amazing views. The oversized balcony was fantastic. The washing machine was not able to spin and the dryer took multiple cycles to dry. This was reported to the property manager like those before us. According to Vacasa, the washing machine is not repairable and they are waiting on the owner to approve a new one. I would suggest looking into this prior to renting if this is an important amenity for you. Other than the appliances, we had a fantastic stay.

Everything would’ve been perfect if wasn’t for the washer and dryer not working properly, washer wouldn’t do the spin cycle and would have a bunch of water after it was “done” washing, dryer would take a couple cycles for it to dry properly; and no it didn’t had a big load. Other than that the PH is perfect, beautiful view to the ocean and had all amenities close by. 10/10 would come back

It was wonderful. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nicely furnished and decorated. there is everything you need. And the view - breathtaking.

This place is in desperate need of a makeover. Balcony and bathroom doors do not lock, toilet paper holder broke, shower head in main bathroom not fully functionable, washer bad, freezer doesn’t open right, various bulbs out throughout. For the “penthouse” price felt more like the Motel 6 experience. Will not be back.

We brought our family to Sterling Shores for a much needed vacation & the condo did not disappoint. It was beautiful, spacious and very well stocked with necessities.

This Condo has a Wow moment walking in! Beautifully decorated, big rooms, lovely family area, and amazing views of the gulf from the huge balcony and floor to raised ceiling windows.

We had an amazing time staying at Sterling Shores PH10. We stayed with our kids, my parents, and my sister. We enjoyed being able to all stay together in the same condo. There was so much space for us to hang out. We also loved spending time on the balcony in the morning and late at night. We were able to walk to the Back Porch straight from the beach. The kids also loved walking to the Candy Shop. The kids loved that the pool had lights at night and enjoyed swimming after the sun went down. We will definitely be back!

The balcony is absolutely amazing such a great size for a larger family! The bedrooms were great and bathrooms, only complaint is chair in living room needs replaced and more of a deep clean needs done

Everything in this home!! It made us feel at home away from home. It is perfect for accommodating our entire family. My mom that’s 78 years old enjoyed it!! We will be back!!

Pros- views, close to the beach and also walking distance to many great restaurants and family activities. The place is decorated beautifully where not a thing is overlooked. The pools are great and fabulous for families.
Cons- beds were not comfortable but I’ve had worse. Our daughters bed was so bad she couldn’t sleep at all-it was lumpy and very soft/worn out. Every bed had only a cheap scratchy thin sheet plus a quilt and nothing else. The dining table was one of the tall ones so little kids could not sit there without us being stressed they were going to fall on the hard travertine tiles. The master bath is very out dated but it’s size is fantastic.
They provide items in the kitchen to use which is so helpful but we had to bring our own blender for margaritas(no problem)
It would have been nice if they had things to use at the beach like other beach condos/houses we’ve stayed at. Instead we had to buy our own blow up items for the pool and beach as well as beach towels.
Lastly this condo is I. The flight path so you’ll see and hear planes coming for a landing. At first we thought it was landing on the building since we’re in the penthouse and that is just how close they get. Al the buildings put red lights on top so these planes don’t hit them.
The elevators are dark and have no air conditioning which when it’s already 95 and 100% humidity means for a terrible ride up and down.
The company made a huge stink about us bringing one more person citing it was due to struck fire rules etc and that they watch the bracelet wearers to go in their pools. This is a complete lie. It’s not watched at all . Also this complex has no lobby area or anyone working on the premises. Thankfully we had no issues because as others have pointed out who would we call. I did receive several texts asking if the place was clean. Yes it was clean.
I’m giving 4 stars only because of its location to the beach and the view.
We had 29 family rent there for the week and they ruined it for one of the people because we couldn’t have one extra person bunk on a bed the way they had at previous vacations. The place deserves 3.5 nothing more.

This penthouse is a true luxury! The master bedroom’s HUGE windows with an amazing view was my favorite. The large patio with plenty of seating, large couch and kitchen/dining area made it comfortable for 8 persons to stay. The elevators were fast, and the maintenance crew was responsive. The pool was fabulous and beach access was a breeze.

This was our sixth trip to Sterling Shores. We love the property. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and apart from one broken ceiling fan and that one room being warmer, we enjoyed our stay. We were, however, a bit disappointed in the property management. We arrived late Saturday. On Wednesday, the lagoon pool, one of the features of the property, had to be evacuated at 4:00 p.m. The pool was completely drained due to a child having an “accident” in the pool. We were told the pool would be back in use by 10:00 the following morning. The pool was closed for two complete days. We left Friday morning which didn't give much time for lagoon pool use. There was also “scheduled” water maintenance to be done during the week on one of those mornings. We were told the water would be shut off from 8 a.m. to 5p.m.
Fortunately, that didn’t occur but by that time we had already rearranged dinner plans to the following night to accommodate preparation, showers etc..for 6 people that would have to take place in order to go out for a nice meal.
When we went down to discuss this with the Vacasa rep, she acted a bit irritated, repeated she knew nothing and had nothing to do with the pool or water situation. She informed us this was a HOA issue. When I asked where the HOA office might or someone I could speak with, she said she didn’t know and basically offered very little help or assistance. As previously stated, we have stayed at Sterling Shores multiple times. We do not want one trip with water and pool issues to spoil our desire to return to this property. However, we do consider the convenience of the pool and property as part of the amenities when renting the condo for the week. We vacation once a year and spent a great deal to make this time as wonderful as possible. In addtion, we were not made aware of a change, as of this year, to reserve beach chairs and umbrellas online prior. This was new. Last year it was first come first serve. All first and second row chairs and umbrellas were reserved before we ever arrived. We rented chairs at the adjacent property for $85/set up rather than $50.00.
We hope to return to Sterling Shores but I sincerely hope the property management is a bit more organized next time. Schedule maintenance prior to the opening of summer when everyone has arrived. We booked last August for this June trip and would like to book in advance again.

Beach is stunning and beach service well worth it. We had four little kids and four adults and were very comfortable—plenty of space for everyone.

Property is beautiful and the condo exactly as advertised. Very clean. There was a bit of an issue with the kitchen disposal leaking but management was on it. Management onsite and very responsive. Beach is stunning and beach service well worth it. We had four little kids and four adults and were very comfortable—plenty of space for everyone.
