This spacious first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo (~1050 square feet) opens directly onto the beach. This unit can sleep 8-10 people comfortably. There is an assigned parking space and additional free parking on the street adjacent to the unit on both 72nd and 73rd street. Listen to the waves crash and smell the salty air as soon as you open the balcony door from the living room or master bedroom. The large balcony with gate access and steps to the beach is perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening drinks . Spend a week enjoying and relaxing in this peaceful, family friendly atmosphere right on the beach in this updated unit. The master bedroom is direct oceanfront with views from the sliding door to the balcony. Spinnaker condo complex is located in a PRIME location within walking distance of many attractions. Conveniently located off 72nd St., it is directly across the street from the OCM Crabs and Ocean Lanes Bowling. This unit is also within walking distance (approximately 1 mile or less) to shopping, attractions and many restaurants/bars including Fager's Island, Dead Freddie's Island Grill, Rosenfeld's Jewish Deli, Skye Bar, Longboard Cafe, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Old Pro Golf, Dough Roller, Hooked, the Bonfire, Saltwater 75, Ropewalk, and the Bayside Skillet to name a few. Minimum age rental limitation of 25 years of age. Security Deposit required. No smoking. No pets. AMENITIES: The master bedroom has one King bed and one sleeper sofa with upscale furniture. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and a direct view of the ocean/beach with access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and single bunk bed that sleeps 4 people. All sleeper sofa mattresses have been upgraded to memory foam for additional comfort. The Master Bedroom and bath has newer wooded ceramic floor tiles installed. The second bedroom has a wooded floating floor installed. Both bathrooms have a full bathtub/shower and were recently renovated with brand new toilets, vanities, faucets and fixtures. The living and dining room are newly furnished and decorated. The sofa in the living area is a queen size sleeper. The kitchen has the "Maryland Crab" theme with a tray ceiling and shadow lighting as well as all new stainless-steel appliances. The sliding door to the balcony allows for expansive views of the ocean. There is a flat screen and DVD player in the master bedroom and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, cookware, dishes, glasses and other kitchen accessories including microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster and blender. Central air conditioning and heat, additional ceiling fans for extra comfort, iron and ironing board and vacuum. In addition, there is a laundry room towards the back of the unit with a newly purchased full-size front loader washer and dryer for convenience. There is also a new 55-gallon hot water heater and HVAC system installed. WHAT TO BRING: towels, sheets and pillowcases, soap/laundry detergent and paper products. Bedding consists of 1 king, 2 queen, 1 double and 2 singles. A linen company can be recommended and provided if the guest decided they would prefer to have towels and sheets delivered to the condo upon arrival. This would be set up and paid for by the guest. **NOTE: Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo. Will NOT rent to High School Seniors.

This is a wonderful condo for families, especially with small children with a lot of stuff for a beach vacation. It was awesome to just walk right out to the beach and to easily come back and forth as needed throughout the day. It was well-stocked with everything you could need for your family for the week and plenty of space to be comfortable. The primary bedroom has a king bed, which is rare to find in OC condos (and always nice when you have little ones who may end up sleeping with you!). Chad was a wonderful host, very responsive, made sure I had everything I needed, and answered all my questions ahead of time. We loved our week at the beach and look forward to booking this property again soon!

This was our first vacation as a family and first time booking something via vrbo. Chad made this entire process ridiculously easy. We had an awesome time. The property was beautiful, it had everything we needed including beach umbrellas, chairs and toys for the kids. Communication with the owner Chad was great, answered all of my questions before and during our stay. Everyone was so comfortable at the property, like a home away from home. Property was right off the beach, literally you walk off the patio and follow the path to the beach and your right there! It was perfect, everything was perfect! Chad thank you for a wonderful experience as we will be back. If you are on the fence about this property, don’t be. You will not be disappointed. Just awesome.

This property has convenient access from balcony to the beach. It is well equipped with the necessities for a comfortable stay and can reasonably accommodate 7-9 people.
Chad, the property manager, was easily reachable, helpful and suggested great local places for dining and fun.

This was our second stay at the property over the past 2 years. Whenever we crave a visit to OC, I always check availability of this property. The apartment has a perfect location on the ground floor where kids can simply walk off to the beach. The property owner, Chad, is extremely approachable and is genuinely interested in ensuring that your stay will be nothing short of wonderful.

Great location, newly refurbished which was nice. Everything was clean and in working condition. The bed covers and shams could have been washed and there was sand on the beds but a simply wipe down was easy.

End of summer get together
Wanted to get family together for a last of summer get together before adult kids went their own way for the season. OC was an ideal location and property was just on the other side of the dune from the beach so perfect location to access the still sunny beach for the day. Plenty of para sailing/ mini golf/ restaurants nearby in north OC to mix it up. Only caveat was it was bike week. Very crowded, and I’m told the next weekend was hot Rod week so check on events if looking for a quiet weekend. Chad was great a d definitely hope to return

This beautiful condo had everything! Tons of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, you name it, it had it. Also, extension cords and outlet strips were very thoughtfully placed throughout the unit, which is a minor detail that makes a huge difference in convenience during a stay. Chad has thought of everything. All the furniture was sturdy, clean and very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed dealing with with our extremely gracious host, who could not have been more helpful. Thank you for a fantastic week at the beach!

The location could not be more perfect. This place is absolutely amazing and so comfortable. The owner is amazing to rent with. He is really quick to respond to any questions you have. Great Vacation Property
Our family just loves this property! It is so spacious and well equipped for a week vacation stay. We love the location and the ease of the walk-out balcony. The owner was so helpful and accessible to any of our needs. Property had some great updates since our stay last year and we hope to stay again in the future!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Only a few minor caveats, none of which impacted my rating: (1) when it says no paper goods, seriously, they mean it. Not even a single roll of toilet paper or paper towels to be found! (2) I didn't love that the instructions threaten a fee if you don't impeccably clean everything. Come on, there's a cleaning fee already, right? (3) the headboard in the master bedroom is creaky. I didn't really notice it but my pregnant wife very much did. I let the owner know and he intends to fix it.Again, none of these are things that materially impacted our stay, just issues of which you may want to be aware. Overall, great location, nice place, owner was very pleasant to work with, great for kids -- we will stay here again if circumstances permit!

What a great family getaway
We decided to take our children along on our anniversary getaway. What a great time we had! We loved the easy access to the outdoors, the condo was more than sufficient, and we just had a lovely weekend. Chad was really good to work with and was very gracious when one of our children broke something. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We were so pleasantly surprised! Very responsive and accommodating. We have three kids 3 and under. They loved walking right out to the beach. Location was great. Fabulous property!
My daughter in law, my 2 year old Granddaughter and I enjoyed the most wonderful end of summer getaway in this wonderful condo unit. From the moment we arrived we felt so comfortable and “at home”. Chad has furnished and equipped this clean. cozy space for maximum enjoyment. Whether you are just one or two guests or an entire family, everything you could possibly want and need is provided. Super comfy beds too! The location is so tucked away and private with direct access to the beautiful beach it’s easy to forget you are in downtown Ocean City. I would highly recommend this unit and will most definitely be going back. Thank you Chad!

Great 2-bedroom condo!
This place was just what we needed. Walking out of the place onto the balcony and to the sandy walkways to the shore were just SO convenient. Greatly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, listening to the ocean, watching the birds, and scanning the dune. We were pleasantly surprised at how new the appliances were (TVs, kitchen, laundry). We weren't especially happy with the master bed mattress, but that could be a matter of personal preference (it was too soft for us). The auto-lock batteries died during our stay, but Chad was there in 20 minutes with new batteries to fixed it, which was wonderful. Would definitely return here if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks Chad!

Perfect Family Vacation
This is exactly what we were looking for. It is an older low rise building with the unit completely remodeled and updated. With two little ones, being able to walk out to the beach was awesome. Chad was really nice and responsive. The cleaners finished so he let us in early for the kids naps. Great stay and would definitely go back.
