Weekend family trip

Location is close to the city center. Beds were comfortable.

No TV. Apartment on pictures looks great but we got another apartment without all that roof glasses which was ok but doesn't look that great like it is shown on pictures.

If you’re looking for a cheap stay this is a place

I liked how the property had a store right next-door the property was clean. The bedding was fresh overall it was a great stay

What I didn’t like about the property was it was a lot of loud people at the store which is located next-door. I also didn’t like how it did not come with the TV which was a bit of of an inconvenience and the AC did not work.

Hyvä tukikohta turistille Wienissä

Asunnon sijainti oli erinomainen. Makuuhuoneiden sijainti oli hyvä. Voin kuvitella, että huoneisto on kesällä kuuma, mutta toivottavasti ilmalämpöpumput auttavat pitämään viielänä.

Keittiöön kaipasin mikroaaltouunia ja keittiön siistinä pitämiseen esimerkiksi tiskirättiä ja roskapusseja. Kierrättämiseen ei ollut mahdollisuutta muutoin kuin kartongin osalta. Astiapesukone ei toiminut, joten jouduimme tiskaamaan kaiken käsin ennen lähtöämme.

Fenomenalno

Smestaj je odlicnoj lokaciji ,u blizini samog centra grada(glavna pijaca na 300m,ulica Mariahilfer strase na 500m).Preko puta smestaja puno marketa i pekarica.Metro stanica -50m.Izuzetno prostran i opremljen apartman novije gradnje sa predivnim pogledom(apartman 41).

I will definitely book again.

We used a door code to enter the main entrance and the room. Since it was easy to reach and located close to the metro, we felt very comfortable while traveling. Our room was clean and the surrounding area was safe. We were pleased with the service.

Très bon séjour, appartement spacieux et agréable !

Logement spacieux et lumineux, plutôt bien équipé. Equipe d'accueil à distance très disponible et agréable. Le logement est à 2 pas du métro Pilgramgasse

Le logement gagnerait à être mieux nettoyé (dans les coins du salon, derrière la porte d'entrée et sous les lits) Les stores de la chambre avec 2 fenêtres sont défectueux. Un peu plus de déco pour rendre l'appartement plus chaleureux serait un plus.

Ditmaal hebben we er slechts één nacht gebruik van gemaakt, maar geschikt voor een volgende keer!

Modern, comfortabel appartement, gelegen aan drukke winkelstraat (maar geen geluidsoverlast met ramen dicht). Vlakbij Naschmarkt en museumkwartier, en ook niet ver van de overige bezienswaardigheden van Wenen.

hatten Spaß - mit der Lage der Wohnung wars noch besser

Schade das es keine Rezeption gibt wo man die Koffer vor und nach Abreise unterstellen kann, das lässt sich nicht ohne weiteres mit dem Flug vereinbaren und die Schließfächer bei der ÖBB waren übervoll. Der Schlüsselzugang war auch nicht ganz einfach, da musste nach Anruf der Code geändert werden. Eine Telefonnummer gibt es aber nur "IN" der Wohnung. Wir hatten also Glück das gerade der Hausmeister dort war, der uns geholfen hat. Toll war das uns die Putzfrau die Koffer in die Wohnung gerollt hat, nachdem die Vormieter zu spät abgereist sind. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber gut. Schlimm sind die Fenster. Ob zu oder offen die Aussengeräusche kommen nahezu 1:1 rein und die Flügel streifen an Fensterbank und Decke. Aufgrund der Lage über einer Dachkante (Wohnung 38) war das kein Problem vom Lärm an sich, aber energetisch tut das fast weh. Die Vollalurahmen haben keine Dichtung aber eine. Die 3-Scheibenverglasung ann das nicht richten :-) . Als Kleinigkeit wäre zu erwähnen das ein Handtuch für die Hände im WC fehlt. Eine Garderobenhacken für die Jacken fehlt auch, dazu haben wir dann den aus dem Badezimmer geholt. Aber sonst tip top für ein Urlaubstripp ...genial die direkte Lage an der U-Bahnstation Pilgramgasse

ups ...habe oben + und - gemischt. Fehlende Koffereinstellmöglichkeit vor und nach Check-in bzw. -out. Fenster zu 99% undicht, energetischer Supergau. Ein Fehlendes Handtuch im Klo und Garderobenhaken für die Jacken wäre fein gewesen.

There are no problems with transport, meal, shoping and living

I've dreamed about such appartments in Vienna because it is situated close to places I am wonder: Opera, City center... I like simple shops with meal situated oposite to the flat, U-station in 3 min from the place, bus station is on the same distance...

Advantages of the appartments exceуd any disadvantages even they could be exist. I've no noticed any. There are no disadvantages - there are poecularities

Zentral aber abgewohnt

Zentrale Lage direkt an der U Bahn und Buslinie.

Billig, lieblos möbliert, defekte Stehlampe (Dimmer), Badezimmer abgewöhnt.. siehe Bilder. Die Wohnung entsprach nicht in Ansätzen den Bildern bei booking.

Zentraler Standort für alle Stadterkundungen; einfache, aber saubere Unterkunft

Unkomplizierter Online-CheckIn, Mail mit den Schlüsselcodes zeitgerecht erhalten, zentrale Lage - unmittelbar neben U4-Station Pilgramgasse und dem zentralen Bus 13A (fährt zB zur Mariahilfer Straße, einer großen Einkaufsstraße) - nicht eben die Vorzeigegegend, aber so sieht es fast überall zwischen Ring und Gürtel aus (klassisches Gründerzeitviertel). Einige Restaurants (Schlossquadrat, Waldviertlerhof, etc) und Bars zu Fuß leicht erreichbar - also eine eher belebte Gegend! Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber.

Fotos und Preis haben beim "Standard-Appartement" (hier App Nr 32) weit mehr versprochen, als geboten. Die "tollen Fotos" beziehen sich wohl vorrangig auf die Stockwerke Dach 1 und 2, dieses hier ist Altbestand des Hauses und uninspiriert und einfach renoviert und eingerichtet. Bett (160 breit, obwohl genug Platz wäre) und anderes Mobiliar auf Ikea-Niveau, Nasszelle nur optisch renoviert, Toilette hat gestunken (vmtl Abfluss, wurde besser). Keine Tagvorhänge. Das Türschloss ist eine Zumutung: ein Mini-Touchfeld auf dem Drehknauf: Schon mit mittelgroßen Männerhänden tippt man immer wieder daneben, wie soll das mit großen Händen oder mit beeinträchtigter Handfunktion gehen? Ich trinke nicht, weil ich noch fahren muss? Nein, hier gilt: ich trinke nicht, weil ich später gerne in mein Appartement möchte ;-) In Summe vielleicht einfach auch zu viel erwartet... Vielleicht ein bisschen was aufzahlen, uU ist es im Dachgeschoss neuer und moderner.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Toplage

Alles gut organisiert. Die Einrichtung ist ok. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Wer etwas schönes in einer Toplage sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Zu meckern gibt es immer was, wenn man sucht. Der Gesamteindruck war aber sehr gut, und evtl Kritikpunkte würde ich immer mit dem Vermieter klären. Mit anderen Worten : alles gut :)

The apartment needs a good cleaning but is very pleasant.

We had a problem with not enough bedding when we first arrived but a call to Booking who contacted the owner of the property resolved the problem within 15 minutes.

The apartment is nice and bright but is basic in what it provides. The apartment appears clean but is really very dusty and needs a good scrub in all rooms into the corners.

Die Lage ist gut, man kann sich dort arrangieren…

die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Bäder /Duschen waren ordentlich ,der Küchenbereich war auch ok, nachdem wir nach Gläsern gefragt haben ,es war kein Blech im Backofen…

Der Wohnung fehlte es an Gemütlichkeit, für die Preiskathegorie war sie sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, jedenfalls im Wohnbereich…

The apartment was large and had everything that we needed. It was a 2 minute walk from the Metro station. We asked the host for more clean towels and they left them for us. The apartment is also directly across from a supermarket so it was great to jump over and buy fresh fruits and vegetables everyday.

There was no tv and it would have been nice if there was a tv. This may have been written on the site but we did not notice. We had a computer with us and there was good wifi so we connected our computer to watch shows.

Exceptional

Everything, close to the U-ban, all around were supermarket, restaurants, bakeries. The flat was very comfortable and the instructions toget inside so clear and easy. Most recommended.

Very clean, cute; nicely decorated. Placed in the city near a lot. Also cute terrace

Too many things to list. For one, the apartment was extremely hot with no air conditioning. I had overlooked that it wasn’t listed, however this apartment is located in a hot city and was on the 3rd floor where heat rises. It is definitely something the owners should consider, especially for these hot summer months. I tried to open the windows, but it was noisy, there were bugs, and hot with no breeze. 2nd: THERE IS NO GOOD PARKING!!! Especially if you’re traveling with suitcases. We had to park In a garage that was a 10 minute walk with all our luggage after parking. A bit expensive as well to park and have to walk so far to and from. I cannot begin to explain the chaos my husband and I went through. We decided to get a hotel last minute because it was just too uncomfortable. Apartment was also tricky to find, even locals couldn’t help us.Otherwise, owners seemed nice and understanding. Also, it would also be nice to have had soap offered to wash hands.
