The apartment is very clean, good to accommodate 6 people, with all the facilities in the kitchen. It is an old building, close to the city center, close to restaurants, pastries and you do not have to climb. Host Tiago was very kind.
Like I said, the charm of a historic building brings some disadvantages, which were not so upsetting: the smell of sewage in the bathroom, the electrical installation that stopped.

Great communication from the host and his neighbour met us and helped carry luggage up the stairs. Parking is on the street and we were lucky to get a spot and just kept topping the meter up over our stay. The parking block nearby was 19 euro per day. The apartment is super hot and pretty noisy if you subsequently need to sleep with the windows open. There was one fan for the 3 bedrooms.
Wifi was really patchy and meant we struggled streaming a movie but the house explained afterwards there were issues. The other issue came with the fuse box. The stove top kept tripping the fuse and it took us an hour to boil a pot of water with no other appliances running. No little things like tea or coffee offered either. We really liked the location and it felt clean but not the best for a family.

The owner was super helpful and the place was clean and easy to get to. There are a metro as well as other means of transport in walking distance. The property itself has all the necessities required. Overall a lovely apartment.

We really liked that the living room was separated from the other rooms. We had a group of five people, so if some of us wanted to have more sleep while others preferred to chat, there was no problem. Apartment was nicely equipped, it had all the necessary everyday life things. Every time we entered the apartment it felt like home. Hosts were friendly and super nice. We had no problems with the check-in or out. We had only nice vibes there.
If you are a person with not so deeeeeep sleep then we warmly recommend using air plugs in the room that is facing to the street. While sleeping with opened window then it's difficult to fall asleep because of the night street sounds.

The property was clean, spacious and comfy. The location was also amazing
Due to the location it was very noisy from traffic at night. It may be better with windows closed but as the apartment hasn’t got air con we had to keep the windows open at night

Great location with many restaurants nearby. A supermarket just across the road made it very convenient for us to get snacks and drinks.
The apartment was very clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great place to stay with kids and we really enjoyed ourselves.
Nothing really. Be mindful that this is a residential building and so you have to maintain noise levels as there are local residents living there. Noise travels in the building as well.

It was an easy-to-find apartment.
There were very comfortable beds.
Very thin walls, hear neighbors.
The kitchen is very small, and there is no easy way to sit at the table. A very small living room too.
But the biggest minus was the smell in the apartment, like chlorine, which had been exposed only on the third day.

The apartment was very cosy and very clean. Rooms are small but for a short stay no problem. We used the 3rd bedroom as our dressing room and to store our luggage.
The garbage of the building is in the entrance area of the building. Smell when going up the stairs. The stairs going up to the 2nd floor are not easy with a big luggage and some of the apartments are still under construction so it could be a bit noisy if you are going to stay inside.

The building looks old..and bad maintenance but the apartment is great.

Apartament is fantastic. Everything what we need was so nearly. Shops, restaurants, metro. Apartament is so clean. I know what I wrote because I work in 5* hotel and I was really impressed how clean was apartment. Landlord is also fantastic. Kind and really helpful. My and my family were very pleased

The apartment is beautifully furnished.
Neighbors above would make a lot of noise between the hours of 2:00am and 3:00am, particularly over the the full size bedroom with no balcony. It happened 2 out of the 4 nights of our stay.

Friendly key handover, very responsive host, great sized property with 4 beds, good facilities (fridge, laundry, cooking), well-connected location near two metro lines

The Owner, Mr Tiago, is very friendly and showed us the place. He also gave us some tips about good restaurants around.
Alameda Metro is less than 10 minutes away.
Few good supermarkets (including Continente & Pingo
Doce), bars & restaurants away.
Rossio is about 35 minutes walking.
The Apartment is very cozy and has all you need: WiFi, bath towels, AirCon, Kitchen essentials, iron, hair dryer, etc.
I do recommend & for sure will stay there again.
From/ to Lisbon Airport, I have used BOLT as transport, and paid around €4.40 each way. (Between 3 people)

not enough There are not enough power outlets. No coffee, tea and sugar to make a drink. The keys are not marked, what to enter and what to the door of the apartment. There is no bell to ring for the apartment and the opening button of the main door from the apartment.

Nice, clean, good location
Quite small for five people to live but enough for a few days to stay as a tourist.

We had enough space for all of us, all was clean and freshly designed.
As we have a baby, it was very comfortable to have baby cot, high chair and a Bath in the spot, that was gladly added.
Althogh the place dont have a private parking place, we found parking pretty easily downstairs, in the street, were you have to pay some euros, but as we were in the weekend- it was free.
The place is very comfortable for a family Stay.
The only thing is that there is no elevator, but we managed also without and it was totaly cool.
The host is very Nice, and he let us do a late check out without any problem. The location as well is very comfortable to start your trip from.
Defintly recomended!
