The cozy den on the lower level has a gas fireplace. On the main level, the expansive central living area opens up to a large covered deck, and is part of an open concept design that incorporates the dining room, kitchen, and living room. The six bedrooms offer various sleeping arrangements, from the Main suite with its king bed to the Captain’s bunks, trundles, twins, kings, and queens of the guest rooms. Four bedrooms have access to balconies where you can step out each morning to start your day or take in the stars before turning in. BL#: BOLT 327400001 WHAT WE LOVE - Spending an evening in Robbie’s Tavern, located at the base of the ski hill. This restaurant is the only locally-owned establishment on the mountain, and has taken comfort food to a new level. Stop in for an apres-ski treat, or make plans to try out their exquisite menu of traditional American fare with an upscale twist. - Experiencing Epic Discovery, a collection of zip lines, hiking trails, high ropes courses, and more. Open during the summer, this also includes the famous alpine coaster, 4x4 excursions, and other adventures that promise extraordinary views and lifetime memories. All this, walking distance from the home. - Exploring the southern shores of Dillon Reservoir. Just off Highway 9 north of Breckenridge, this lake has hiking trails that encircle the clear, rocky shores. Head to the Blue River Arm and take in the views at Sapphire Point, then plan a picnic at the Frisco Peninsula Rec area. WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 14 people. - The maximum number of cars at the property is 5. - There is construction in the area. - During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Confirmation will be sent via email after booking. - If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

We had a large group of parents and young adults. The house was perfect for us. We had lots of options for places to sleep and spend our time and the property managers were very helpful and responsive.

Our family of 12 had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our combination of male and female young adults, teens and younger kiddos. Sometimes it is difficult to find a house with the right sleeping arrangements. I gave it 3 stars on the online listing because when I booked the bedroom/bed configurations were perfect but at some point after I booked they updated the website and many of the bedroom/beds had been changed. It still worked out and we had a great time. And the current listing is correct now.

Kitchen was amazing….stocked with all the utensils and dishes we could need. Beautiful location, visited by a fox and moose! Easy hike to peak 8 and nearby reservoir. Will book again!

Great house!

The seven of us had a great time! Beautiful location and a wonderful vacation. Would definitely stay there again. I would not call It “ski in, ski out”. I also recommend a new dresser in the master bedroom. The drawers just fall out of it.

This is an amazing property for a large group looking to ski. There is a lot of space to hang out, relax and cook. Ski room in the basement is ideal for unloading equipment each morning. We walked to Peak 8 each day which was ~5 minutes from the house. We can ski home to with 100 feet of house. Easy Uber into downtown Breckenridge.

This place was in a great location. About half of our group walked the 8 minutes up to peak 8 to snowboard and ski, and about half of the group took the gondola down to enjoy main street. We all enjoyed spending time in the beautiful house!
