About this cabin rental
Nestled in Clarksville, this lovely cabin for £127 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Camp David is a all new cabin located on lake Francis offering spectacular views from our wrap around deck. Cabin has plenty of deck furniture, Weber Gas Grill, Bon fire pit. The cabin now has the highest speed internet possible and offers SIRIUS Radio. You can canoe , kayak or boat right from this cabin. The cabin also offers direct snowmobile and ATV trail access. Once you are at the cabin you should not have to trailer your sport machines anywhere. You are close to Restaurants , Pub, and General stores. The buck Rub Pub is a half mile up the road and Happy Corner Restaurant is about 3 miles up the road. Young's General Store which sells fuel, food , liquor, and supplies is also about 3 miles away. The cabin sleeps 10 people at this time, four bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms , all linen and towels provided, furnished with all new mattresses and furniture, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wide screen TV, also each room has its own TV, DVD,. Free wireless, free phone long distance in USA. Gas grill provided, fire pit provided with free fire wood. This cabin is one of the best values for your money. We charge $159.00 per night for 2 people and $39.00 per additional person per night. We will also work with you on a group rate for your vacation. There is a minimum 4 person charge on weekends and holidays because the cabin will sleep 10 people.. We do allow pets, limited number per stay, there are some strict house rule as for pets, Our cleaning crew charges $15.00 per night per pet if there is no extra cleanup. The location of the house right on Lake Francis is great, wonderful sunrises in the morning with the ducks flying in. We had everything we needed in the house, were able to enjoy the deck, and had a great launching point for the lakes up in the CT river headwaters area.

A Wonderful Place: referring to both Pittsburg and David’s cabin. The home is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space with excellent Wi-Fi and indoor comforts when the weather didn’t always cooperate.

Our family wanted to unwind and have some fun outside the noise of every day life - Camp David was just the place to take that break. Dave himself was responsive, provided great information, and made us feel at ease renting Camp David. This was the first time we had done a rental house and it did not disappoint. It had everything you needed for a week away - stocked kitchen, clean, nicely decorated, and overall the view and access to the water was amazing. Hearing and seeing the loons on the lake in the morning was a great place to wake up every day! I would highly recommend if you need trail access, fishing access, and a great location with a view. Already looking at the calendar for the next booking.

Based on the number it can sleep and additional shower should be installed.
We were a group of 6, 50 plus year old's and It worked out fine for us.
$ wheeler trailer were great, kinda difficult to get to them because there are no signs telling you how to get to the main trails.

The home was absolutely beautiful was built in 2014 so still new everything was great and house had all the amenities we needed just needed a trail sign to say where the snowmobile trail was other than that everything was perfect

We had a great stay at Camp David. The location is perfect for accessing the trails as welll as local restaurants and stores. The owner is excellent with communication. We had to reach out a few times when we first arrived to the property, David got back to us within minutes anytime we reached out and even followed up after to ensure we found everything we needed. It was a great stay and we will definitely be booking again.

We had a good vacation at Camp David. All was as described in listing. Location of Camp David and view of Lake Francis and mountains from the home was very nice. We had hoped to kayak but rain and cool temperatures for most of our time caused the plan to change. All was good and we will consider Camp David for another vacation in the future.

Immediate trail access, beautiful spot! House has everything you need, accommodated 5 adults and 2 teenagers with ease. Youngs is right down the road for groceries etc, buck rub is about 1/2 up the road. Will be renting again!!

We just recently stayed at "Camp David" in Pittsburg NH. The experience was great and the host, Dave, was very helpful. The house was a wonderful place for our stay.. very clean and well suited for our time snowmobiling in Pittsburg. Located right on Lake Francis, we had direct access to a multiple of the major trails.

We just recently stayed at "Camp David" in Pittsburg NH. The experience was great and the host, Dave, was very helpful. The house was a wonderful place for our stay.. very clean and well suited for our time snowmobiling in Pittsburg. Located right on Lake Francis, we had direct access to a multiple of the major trails.

Pittsburg is beautiful and serene in and of itself but add a beautiful clean modern home inside and out and you have a little piece of paradise. The home was extremely well appointed with seperate heat zones for living area, first floor bedroom, second floor and basement which made everyone comfortable and also allowed for the conservation of heat. The bathroom was large and modern as well with ample storage and a vanity with a lot of counter space which was very much appreciated. The kitchen and dining area were spacious and had everything we needed to cook nice meals and eat as a family at the large dining table. The living room had a new Samsung smart t.v. (same as our own) with additional Samsung's in each bedroom. The beds and linens were super comfortable with an ample number of fluffy new towels in the bathroom with separate towels for use to wipe down your sleds/atv's (nice touch). We rented snowmobiles from Bear Rock a couple miles up the road on Rte 3 and enjoyed direct trail access from the house. The "boys" also did some ice fishing on the lake that was super convenient as the lake is right there in the backyard! The backyard also had the perfect hill for sledding with our 3 year old grand-daughter. We just had an amazing time and communicating with the owner, Dave, was a true pleasure! We'll be back!

Impeccably Clean and Modern Home
Pittsburg is beautiful and serene in and of itself but add a beautiful clean modern home inside and out and you have a little piece of paradise. Quiet relaxing getaway
The house was clean and exactly as photos portrayed it. We chose to get away from life for Thanksgiving weekend and this was the perfect spot. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and prepare meals.
The view of the lake is outstanding. My husband enjoyed the time out hunting while I relaxed in.
David called to check in and make sure we had everything we needed but we were not in when he called. He was prompt in messaging when I had a question.
We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning another time.

All the right stuff.
The house was just as shown in the pictures, as a matter of fact, one of our friends who stopped by said he also looked at the house also and recognized it from the pictures. One of my friends who rented with me, once we toured the house was on the deck, slapped me on the back and exclaimed, "you nailed it with the house". The house was more than comfortable, clean and with great views. One thing that was nice even though we didn't need it was the abundance of towels. Thanks Dave for a great place to stay. Hope we can stay another time there. We enjoyed the sounds of ducks in the morning and the occasional Loon at night.
