I reserved a room with a sofa
Did not get it
Billy anne the night manager was nice enough and told me my king bed was bigger than the bed and sofa room so we elected to stay where we were at
She apologized and was pleasant
Jubilee line 5 min walk that was good
Market across the street
A fridge would have been nice I have stayed at expresses with them
Breakfast decent no complaints other than it stops serving at 9:30
10 am would be better

You could get ice at the bar but an ice bucket would have bern better
We asked housekeeping for extra towels she only supplied it one day
We were staying 5 days providing what we asked for for all 5 days would be better
reusing towels did not kill us fresh towels are nicer
It is a holiday inn they should provide it

Estaba muy bien la habitación!. El desayuno era rico y variado. La ubicación excelente muy cerquita de la parada del metro. Y el personal muy amable.
El sofá cama era muy incomodo. Se me clavaban todos los muellecitos. Estaría bien que los renovaran!

Breakfast was great, plenty of choice for all. The location was amazing. Just a tube stop or several for landmarks. Which was great.
The bathroom was clean but was a bit tired.

Respa ei vastannut vaikka sinne soitti useaan kertaan. Ja palvelu oli nihkeä kun ilmoitin, että päivän siivooja ei jättänyt kuin yhdet pyyhkeet kolmen sijaan, niin käskettiin itse tulla hakee ja löi luurin korvaan.
Aamiaistarjoilun henkilökunta ei tervehtinyt minään aamuna. Ei ollut minkäänlaista käytöstapaa tai sitten UK:ssa ei vaan tervehditä asiakkaita.
Ainostaan respan 1.päivän miespuoliset olivat iloisia ja ystävällisiä.

La ubicación muy bien, cerca del metro. La habitación amplia y muy cómoda. Además, si llegas antes del check-in te guardan las maletas y puedes aprovechar el día.

Convenient location for O2 arena and had all required basic facilities
Sink in bathroom was a bit blocked. Canteen/self help buffet style breakfast was a little chaotic at times.

The location is great for the o2 arena & close to station. Theres enough parking, McDonald’s & Sainsburys local near by. Staff were very friendly & a lady at breakfast time went above & beyond by decorating & putting helium in the balloons for my birthday thank you.
The rooms had stained carpets, marks on the wall, funny smell in corridors, bed was clean but very small double. I feel like the rooms need a makeover.
Also a friend of mine her bag was mistaken for rubbish & the cleaner threw it in the bin, even when my friend had asked the cleaner to not clean her room. The bag had her journal in, food, and alcohol. We eventually got it back, after some looking.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in paar Minuten erreichbar
Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Zum Frühstück kein Gemüse, nur Obst ( Banane und Äpfel) oft waren die Sachen vergriffen und du musstest warten oder verzichten.
Der Raum ist sehr klein für Gäste und du musst immer warten bis ein Tisch frei wird

Bathroom needs refurb, paint flaking, broken and loose tiles. Broken toilett ring. Noisy location. Very expensive compared to standard.

É um hotel simples com uma staff simpática. Café da manhã incluso e bem próximo da linha do metro jubilee ue te leva ao centro de londres. O hotel não tem muitas coisas para fazer ao redor porém era prático de chegar ao centro de convenções Excel e também ao centro de londres.
Realmente não tem muito o que fazer nas proximidades somente um restaurante e um mcdonalds.

La posizione è ottima se dovete andare all'O2 arena, a solo 1 fermata di metro, che si trova vicinissima all'hotel. Lo staff è gentile, la stanza pulita, letto molto comodo. La colazione è buona, spazia tra dolce e salato.
Unica pecca poca scelta nella colazione, soprattutto frutta e dolci, ma trascurabile.

Me negaron el acceso al hotel diciendo que no estaba confirmada mi reservación , cuando claramente en la plataforma aparece como confirmada.

Tolle Lage um in Stadt zu kommen, gleich an der U-Bahn Station Canning-Town.
Frühstück war gut, wirst oder Käse und Gemüse wäre noch toll.

Vždy vybírám lokalitu s ohledem na dostupnost městské dopravy. Zde byla zastávka autobusu i metra kousek od hotelu.
Snídaně byla dostačující, avšak nebyla tolik pestrá a pátý den už jsem nevěděl, co si vzít.
Měli jsme pokoj s manželskou postelí a rozkládacím gaučem, jelikož jsme jeli 2 dospělí a dvě děti. Postel byla ok, gauč už byl vyloženě nouzovka. Byly cítit pružiny na zádech :)

The hotel position was great for a concert at the O2. Breakfast was varied and tasty. All the members of staff were kind and they let us leave our bags before and after checking out which is always a plus :)
The building is probably an old one and the curtains in the shower are something that always disgusts me a little bit

Leaking Air conditioning, dripping. Causing me a sleepless night. Then to top it off, construction noise early in the morning. Was in 208, also got a electric shock from plugging in my phone charger by just touching the faceplate.

Breakfast next morning. Not enough cutlery out so had to find staff and ask. Then wait.
