Apartment was spacious, very modern and well laid out. It was the only apartment with a balcony. Apartment was equipped with great air con, wifi, washing machine which was easy to use and a full sized fridge. Cristina the host was super helpful

This stay was perfect. Cristina the host was absolutely lovely, she was friendly and helpful always available to WhatsApp with any questions.
The accommodation was great, just right for us, a family of four with everything we needed for our stay. It was so clean, in fact one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen and little breakfast bar served their purpose, that is a smaller area but all we needed as when in Rome we wanted to be out in the city exploring and eating so only had breakfast there. Shower was amazing.
There is a small supermarket next door with really friendly staff, the location was perfect for all attractions. Walking was 2 minutes to the Spanish Steps, 8 minutes to the Trevi Fountain, 25 minutes to the Colosseum and 35 minutes to the Vatican.
I highly recommend booking the Vatican and Colosseum as the ques are massive. We booked the skip the line Vatican tour which included the Sistine Chapel, St Peters Basilica and some of the museum highlights with Made in Rome Tours. Our guide was brilliant. I used the Get your Guide Ap for the Colosseum and Roman Forum which again was great and included the Gladiator entrance and whole Colosseum.
Walking about we felt safe, the locals were really nice and we had a couple of really great meals near the Trevi Fountain. Nuovo Faro had lovely food and friendly staff and Comodo had great food and a lovely cocktail bar in it too.
I think the value was amazing considering the great position, the facilities and brilliant host.
I would highly recommend a stay here.
It was all perfect, nothing bad to say.

the location is very good and the stuff is very helpful.
The apartment is on a very noisy street, the noise start at 5 am and stop at 12 pm, the windows don’t block the noise, if you have light sleep it’s not for you.

Fantastic location! The apartment is 2 minutes away from Spanish steps. You have restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. No street noise during the night. Big and comfortable bathroom with endless hot water. Heating and cooling at the property.
The living room has no windows and it was somehow dark for me. Its designed this way to keep cool in the hot summer days, but I prefer more natural light. Otherwise everything was great.

Perfect location, quite close to a lot of major attractions like Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps, Trinita dei Monti, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza del Popolo, Via dei Condotti etc. Metro Station (Spagna) only 5 min. walk. 2 Super markets (Carrefour & Coop) closeby. The hosts Cristina & Alessandro were very friendly and helpful. Despite the fact that we arrived early, we were allowed to leave the baggages inside the appartment. The property was clean and quite warm (no need for heating, although the appartment was equiped with both radiators and air conditioners) and also there was hot water all the time. The amenities were satisfactory (hot plates, microwave oven, kettle, iron, hair drier). I would have liked a coffee machine available. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Overall a good experience, I would recommend it.
There was a little noise from the street outside, despite the double glazed windows, but nothing realy annoying.

Perfect location. Close to Spanish Steps, Fontana Di Trevi, main shopping streets, etc.
Pharmacy right across the street and two mini markets to either side of the apartment.
Property was clean and the shower had amazing pressure.
The beds were very comfortable and the pillows too. Quilts were available in the wardrobe.
Hosts were friendly and ready to assist with any questions on arrival.

Location was fantastic. Cristina was lovely and met us at the apartment to hand over the keys. The apartment was very clean and the rooms and bathroom were great for a small family. Air conditioning was welcome as very hot during the time we stayed there. Would recommend to others and would stay there again!
The kitchen/living area was small but sufficient as we were only there at night.

The location was great! It was so nice to have 2 bedrooms.
It would’ve been nice if there was a TV by the couch area. And it would’ve been nice if there was a little bit more seating there because they were four of us in the apartment.

Good location, close to all the attractions. Comfortable apartment with good equipment
A bit of noise outside due to the road works

Very nicely appointed, very central apartment. Excellent, truly excellent location. Grocery store downstairs, 4 restaurants across the street, 5 min to Trevi Fountain and 10 min to Spanish Steps on foot. Full two bedroom. Nice bathroom!
Only issue was out of the hosts control: renovation going on floor above and our first day we were awoken very very early to construction noise. Host responded immediately and there was some relief.

The host was a perfect (in English) WhatsApp communicator. Really were were super happy here and felt we had fallen on our feet. More by good judgement rather than luck! My wife made the booking. We really appreciated having two sets of keys! Our other family (staying elsewhere in Rome) managed to lock their keys inside and we had to host them for a few hours in the rain.
Personally, I always have an advance anxiety about finding the EXACT location. Imagine being near, without an answered phone in a foreign language, with lots of luggage and in the rain or at night. It would be so easy to improve on this, by using a w3w (What Three Words) address, plus of course an indication of which floor the apartment is on, e.g. this one was first floor at ///petted.internal.clan and or giving GPS coordinates. It is easy for the location to be taken for granted but that is only when you know and you are there.

Great location, could not be better, no need to use public transport. Kitchen was very nice, tiny but equiped sufficiently. Very comfortable beds (for those who like hard mattress), clean and cosy. Quiet location, no traffic noise.
Nothing to mention.

location was the best, great shower, nice to have kitchenette and washing machine
the pull-out bed had a very thin mattress and there is a bar in the middle. it was unusable. this is only an issue if there are more than 4 people. we are 2 adults and 3 children. but our son ended up sleeping on the couch which he said was very comfortable so it all worked out.

Absolutely everything, especially Cristina and Andreea, very helpful and nice. The place is very suitable for families. Grazie Cristina e Andrea!
